建筑地基与基坑变形监测刍议

随着城市建设的高速发展 ,高层、超高层建筑在原建筑物稠密区大量兴建 ,加之过量超采城市地下水 ,带来的地基与基坑变形问题越来越突出。为了防治建筑地基与基坑变形灾害 ,必须建立操作性较强的变形监测系统 ,及时作好预警、预报工作 ,使变形监测的方法、技术更加完善。     

Study on methods of land use dynamic monitoring at county level

Remote sensing technique has played an important role in land use dynamic monitoring, but as for the land use dynamic monitoring at county level, traditional remote sensing methods such as satellite imagery visual interpretation and computer classification can not meet its demand for accuracy. The result of 1: 10 000 land use investigation map has high accuracy, but this method can not be used to dynamically monitor the land use because of its big expenses, long period and difficulty in updating data. In this paper, the characteristics of physiognomy, climate and the status of land use in Dehui County are taken into consideration and a set of method, which takes use of 3S techniques and applies to Northeast China Plain, is come up with. When the land use type of a land parcel changed as a whole, the date updating can be make by changing its land type ID in the attribute table in a GIS. When the land use type of an irregular area changed, GPS receivers are used to position its border. This set of method is characteristic of high accuracy and low expenses. It gets the information of land use change timely and can be used to dynamically monitor the land use. TROS-Ⅰ型流动人卫激光测距仪光学系统设计

介绍了车载流动型人卫激光测距仪光学系统(包括激光发射系统、接收系统及微光电视监视系统)的设计思想和方法,着重叙述了光学系统的结构设计、关键部件几何尺寸的确定及重要元器件的选取。设计基于流动型仪器应满足的防振、体积小、调校方便、抗环境干扰能力强等特点。多年的实测证明,这种光学系统不仅能满足流动型人卫激光测距仪总体设计要求,而且经济实用。     

1:25万多目标区域地球化学调查样品的分析测试质量监控方法

在1：25万多目标区域地球化学调查样品分析的质量监控方法中,提出以准确度与精密度并重,标准物质监控与重复样监控相结合。利用“多目标化探样品计算机管理软件”,实现对调查样品分析质量监控的自动化管理。应用该系统软件,只要建立好相应的分析数据库,就可自动获得分析报告、报出率、内检样检查、标样检查、标样监控图等监控数据。     

基于WebGIS技术的耕地质量动态监测信息系统研究

结合国内外有关耕地质量动态监测的相关研究理论,设置了耕地质量动态监测的监测指标,研究了监测样点的选取和耕地质量综合指数的计算,并结合WebGIS技术,对耕地质量动态监测系统的结构、功能进行了初步设计,提出了系统的总体框架,并阐述了系统实现的关键技术,建立了基于WebGIS的耕地质量监测系统对耕地质量进行长期定位监测,以期为区域耕地质量保护工作提供一个可视化、便捷式系统实现方案。

The hydrogen peroxide impact on larval settlement and metamorphosis of abalone <Emphasis Type="Italic">Haliotis diversicolor supertexta</Emphasis>

Abalone Haliotis diversicolor supertexta is an important economic mollusk. The settlement and metamorphosis are two critical stages during its development period, which has direct influence on abalone survival and production. The influence of reactive oxygen species （hydrogen peroxide） on abalone embryo and juvenile development were examined in this study. Larvae of Haliotis diversicolor supertexta were induced to settlement and metamorphose by exposure to seawater supplemented with hydrogen peroxide. They had the best performance at 800 μmol/L. The concentration of 1 000 μmol/L or higher was toxic to the larvae, as the larvae could settle down only at benthic diatom plates without complete metamorphosis. In addition, H2O2 adding time was critical to the larval performance. 24h after two-day post-fertilization was proved to be the optimal adding time. In this paper, two action mechanisms of hydrogen peroxide are discussed： （1） hydrogen peroxide has direct toxicity to ciliated cells, thus cause apoptosis; （2） hydrogen peroxide, as a product from catecholamines＇ autoxidation process in vivo, can reverse this process to produce neuro-transmitters to induce abalone metamorphosis.     

伊朗地震台网现状分析

通过中伊双方合作交流，详细考察了伊朗的地震台网。伊朗现建有4类台网:地震遥测台网、国家地震台网、强震台网及水库诱发地震台网。这些台网中高性能宽频带地震仪数量不足，使得地震定位精度不高;且4类台网分属不同机构，在一定程度上限制了伊朗的地震监测能力。     

太湖蓝藻水华遥感动态监测预警信息系统

太湖蓝藻水华暴发对其周边地区的生态、经济和社会造成了严重影响,对蓝藻水华进行监测预警对于改善太湖水环境具有重要意义。本文在分析蓝藻水华遥感监测预警研究动态基础上,从信息系统构建角度,结合太湖蓝藻水华监测情况,对太湖蓝藻水华遥感监测预警流程进行系统性分析,提出建立太湖蓝藻水华遥感监测预警系统的总体框架,利用C#语言和IDL语言实现了该框架的软件架构,并且论述了实现该系统框架所采用的系统集成技术和软件模式技术。     

移动环境中居民地综合算法的应用

手持设备自身的限制及无线网络环境的特点,要求地图在许多方面进行改革以适应新的技术条件。制图综合作为地图生产与制作的重要环节,是当前移动环境下地图应用必须面临的问题。本文以居民地综合算法为例,探讨了部分算法在移动环境中的执行效率,并进行了可用性验证。尝试将移动环境中用户位置以及用户的当前任务等上下文信息用于综合算法中,设计以用户位置及当前任务为中心的实时制图综合算法,最后以案例证明了算法的可用性。
