新世纪大洋钻探"三角鼎立"中的欧洲联合体

欧洲为了与美国、日本在IODP中处于同等重要的地位，成立了由ODP成员参加的欧洲大洋钻探科学指导委员会（ESCOD）和JEODI组织，并开展了IODP之前的一系列准备活动。在其中的APLACON会议上，论证了IODP中第三类特定钻探平台的必要性，讨论了该类平台在某些研究范围内的重要作用，包括研究地球历史中的极端气候（北极海区）、重建白垩纪－第三纪的水文地理学、气候的快速变化、沉积盆地形成与过程以及固体地球过程等。     

Fuzzy Optimum Model of Semi-Structural Decision for Lectotype Optimization of Offshore Platforms

In the process of concept design of offshore platforms, it is necessary to select the best from feasible alternatives through comparison and filter. The criterion set, used to evaluate and select the satisfying alternative, consists of many qualitative and quantitative factors. Therefore, the selection is a problem of multicriteria and semi- structural decision- making. Different from traditional methods in semi- structural decision- making, a new framework and methodology is presented in this paper for evaluation of offshore platform alternatives. First, the criterion set is established for the evaluation of alternatives. Next, the approach is studied to construct the relative membership degree matrix, in which both qualitative and quantitative factors are consistent with the uniform calculating standard. And then a new weight-assessing method is developed for calculation of the weights based on the relative membership degree matrix. A fuzzy approach to the lectotype optimization of offshore platforms

Lectotype optimization of offshore platforms is of particular importance in the concept design process. Lectotype optimization involves multiple objectives with uncertainty and so is a problem of multiple attribute decision making. To date, there have been few published works on this topic in the context of offshore engineering. This paper develops a framework and methodology for evaluation of offshore platform alternatives, where a fuzzy optimum model is proposed to integrate the influence of each objective in the criteria set, and a new weight-assessing method is developed to mimic the decision maker’s experience and preference based on complementary pairwise comparisons. A case study shows that the new framework and methodology is scientific, reasonable and easy to use in practice.     

从ODP到IODP

大洋钻探计划（ODP）结束以后实施的整合大洋钻探计划（IODP）与以往钻探计划不同的是将以多个钻探平台为主，其航次将进入过去ODP无法进入的地区，将在古环境、海底资源（包括气体水合物）、地震机制、大洋岩石圈、海平面变化、深部生物圈等研究方面有所突破。从ODP到IODP有一过渡机构－ISAS，于2001年6月开始运作，到IODP开始实施时结束使命。ISAS将负责航次建议书的接受与评估、确保ODP与IODP的平稳过渡及负责与IODP有关的公共活动等工作。     

埕岛油田数据基础重组及开发应用

从数据管理及后期应用的角度提出了数据平台的要领，讨论了该数据平台的物理结构、逻辑结构，在分类与组织的基础上给出了相应的数据字典。同时，还基于该平台探讨了测井曲线库及图形库的建设方法，并实现了具体功能。     

海洋平台结构形状与拓扑优化设计

以实际环境荷载作用下的实际海洋导管架平台结构为对象，研究了海洋平台结构在风，流，海冰等多荷载模式和多荷载工况下的优化设计的理论方法和应用技术，建立了结构尺寸优化，形状优化和拓扑优化问题的统一模型。计算结果反映出形状优化比尺寸优化所得设计更优，而拓扑优化的设计效果最好。不同的荷载工况对应的最优拓扑形式不同，因此在实际设计中应考虑实际的荷载工况，选取不同的拓扑形式。

地震作用下的导管架海洋平台结构动力优化设计研究

把导管架海洋平台看作钢框架结构，并把优化方法用于结构的抗震设计中；以结构的总重量最小为优化目标，导管的平均直径和壁厚作为设计变量，考虑强度、刚度和稳定等约束条件。通过渤海BZ28—1油田储油平台为例进行了计算，计算结果表明，此方法对海洋平台的设计具有一定的参考意义。
