TanDEM-X双站SAR干涉测量及研究进展

较全面、系统地介绍了Tan DEM-X/Terra SAR-X双站SAR科学计划,重点涉及其科学目标、Tan DEM-X卫星参数、轨道结构以及干涉数据获取模式等相关内容,并讨论了双站SAR成像、极化In SAR和数字波束成形等干涉测量新技术及其研究进展。这些双站SAR新技术的实现将大大地推动SAR干涉测量在全球地形测绘、冰川学、海洋学及地质学等领域中的应用。     

地面气象测报业务试题库自动化管理系统

将地面气象观测规范、地面气象观测、气象学等多项知识形成题库,利用VB6编程、Access 2003数据库及Word 2003文字处理软件,研制了地面气象测报业务试题库自动化管理系统,实现了以下主要功能:用户管理、数据库管理、试题库维护、自动生成试卷、试卷编辑打印。着重阐述该系统的设计思路、技术方法、功能实现及使用效果。

遥感影像构造地质解译过程中的逻辑形式与逻辑规律讨论

遥感图像是地表地物表征的集合，构成影像景观单元。遥感解译属于人脑意识活动的范畴，是利用表层信息由表及里、由此及彼的逻辑推理过程。探求因果联系的科学归纳法，探求等同关系的类比推理法，探求真实性的科学论证法是遥感解译过程中应遵循的思想方法。

Mass solubility and aqueous activity coefficients of stable organic chemicals in the marine environment: polychlorinated biphenyls

The solubilities and aqueous activity coefficients of polychlorinated biphenyls were measured in distilled and saline water (30? salinity). Solubilities in distilled water ranged from 3 · 10^?4 g/l for dichlorobiphenyls to 6 · 10^?6 g/l for heptachlorobiphenyls; values in artificial seawater were about five times lower than the corresponding values in distilled water. In both cases, the solubilities decreased regularly with increasing degree of chlorination. The corresponding activity coefficients are inversely proportional to the chlorine content and range from 4 · 10⁷ to 4 · 10⁹ in distilled water and from 3 · 10⁸ to 1.5 · 10¹⁰ in saline water. Both the solubilities and activity coefficients agree well with those predicted from additivity considerations. The physical chemical aspects discussed in this paper can be applied in determining the solubility behavior of other stable organic molecules in the marine environment.     

中国东部陆架边缘海海洋物理环境演变及其环境效应

中国东部陆架边缘海是支撑中华民族伟大复兴的经济海域,其重要的战略地位及经济贡献对国家发展至关重要。对海洋环境和生物资源的了解有利于国家的根本利益,有利于加快创建和谐社会的宏伟目标,因而对该海域的深入研究是当前面临的迫切任务。国家重点基础研究发展计划（973）项目“中国东部陆架边缘海海洋物理环境演变及其环境效应”拟对中国东部陆架边缘海这样一个层化结构多变、多种运动形态耦合的复杂动力学系统中的物理环境的演变及其环境效应进行深入研究,进而揭示海洋环境演变规律,为国防安全、渔业生产等提供科学支持;同时对该项目研究的目的、科学意义、关键科学问题及预期目标等进行了简要介绍。     

Accuracy of forecasting in a Nordic paper mill's supply chain: A case study

The article compares the accuracy of forecasted and actual supply chain cost and price factors in a Nordic paper mill's sales to customers in two large European countries. Empirical longitudinal research data covering the years between 2002 and 2008 were obtained from a large integrated Finnish paper mill, and consisted of sales volumes, paper prices, variable costs, and transport costs. It was expected that the mill would be able to forecast demand, prices and costs accurately, but the empirical findings showed that the forecasts for paper price, demand, and cost varied from one market to another and were not highly accurate. In addition, the forecasting of gross margins seemed to be very inexact. It is concluded that there is a need for more reliable forecasting methods in the paper industry to anticipate economic development as paper demand and costs change.

西北风沙起蚀观测试验及其研究进展

简要阐述了国家自然科学基金“西北沙漠地表沙粒运移特性及动力热力参数研究”支持的“我国西北三大沙漠地表风蚀起沙观测试验”的科学意义、试验方案和科学目标,总结了该试验在前期取得的部分研究进展和研究成果,概括叙述了该项目在地表沙粒跃移特征、起沙风速、沙尘通量等方面的重要发现和一些新的认识。最后,提出并讨论了在沙漠风蚀起沙观测试验方面需要进一步研究和思考的一些重要问题。
