Positioning of screw holes group based on digital camera and digital control drilling

Positioning of screw holes is an important production procedure for steel construction connecting with bolts. In this paper, a new production method is presented, in which the digital camera is used for taking pictures of screw holes and other techniques are advanced. This paper also indicates that the pixels of CCD chip in photogrammetry should be chosen as all geometric units in an image, such as interior elements and all kinds of distortions. The measure can also simplify the camera calibration for determining the size of non-square pixel.     

随钻四极横波测量的数据驱动频散处理方法

针对随钻四极横波测量中的频散效应,本文采用了一种数据驱动的频散处理方法.根据四极子声波频散数据计算慢度概率密度及其拟合函数,再对该函数寻边确定实际地层的横波慢度.该方法在对理论模拟数据及现场随钻测井数据处理中均取得了良好的应用效果,为随钻四极子横波测井提供了一种快速有效的处理方法.

     

中国煤层气勘探开发技术研究进展

我国煤层气勘探开发工作走过了十多年的探索历程,大致可以分为三个阶段：技术引进阶段、勘探评价阶段、开发试验及探索研究阶段。目前,制约煤层气商业开发的瓶颈技术问题在于寻找煤层气富集高渗区、提高煤层气产能的开发工艺技术。本文将着重介绍我国在煤层气勘探开发技术方面的研究进展,主要包括煤层气资源评价和区块优选评价技术、钻井技术、完井工艺技术、压裂工艺技术、注CO2增产技术、煤层气地球物理探测技术、煤层气井抽放技术、煤层气生产和评价技术等等。同时,提出了今后我国煤层气勘探开发技术存在的问题和发展趋势。     

大牛地气田钻杆耐磨环失效原因分析

鄂尔多斯北部大牛地地区钻井施工中钻杆偏磨、耐磨环失效现象很普遍。通过对比分析研究,认为造成钻杆耐磨环失效的主要原因有:地层研磨性、钻杆的井下工况、耐磨材料选择与敷焊工艺的影响。     

Fluid Geoanalysis in the Chinese Continental Scientific Drilling Project

Mass spectrometry and chromatography were used in the on-line and in situ analysis of fluids in the Chinese continental scientific drilling project. The drilling processes and mud have great effects on the identification of fluids. After considering the effects of air components and artefacts on the deep fluids, we have found that in some segments, helium, methane and carbon dioxide are the main gas components that should originate from the deep Earth. The correlations among gas components are discussed and the fluid profiles in the hole are presented.
