用组织学、组织化学和酶技术,对雌性莫桑比克罗非鱼在孵卵前后口腔粘膜的组织结构、抗菌酶的比活力变化进行初步研究。结果表明:在口腔粘膜的上皮中,杯状细胞是一个重要的结构,它随着雌鱼的生理状态的改变而变化。雄鱼、雌鱼和孵卵期的雌鱼口腔粘膜上皮中的杯状细胞数量上的差别显著。孵卵期的雌鱼口腔粘膜类似于哺乳动物的子宫粘膜也是受性激素影响的靶器官。该种鱼的口腔粘膜中存在着两种抗菌酶;蛋白质水解酶和壳多糖酶。孵卵前后,这两种酶的比活力分别提高1.4—2.03倍。说明孵卵时,口腔粘膜为使卵及仔鱼健康的发育,增强了抗菌能力。研究结果证明:抗菌力的增加与口腔粘膜中的杯状细胞的大量增生有着密切的关系。 相似文献

Microfossil analysis (e.g. diatoms, foraminifera and pollen) represents the cornerstone of Holocene relative sea-level (RSL) reconstruction because their distribution in the contemporary inter-tidal zone is principally controlled by ground elevation within the tidal frame. A combination of poor microfossil preservation and a limited range in the sediment record may severely restrict the accuracy of resulting RSL reconstructions. Organic δ13C and C/N analysis of inter-tidal sediments have shown some potential as coastal palaeoenvironmental proxies. Here we assess their viability for reconstructing RSL change by examining patterns of organic δ13C and C/N values in a modern estuarine environment. δ13C and C/N analysis of bulk organic inter-tidal sediments and vegetation, as well as suspended and bedload organic sediments of the Mersey Estuary, U.K., demonstrate that the two main sources of organic carbon to surface saltmarsh sediments (terrestrial vegetation and tidal-derived particulate organic matter) have distinctive δ13C and C/N signatures. The resulting relationship between ground elevation within the tidal frame and surface sediment δ13C and C/N is unaffected by decompositional changes. The potential of this technique for RSL reconstruction is demonstrated by the analysis of part of an early Holocene sediment core from the Mersey Estuary. 利用气象观测资料、NCEP/NCAR 1°×1°再分析资料以及GDAS资料,对2021年10月2-7日山西持续性强降水天气过程进行分析。结果表明:稳定的乌拉尔山低槽后部冷空气扩散,中纬度短波槽东移,与副热带高压外围西南暖湿气流持续交汇,同时高低空急流耦合形成强烈上升运动,低层切变线和地面辐合线稳定维持,及低层水汽不断输送并形成辐合,为持续性强降水的发生发展提供有利动力和水汽条件。此次强降水过程分为对流性降水和稳定性降水2个阶段,2阶段水汽输送通道的源地、路径、高度均有明显差异,但水汽输送贡献率均以对流层中低层山西南侧的水汽输送占主导地位。降水开始前,对流层中上层存在对称不稳定,大气可降水量明显跃增;对流性降水阶段,干空气不断入侵,对流不稳定快速建立与释放,对流层中低层水汽辐合区与强上升气流配合,导致山西出现强对流天气。地形的阻挡、抬升及地形收缩作用,对局地极端强降水具有增幅作用。 相似文献

We propose a methodology, called multilevel local–global (MLLG) upscaling, for generating accurate upscaled models of permeabilities
or transmissibilities for flow simulation on adapted grids in heterogeneous subsurface formations. The method generates an
initial adapted grid based on the given fine-scale reservoir heterogeneity and potential flow paths. It then applies local–global
(LG) upscaling for permeability or transmissibility [7], along with adaptivity, in an iterative manner. In each iteration of MLLG, the grid can be adapted where needed to reduce
flow solver and upscaling errors. The adaptivity is controlled with a flow-based indicator. The iterative process is continued
until consistency between the global solve on the adapted grid and the local solves is obtained. While each application of
LG upscaling is also an iterative process, this inner iteration generally takes only one or two iterations to converge. Furthermore,
the number of outer iterations is bounded above, and hence, the computational costs of this approach are low. We design a
new flow-based weighting of transmissibility values in LG upscaling that significantly improves the accuracy of LG and MLLG
over traditional local transmissibility calculations. For highly heterogeneous (e.g., channelized) systems, the integration
of grid adaptivity and LG upscaling is shown to consistently provide more accurate coarse-scale models for global flow, relative
to reference fine-scale results, than do existing upscaling techniques applied to uniform grids of similar densities. Another
attractive property of the integration of upscaling and adaptivity is that process dependency is strongly reduced, that is,
the approach computes accurate global flow results also for flows driven by boundary conditions different from the generic
boundary conditions used to compute the upscaled parameters. The method is demonstrated on Cartesian cell-based anisotropic
refinement (CCAR) grids, but it can be applied to other adaptation strategies for structured grids and extended to unstructured

We propose a new single-phase local upscaling method that uses spatially varying multipoint transmissibility calculations.
The method is demonstrated on two-dimensional Cartesian and adaptive Cartesian grids. For each cell face in the coarse upscaled
grid, we create a local fine grid region surrounding the face on which we solve two generic local flow problems. The multipoint
stencils used to calculate the fluxes across coarse grid cell faces involve the six neighboring pressure values. They are
required to honor the two generic flow problems. The remaining degrees of freedom are used to maximize compactness and to
ensure that the flux approximation is as close as possible to being two-point. The resulting multipoint flux approximations
are spatially varying (a subset of the six neighbors is adaptively chosen) and reduce to two-point expressions in cases without
full-tensor anisotropy. Numerical tests show that the method significantly improves upscaling accuracy as compared to commonly
used local methods and also compares favorably with a local–global upscaling method. 相似文献

Zooplankton collected from vertical net tows were related to the environmental variables from 98 lakes from the Interior Plateau of British Columbia. Canonical correspondence analysis showed that both salinity and ionic composition (pH and Mg) of the lake-water made major and significant contributions to the first two ordination axes (=0.42 and 0.11 respectively,P<0.05). BothArtemia franciscana andMoina hutchinsoni had their highest relative abundance in meso-hypersaline waters. However,Artemia franciscana preferred waters that were higher in Mg and Ca, whileMoina hutchinsoni was found in waters that were lower in Mg and Ca. Similarly, at intermediate salinities,Daphnia pulex and the calanoid copepods preferred waters slightly lower in Mg and Ca, whereasCeriodaphnia laticaudata andSimocephalus spp. were relatively more common in waters higher in Mg and Ca. Because the freshest lakes studied varied much less in ionic composition, the zooplankton in these lakes did not show a preference to ionic composition. As expected, multi-generic groups, such as the calanoid copepods, cyclopoid copepods and nauplii, had wider tolerances to conductivity than groups identified to lower taxonomic levels. Significant weighted-averaging regression and calibration models of conductivity were developed based on zooplankton species composition from the study lakes (r
2=0.56,P<0.05). Samples composed largely of multi-generic taxa yielded the worst estimates of salinity in the reconstruction model. This study suggests that zooplankton community composition may be developed into a useful proxy for paleosalinity reconstruction. 相似文献
