Constrained Edge Dynamic Deleting in CD-TIN Based on Influence Domain Retriangulation of Virtual Point

Constrained Delaunay triangulated irregular network is one kind of dynamic data structures used in geosciences. The research on point and edges insertion in CD-TIN is the basis of its application. Comparing with the algorithms of points and constrained edge insertion, there are very a few researches on constrained edge deletion in CD-TIN. Based on the analysis of the polymorphism of constrained edge, virtual points are used to describe the intersection of constrained edges. A new algorithm is presented, called as influence domain retriangulating for virtual point (IDRVP), to delete constrained edges with virtual points. The algorithm is complete in topology. Finally, the algorithm is tested by some applications cases.     

Intensified mid-Holocene Asian monsoon recorded in corals from Kikai Island, subtropical northwestern Pacific

Coupled records of Sr/Ca and oxygen isotope ratios (δ¹⁸O) of coral skeletons have been used to produce quantitative estimates of paleo-sea surface temperature (SST) and δ¹⁸O of surface seawater that can in some cases be converted to sea surface salinity (SSS). Two fossil corals from Kikai Island in the subtropical northwestern Pacific, a location affected by East Asian summer and winter monsoons, were analyzed to investigate differences between mid-Holocene and present-day SST and SSS. At 6180 cal yr BP, SSTs were roughly the same as today, both in summer and winter; δ¹⁸O_seawater and SSS values were higher both in summer (+ 0.5‰, +1.1 psu) and in winter (+ 0.2‰, + 0.6 psu) than modern values. At 7010 cal yr BP, SSTs were slightly cooler both in summer and winter (−0.8 and −0.6 °C), whereas δ¹⁸O_seawater and SSS had higher values in summer (+ 0.3‰, + 0.6 psu) and in winter (+ 0.8‰, + 1.9 psu) than present-day values. These results are consistent with other marine records for the mid-Holocene of the low and midlatitudes in the northwestern Pacific. Such regional conditions indicate that the East Asian summer and winter monsoons were more intense in the mid-Holocene, which was likely a function of the mid-Holocene insolation regime.

利用白银市4个代表站逐日平均气温、逐日地面最低温度，分别得到≥0℃初终日期、初终霜冻日期以及利用逐月平均气温、平均最高气温、平均最低气温和逐月降水资料，对白银市近47a的气候变化特征进行分析，同时分析了气候变化对农业生产的影响，为充分利用变化了的农业气候资源，减少不利因素带来的影响提出了对策和建议。     

大学对城市化集聚及经济区位的影响分析

城市化的过程,也是社会生产力集聚的过程,因此形成的城市集聚效应是导致区域间的经济位势。城市区域的集聚效应和区位位势的变化,符合博奕均衡的精炼纳什模式,分析这一模式的数理特征,有利于充分认识集聚的规律,从而在新经济条件下,大学功能对城市作用的延伸,既体现在发挥其人才,知识,智力,文化甚至经济的集聚作用,又可以遵循集聚规律,发挥大学的集聚效率。     

关于做好矿管行政执法工作的讨论

从实践出发,总结了如“人治”等传统势力的影响、“小不管大”、条块分割、政出多门等是导致矿政执法难的重要原因,特别是“长官”意志、地方保护评论的干扰,常常使矿政执法成为一句空话。因此,做好矿管行政执法工作,必须建立建全矿管机构并赋予其执法主体地位,不断完善法律法规,加强法制宣传,加大矿政执法力度,正视工作中遇到的各种困难,研究对策,不断寻求矿管工作的新思路,新举措。     

国外断层土壤气的研究及其在地震预测中的应用

断层土壤气的研究与应用已得到世界各国的广泛关注,但由于采样深度较浅,胺环境条件特别是气象因素的影响较明显。文章就国外断层土壤气测量的影响因素的一些研究结果作了介绍,并提供了国外获得的一些断层土壤气前兆震例。     

New high resolution observations of the solar diameter from space and ground with the microsatellite program PICARD

The PICARD microsatellite mission will provide 2 to 6 years simultaneous measurements of the solar diameter, differential rotation and solar constant to investigate the nature of their relations and variabilities. The 100 kg satellite has a 40 kg payload consisting of 3 instruments which will provide an absolute measure (better than 10 milliarcsec) of the diameter and the solar shape, a measure of total solar irradiance, and UV and visible flux in selected wavelength bands. Now in Phase B, PICARD is expected to be launched before mid-2003. The engineering model of the diameter telescope will be used on ground simultaneously with the satellite to investigate the atmospheric bias and state on the possible accuracy of the ground measurements carried up to now. We review the scientific goals linked to the diameter measurement, present the payload, and give a brief overview of the program aspects.     

大亚湾核电站温排水对邻近水域鱼卵、仔鱼的影响

大亚湾核电站运行以后 ,温排水主要影响核电站以东沿岸水域 ,温升 2℃的范围大约在2km以内。邻近水域的鱼卵和仔鱼数量仍然比较丰富 ,季节变化亦无大异常 ,但是在种类组成上出现了一些异常现象 :小沙丁鱼Sadinellaspp .鱼卵和仔鱼数量明显增多 ,斑Clupan odonpunctatus和鲷科 (Sparidae)鱼类的鱼卵和仔鱼数量显著减少 ,并且未见鱼Engraulisjaponicus和小公鱼Anchoviellasp .鱼卵以及科 (Engraulidae)和银汉鱼科 (Atherinidae)仔鱼的出现。鱼卵的数量分布与温排水有关 ,而仔鱼与之无关 ,鱼卵死亡率与温排水的关系亦不显著。文中还讨论了温排水的影响范围、鱼卵死亡率与温排水的关系以及温排水对成鱼的影响等问题。
