为了核对1980年国际海水状态方程应用于中国近岸海水的可靠性,高精度的磁力浮沉子密度计在15—25℃,盐度5—35,一个大气压条件下,测量了长江口附近海水及其人工稀释海水的相对密度。结果表明,海水密度直接测量值系统地偏高于状态方程计算值,二者之间的偏差随水样盐度值降低而增大,且与海水[Ca~(2+))/s比值成明显正相关关系。经计算机拟合,导出了长江口附近海水及其稀释海水的状态方程,该方程计算值与实验值的平均标准偏差为±3.9×10~(-3)kg/m~3。  相似文献

Hydrodynamic modeling can be used to spatially characterize water renewal rates in coastal ecosystems. Using a hydrodynamic model implemented over the semi-enclosed Southwest coral lagoon of New Caledonia, a recent study computed the flushing lag as the minimum time required for a particle coming from outside the lagoon (open ocean) to reach a specific station [Jouon, A., Douillet, P., Ouillon, S., Fraunié, P., 2006. Calculations of hydrodynamic time parameters in a semi-opened coastal zone using a 3D hydrodynamic model. Continental Shelf Research 26, 1395–1415]. Local e-flushing time was calculated as the time requested to reach a local grid mesh concentration of 1/e from the precedent step. Here we present an attempt to connect physical forcing to biogeochemical functioning of this coastal ecosystem. An array of stations, located in the lagoonal channel as well as in several bays under anthropogenic influence, was sampled during three cruises. We then tested the statistical relationships between the distribution of flushing indices and those of biological and chemical variables. Among the variables tested, silicate, chlorophyll a and bacterial biomass production present the highest correlations with flushing indices. Correlations are higher with local e-flushing times than with flushing lags or the sum of these two indices. In the bays, these variables often deviate from the relationships determined in the main lagoon channel. In the three bays receiving significant riverine inputs, silicate is well above the regression line, whereas data from the bay receiving almost insignificant freshwater inputs generally fit the lagoon channel regressions. Moreover, in the three bays receiving important urban and industrial effluents, chlorophyll a and bacterial production of biomass generally display values exceeding the lagoon channel regression trends whereas in the bay under moderate anthropogenic influence values follow the regressions obtained in the lagoon channel. The South West lagoon of New Caledonia can hence be viewed as a coastal mesotrophic ecosystem that is flushed by oligotrophic oceanic waters which subsequently replace the lagoonal waters with water considerably impoverished in resources for microbial growth. This flushing was high enough during the periods of study to influence the distribution of phytoplankton biomass, bacterial production of biomass and silicate concentrations in the lagoon channel as well as in some of the bay areas.  相似文献

Accurate measurement of seawater pH has long been sought by marine chemists (for example: [Dickson, A.G. 1993a. The measurement of sea water pH. Recently, such attempts have taken on greater significance as anthropogenic carbon dioxide emissions may create rapidly changing oceanic pH. Spectrophotometric techniques have been accepted generally as the best for determination of seawater pH. Here we report a new technique using thymol blue as the indicator dye and fitting the entire spectrum from 400 to 900 nm rather than measuring the absorbance values at only two or three points in the spectrum. This full-spectrum modelling enables a reduction in signal to noise over other techniques. In the laboratory, we find with seawater samples a pH precision increase of five-fold “within” a sample and seven-fold “between” samples when comparing the full spectrum to the three-point method of analysis [Zhang, H., Byrne, R.H. 1996. A study on the curves of the exchange ratio E(%)-pH on the liquid-solid interface of the systems Zn(II) with clay minerals (Kaolinite , illite and montmorillonite), Zn(II) with hydrous ferric oxides (amorphous ferric oxide, goethite and hematite). Zn(II) with hydrous manganese oxide (y-MnOOH, manganite and 5-MnO2) etc . in seawater resulted in the discovery of new plateau type exchange ratio ?%)-pH curves not yet reported in literature. The two factors that decide the growth , decline and the change of the " plateau type " curve are : (1) the inherent characteristics of systems , which can be explained by the exchange constants i(i=1 ,2 , 3 . etc .) of interfacial stepwise ion / coordination particle exchange between liquid and solid ; and (2)The theory of interfacial stepwise ion/coordination(the amount of solid exchange reagent)particle exchange in seawater was applied to explain the experimental results of the above study and a general formula was derived for the plateau type exchange ratio E(%)-pH c  相似文献

A preliminary theoretical and experimental study was conducted on internal wave modes and their weak nonlinear resonant interaction in a nonlinearly stratified fluid. An asymptotical solution of the modes and a dispersion relation of internal waves in a stratified fluid with density profile similar to that in our experiment were obtained theoretically. The resonant-interaction mechanism to 2nd order approximation is also discussed. The resonant interaction of the 3rd and 4th mode internal waves excited by the unstable 1st mode wave is analyzed on the basis of data obtained by conductivity probes. The resonant-interaction condition, i.e., ,k 1+k 3+k 4=0, is examined. It is shown that the resonant instability increases with pycnocline thickness and wave maker driving frequency. 山东三山岛金矿床流体包裹体特征及其地质意义   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
三山岛金矿床位于莱州市三山岛—仓上断裂带内,矿石主要为蚀变岩和含金石英脉2种类型。随着胶东金矿床研究的深入和三山岛金矿资源的不断减少,对三山岛金矿床的成矿作用及深部开发前景问题研究具有更重要的意义。针对上述问题,对三山岛金矿床2种类型矿石的成矿流体特征进行对比研究,认为代表成矿早—中期的蚀变岩型矿石形成于中温(均一温度为325~240℃)、低盐度(2.07%~6.88%)、低密度(0.720~0.868g/cm3)、酸碱性不均匀(pH=3.27~10.43)、以氟化物和氯化物为成矿物质载体的还原性流体;代表成矿中—晚期的含金石英脉型矿石形成于中—低温(均一温度为306~160℃)、低盐度(1.05%~9.73%)、低密度(0.739~0.962g/cm3)、碱性(pH=9.25~9.85)、以氯化物和硫化物为成矿物质载体的还原性流体。成矿流体性质的转变反映了成矿流体处于由比较封闭到比较开放的构造环境的转变期,且成矿流体早期以原生岩浆水为主,后期有变质水、大气降水以及海水的参与作用。三山岛金矿成矿深度为2.5~5km,根据目前的开采深度推算其深部还有一定的资源量可供开发。  相似文献

胶东半岛大磨曲家金矿床成矿流体物理化学条件演化   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
胶东大磨曲家金矿床流体包裹体包括水溶液包裹体、富CO2包裹体和高盐卤水包裹体3种类型,前两者发育较多,高盐卤水包裹体发育极少。流体包裹体显微测温及盐度、密度、压力估算显示,水溶液包裹体均一温度为98~376℃,据冰点温度估算,盐度为0.53%~8.28%,水溶液包裹体均一压力低于50×105Pa;富CO2包裹体完全均一温度为255~348℃,盐度为2.42%~11.43%,均一压力为1 000×105~2 500×105Pa;富CO2包裹体中CO2均一温度为23.0~32.4℃,指示该类包裹体可能含有数量不等的CH4或H2S。静水压力体制下,根据纯CO2包裹体均一压力估算成矿深度约为1 km。在270℃左右,均一压力从富CO2包裹体到水溶液包裹体急剧降低,指示成矿流体在270℃左右可能发生过一次减压沸腾过程,成矿流体盐度和密度在270℃左右也有显著的变化。因此,沸腾作用及其引起的成矿流体物理化学条件的急剧变化可能是导致大磨曲家金矿床成矿物质沉淀的重要机制。  相似文献

通过对塔东地区古城4井上寒武统和中、上奥陶统碳酸盐岩围岩及充填物的碳、氧、锶同位素地球化学和流体包裹体成分的对比研究表明,充填于中、上奥陶统和上寒武统的流体分属于2个不同来源的流体体系。充填于中、上奥陶统灰岩裂缝中方解石脉的w(87Sr)/w(86Sr)介于0.7084~0.7088,它与早奥陶世海水的w(87Sr)/w(86Sr)相近;流体体系为CH4-H2O体系;充填物与围岩间具有明显的碳、氧同位素差异,表明上部流体体系中的流体来自于奥陶系地层本身。上寒武统白云岩裂缝中方解石脉的w(87Sr)/w(86Sr)为0.7138,明显地高于同时代海水的锶同位素值;流体体系为CO2-H2O体系;下部流体体系中的流体为外来富锶流体。上、下流体体系间互不连通暗示着上寒武统地层具有相对较好的保存条件。  相似文献
