Low-low satellite-to-satellite tracking: a comparison between analytical linear orbit perturbation theory and numerical integration

Low-low satellite-to-satellite tracking (ll-SST) range-rate observations have been predicted by two methods: one based on a linear perturbation theory in combination with the Hill equations, and one based on solving the equations of motion of two low-flying satellites by numerical integration. The two methods produce almost equivalent Fourier spectra of the range-rate observations after properly taking into account a few resonant terms. For a typical GRACE-type configuration, where the two satellites trail each other at a distance of 300 km at an altitude of 460 km, and in the presence of the EGM96 gravity field model, complete to spherical harmonic degree and order 70, the agreement between the Fourier spectra is about 1 mm/s compared to a root-mean-square (RMS) value of more than 220 mm/s for the range-rate signal. The discrepancy of 1 mm/s can be reduced significantly when not taking into account perturbations caused by the J₂ term. Excluding the J₂ term, the agreement between the two methods improves to 0.4 mm/s compared to a RMS value of 6 mm/s for the range-rate signal. These values are 0.01 and 2.3 mm/s when ignoring the spectrum for frequencies below two cycles per orbital revolution, reducing the discrepancy even further to about 0.5% of the signal. The selected linear perturbation theory is thus capable of modeling gravity field induced range-rate observations with very high precision for a large part of the spectrum.     

Parameter identification of inelastic structures under dynamic loads

The generalized model of differential hysteresis contains 13 control parameters with which it can curve‐fit practically any hysteretic trace. Three identification algorithms are developed to estimate the control parameters of hysteresis for different classes of inelastic structures. These algorithms are based upon the simplex, extended Kalman filter, and generalized reduced gradient methods. Novel techniques such as global search and internal constraints are incorporated to facilitate convergence and stability. Effectiveness of the devised algorithms is demonstrated through simulations of two inelastic systems with both pinching and degradation characteristics in their hysteretic traces. Owing to very modest computing requirements, these identification algorithms may become acceptable as a design tool for mapping the hysteretic traces of inelastic structures. 珠江三角洲地区一体化交通运输网络发展构想

从区域经济一体化角度分析了珠江三角洲经济区交通运输的现状、问题和发展趋势，提出了建设一体化交通运输网络的基本思路和总体构想。认为珠三角交通运输设施虽然种类齐全且发展迅速，但还存在数量、质量、结构、布局等方面与区域经济一体化和未来发展趋势不相适应的问题；为了促进区域经济一体化，交通运输应从被动适应变为主动发展并引导城镇体系和生产力布局，从注重设施数量变为强调设施质量并向高速高效型发展；应该分4个层次建设3个枢纽和3大组团并与大运量快速干线相连接，构建区域一体化的交通运输网络。     

城乡一体化的动力机制与对策思路——以浙江省金华市为例

文章首先分析了金华实施城乡一体化的背景，然后运用增长极理论阐述了该地区城乡一体化的动力机制，最后从工业园区化，农村城市化，基础设施一体化的角度，分析了制约此进程的一些因素。并提出了相应对策与思路。     

区域经济整合发展研究--以上海市南汇区为例

文章从区域经济一体化和经济全球化的角度出发，分析了区域经济整合发展的动力来源、基本过程及遵循的原则，并以实例阐述了区域经济整合的主要内容为：城镇体系、产业结构、市政和基础设施及区域经济运行环境等，归纳出了5种典型的整合类型，即领土主权变动、国家重大政策推动、行政归属调整、重大工程启动及城市扩展整合等，最后通过上海市南汇区的实例进行了相应的论证。     

WZY-1型钻参仪的研究与应用

分析了目前钻参仪未能普遍推广应用的原因。介绍了WZY－1型钻参仪的总体构成、测试参数、性能特点及其分别与钻机和水泵的一体化设计。     

遗传算法与单纯形法组合的影像纹理分类方法

提出遗传算法(简称GA)与单纯形法组合的影像纹理分类方法(简称GASPX)。单纯形法是一种局部搜索方法，它通过反射，扩张，收缩操作，求得新的单纯形点，组成新单纯形，新单纯形比前一个单纯形更接近局部最优解。这种寻优方法收敛速度快，它与GA组合起来可以改善单独使用GA收敛速度慢的缺陷。由于在组合算法中是多个单纯形的局部区域的并行搜索，避免GA优化过程中过早收敛于局部最优解的现象出现。通过5种不同类别航空影像纹理识别的试验，并与GA的结果作对比，结果表明GASPX法优于GA法。
