Appropriate quantification and identification of the groundwater distribution in a hydrological basin may provide necessary information for effective management, planning and development of groundwater resources. Groundwater potential assessment and delineation in a highly heterogeneous environment with limited Spatiotemporal data derived from Gelana watershed of Abaya Chamo lake basin is performed, using integrated multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA), water and energy transfer between soil and plant and atmosphere under quasi-steady state (WetSpass) models. The outputs of the WetSpass model reveal a favorable structure of water balance in the basin studied, mainly using surface runoff. The simulated total flow and groundwater recharge are validated using river measurements and estimated baseflow at two gauging stations located in the study area, which yields a good agreement. The WetSpass model effectively integrates a water balance assessment in a geographical information system (GIS) environment. The WetSpass model is shown to be computationally reputable for such a remote complex setting as the African rift, with a correlation coefficient of 0.99 and 0.99 for total flow and baseflow at a significant level of p-value<0.05, respectively. The simulated annual water budget reveals that 77.22% of annual precipitation loses through evapotranspiration, of which 16.54% is lost via surface runoff while 6.24% is recharged to the groundwater. The calibrated groundwater recharge from the WetSpass model is then considered when determining the controlling factors of groundwater occurrence and formation, together with other multi-thematic layers such as lithology, geomorphology, lineament density and drainage density. The selected five thematic layers through MCDA are incorporated by employing the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method to identify the relative dominance in groundwater potential zoning. The weighted factors in the AHP are procedurally aggregated, based on weighted linear combinations to provide the groundwater potential index. Based on the potential indexes, the area then is demarcated into low, moderate, and high groundwater potential zones (GWPZ). The identified GWPZs are finally examined using the existing groundwater inventory data (static water level and springs) in the region. About 70.7% of groundwater inventory points are coinciding with the delineated GWPZs. The weighting comparison shows that lithology, geomorphology, and groundwater recharge appear to be the dominant factors influence on the resources potential. The assessment of groundwater potential index values identify 45.88% as high, 39.38% moderate, and 14.73% as low groundwater potential zones. WetSpass model analysis is more preferable in the area like Gelana watershed when the topography is rugged, inaccessible and having limited gauging stations.  相似文献

二密铜矿位于二密中生代火山盆地中,矿床产于松顶山序列石英闪长岩与侏罗系火山岩接触带附近,矿体受多组断裂联合控制,矿体多呈脉状,主成矿期在花岗斑岩株侵入固结之后。成矿热液来源于深部,沿300°±断裂带及34°±断裂带运移至容矿构造中成矿。300°(4)与34°(6)两条主干断裂带交汇部位一带可能是主要成矿区。  相似文献

牙哈—英买力地区是塔北隆起上的主要油气富集区,古潜山风化壳型储层的观点一直主导着该地区寒武系—奥陶系碳酸盐岩油气勘探的思路。但储层精细描述揭示了牙哈—英买力地区除古潜山风化壳型储层外,还发育有暴露浅滩型、层间古岩溶型、白云岩型储层。其中位于古潜山面之下经风化作用改造的白云岩型储层是最有勘探价值的,勘探成功率高。其次是暴露浅滩型储层,油藏类型有早成藏残留型和晚成藏型。暴露浅滩型、层间古岩溶型和白云岩型储层也是很有勘探价值的储层类型。早成藏型原生油气藏,位于寒武系—奥陶系与志留系呈假整合接触的地区,与古潜山无关。古潜山风化壳型储层可以形成晚成藏型油气藏,但目前试油结果均为水层,值得进一步探索。  相似文献

为了弄清海洋极端环境下微生物参与油气资源形成和演化的潜在机制, 进行了现代海洋热泉和冷泉等环境中微生物类型分析和生物量估算, 探讨了极端微生物活动和油气资源的潜在关系.认为海洋极端环境下微生物类型主要为细菌和古细菌, 热泉微生物群落主要为异养发酵菌、硫酸盐还原菌、产甲烷菌等; 冷泉微生物群落主要为ANME-2族的厌氧甲烷氧化古细菌、硫酸盐还原细菌和ANME-1族厌氧甲烷氧化古菌.这些极端微生物利用CH4和H2S等气体进行能量固定, 有较高的生物丰度和较低的分异度, 具有垂向和水平分带性, 并能营生一套独特的宏体生物.极端微生物活动直接和间接地参与了油气资源的形成和改造, 示踪海底油气资源的变迁.对于探索地球早期海洋微生物活动与油气资源形成, 寻找地史时期或华南地史早期烃源岩具有重要理论和实践指导意义.   相似文献

The Laoangou Pb-Zn-Ag polymetallic ore deposit (LAG) is a hydrothermal vein-type deposit in the East Qinling polymetallic metallogenic belt, which is controlled by NW-, NE- and nearly SN-trending faults and mainly hosted in the dolomite marble of Meiyaogou and Baishugou formations within the Luanchuan ore district (LOD). Although district-scale metallogenic prediction related to the Pb-Zn-Ag deposits in the LOD has been attempted, there have been no studies to formulate a detailed deposit-scale metallogenic prediction of the Pb-Zn-Ag deposit in 3D space. Here we selected the LAG to formulate a metallogenic prediction model for Pb-Zn-Ag deposit based on data from 1:10,000 scale geological map, and 66 boreholes and 39 sections of exploration lines on 1:1000 scale, to extract the salient spatial features of the deposit. We apply ordinary weights and weighted weights of evidence, followed by boosted weights of evidence, logistic regression and information entropy for integrating the features of the ore deposit for exploration targeting. The C–V fractal method is applied to classify the probabilities. Accordingly, three levels of exploration targets are delineated: the first level targets are mainly distributed in the periphery of known orebodies (M2, M3, II-3 and VI), which are also located in the ore-controlling strata and fault zones; the second level targets are located in the region of known orebodies, indirectly confirming that the prediction result is reliable; and the third level targets, which are mainly located at the contact between ore-controlling strata and metagabbro bodies, offer new targets for exploration in this ore district. Combining our results obtained in this study with those in previous studies, we provide some guidelines for exploration targets in the Pb-Zn-Ag deposits in the LOD, which might help in more effectively delineating the target zones.  相似文献

Graphite is one of the most essential non-metallic minerals with a wide variety of uses, and is an important commodity used in the emerging industry of China. Graphite is sourced from 170 mine areas in China from 25 provinces. This contribution is on a study of 15 regions in China with known graphite resources based on the spatial and temporal analyses of the regional metamorphic, contact metamorphic, and hydrothermal types of graphite. The knowledge gained on the metallogenesis of graphite in China is used to develop a model for choosing prospective regions for graphite, and to target areas for detailed exploration. It outlined 28 prediction areas with predicted graphite resources of about 1.63 billion tonnes to a maximum depth of 500 m in the Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Shandong, Inner Mongolia and Hunan provinces. And of these, the predicted flake graphite resources in the Heilongjiang Province has been totalling almost a billion tonnes representing almost 60% of China’s graphite resource. As a result of this study, it is concluded that graphite has been formed during restricted periods of time, with the regional metamorphic type being the main style present in China.  相似文献

比较了BP、Hopfield二种神经网络模型的特性及其运行机制,分别用于位场反演,还比较了各自在位场反演中的应用效果。结果表明:这二种神经网络模型虽然都可用于位场反演,但由于Hopfield网络缺乏学习能力,不能较好地利用已知地质、地球物理信息而受到限制。而BP神经网络具有较强的学习能力,能从已知的信息中得到有利于解决最优化问题的结论,比Hopfield神经网络更加适合于位场的反演问题。  相似文献

An electrochemical model is proposed, which considers the redox conditions and the electrode kinetics at the mineral surface. Advanced modelling of self-potential (SP) anomalies over ore deposits takes into account the course of the redox potential distribution with depth and the oxidation-reduction processes acting at the mineral-electrolyte interface. The application of this model to a SP anomaly in the vicinity of the German Continental Deep Drilling Program (KTB) can explain the surface and borehole data and gives an estimation of the prevailing thermodynamical conditions in the ground.Exclusively, this paper deals with SP anomalies, which are associated with high conductive graphitic layers. It can be concluded that SP-anomalies give an important hint to electronical conducting structures in the earth's crust.  相似文献

The objectives of the review are to present a coherent view of the current state of practice at the highest level and to examine trends, which may shape practice in the future.
