遥感技术在化工环境保护中的应用

遥感技术获取的可见光、红外及微波信息，可以对化工企业及化学矿山环境污染（水、粉尘、大气、废渣污染等）及环境地质灾害（滑坡、泥石流、地面塌陷等）进行实时动态监测，并可获得较高的社会经济效益，达到地面环保及常规环境地质工作难以达到的效果。特别是对重点大中型化工企业及化学矿山建立环境遥感信息动态监测系统，可以为国家决策部门及时准确地提供环境治理和改造的依据。     

一种简单方便的防拷贝程序设计方法——识别计算机的C语言程序设计

本文主要讨论一种特殊的Ｃ语言程序设计方法，这种程序能有效地对自身的关键模块加密，并能在运行时完成动态解密。该方法主要利用了“硬盘分区表”和最初安装在硬盘中程序自身的位置等信息，采用伪随机数加密法来实现。因所设计的程序具有识别计算机的能力，能有效地防止非法复制，从而保护软件制作者的知识产权和经济利益     

The l:200,000-scale map of the near-surface mineral resources of the Federal Republic of Germany

For those who deal with aspects of regional planning that are affected by the extraction of near-surface mineral resources, a simple map that shows the distribution of these resources accompanied by explanatory notes is essential; a preliminary 1:1 million-scale map was published in 1982. The Geological Surveys of the Federal States of Germany, in conjunction with the Federal Institute for Geosciences and Natural Resources, are compiling a series of maps that will cover the country at a scale of 1:200,000. When completed by the end of the next decade, this set of maps will consist of 57 sheets, each of which will be accompanied by explanatory notes. By the end of 1995, 17 sheets had been published BGR reports on the status of a Federal mineral-resource mapping program.

湖南省珍稀濒危植物及其特征

首批中国珍稀濒危植物分布于湖南的有65种4变种。从区系组成、植物地理分布、在自然森林群落中的生态地位,以及利用价值等方面分析了它们的特征,并对湖南珍稀濒危植物就地保护的有效性和措施进行了讨论。     

法国巴黎区的规划与整治及其对上海建设的启示

本文对法国巴黎区城市膨胀扩展过程、城市规划指导思想由同心圆模式向轴线发展模式、由单个要素转移到郊区城市综合功能开发转变的原因进行了分析，并对以巴黎城市副中心和郊区新城建设等为主要内容的城市规划经验教训进行了介绍和总结。在此基础上，结合上海市经济社会发展的条件和目标，分析了上海市规划中存在的郊区城市规模小、城市工业“空洞化”、城市建设政策措施协调配套以及浦东建设项目利用效益低下等几个城市建设面临的主要问题，并提出了相应的改进建议。     

泡沫泥浆钻进工艺及护壁堵漏机理研究

介绍了所研制的ＤＦ－１型泡沫剂组分及性能；对泡沫泥浆钻进的配方进行了研究，得出的最优配方应用于现场，取得了较好的效果，并对泡沫泥浆的护壁机理进行了研究。     

Environmental and legal aspects of karst areas

 Environmental impacts on karst settings are common as they are more sensitive than those of other rock terrains. Regulatory procedures that are effective in other rock terrains are not necessarily applicable to karst settings. Development and exploitation by man that affect the karst hydrology regime can trigger catastrophic events and result in numerous legal actions where the effects of changes go beyond property boundaries. 安徽省江淮地区清水钻进的管井取水效果探讨

本文根据施工实践的结果，综合分析对比了清水钻进与泥浆钻进的管井取水效果，指出清水钻进成井工艺是在现有机具设备条件下提高管井单井取水量的一个重要技术措施。特别是在安徽江淮相对贫水地区，采用清水钻进工艺成井的地质效果尤为明显。
