The A-type granites with highly positive εNd(t) values in the West Junggar, Central Asian Orogenic Belt (CAOB), have long been perceived as a group formed under the same tectonic and geodynamic setting, magmatic sourceq and petrogenetic model. Geological evidence shows that these granites occurred at two different tectonic units related to the southeastern subduction of Junggar oceanic plate: the Hongshan and Karamay granites emplaced in the southeast of West Junggar in the Baogutu continental arc; whereas the Akebasitao and Miaoergou granites formed in the accretionary prism. Here the authors present new bulk-rock geochemistry and Sr-Nd isotopes, zircon U-Pb ages and Hf-O isotopes data on these granites. The granites in the Baogutu continental arc and accretionary prism contain similar zircon εHf(t) values (+10.9 to +16.2) and bulk-rock geochemical characteristics (high SiO2 and K2O contents, enriched LILEs (except Sr), depleted Sr, Ta and Ti, and negative anomalies in Ce and Eu). The Hongshan and Karamay granites in the Baogutu continental arc have older zircon U-Pb ages (315–305 Ma) and moderate 18O enrichments (δ18Ozircon=+6.41‰–+7.96‰); whereas the Akebasitao and Miaoergou granites in the accretionary prism have younger zircon U-Pb ages (305–301 Ma) with higher 18O enrichments (δ18Ozircon=+8.72‰–+9.89‰). The authors deduce that the elevated 18O enrichments of the Akebasitao and Miaoergou granites were probably inherited from low-temperature altered oceanic crusts. The Akebasitao and Miaoergou granites were originated from partial melting of low-temperature altered oceanic crusts with juvenile oceanic sediments below the accretionary prism. The Hongshan and Karamay granites were mainly derived from partial melting of basaltic juvenile lower crust with mixtures of potentially chemical weathered ancient crustal residues and mantle basaltic melt (induced by hot intruding mantle basaltic magma at the bottom of the Baogutu continental arc). On the other hand, the Miaoergou charnockite might be sourced from a deeper partial melting reservoir under the accretionary prism, consisting of the low-temperature altered oceanic crust, juvenile oceanic sediments, and mantle basaltic melt. These granites could be related to the asthenosphere’s counterflow and upwelling, caused by the break-off and delamination of the subducted oceanic plate beneath the accretionary prism Baogutu continental arc in a post-collisional tectonic setting.©2022 China Geology Editorial Office.  相似文献

The Vectis Formation was deposited in a restricted lagoonal environment that periodically dried up, as indicated by the presence of desiccation surfaces. The fauna indicates that salinities fluctuated significantly during deposition, from fresh to brackish-marine. Pre-burial berthierine-rich clay replaced faecal pellets in the sediment, infilling desiccation cracks, during re-flooding of the lagoon. Concretions formed by early pyrite and apatite cementation during initial burial in lake sediment, with organic debris of fish and wood, acting as nuclei and a trigger for cementation. With subsequent partial or complete exhumation oxidation of the pyrite occurred, prior to cementation by Mn siderite. All further concretion cementation occurred within the oxic to sub-oxic diagenetic zones. Textural relationships indicate that commonly occurring baryte formedafter pyrite oxidation and represents the last diagenetic mineral phase.  相似文献

新疆中天山构造岩浆带是中亚造山带的重要组成部分,广泛分布着古生代花岗质侵入体。本研究重点对中天山南缘巴音布鲁克及巴伦台地区的花岗质侵入体进行了LA-ICP-MS锆石U-Pb测年,并获得了岩体侵位年龄由老到新分别为463±3Ma(石英闪长岩)、437±5Ma(石英闪长岩)、424±3Ma(二长花岗岩)、383±4Ma(二长花岗岩)、356±3Ma(二长花岗岩)和303±5Ma(正长花岗岩)。综合区域地质分析认为,中天山古生代侵入岩浆活动可分为四个构造岩浆演化阶段:(1)晚寒武世—晚奥陶世阶段,Terskey洋盆和南天山洋盆自新元古代打开形成广阔洋盆,Terskey洋盆在晚寒武世开始初次俯冲,于晚奥陶世洋盆闭合,南天山洋盆于早奥陶世初次俯冲,具有自西向东、由早到晚的俯冲特点;(2)早志留世—中泥盆世阶段,南天山洋盆持续向北俯冲,该阶段北天山洋开始向南侧俯冲,在伊犁地块北缘形成了弧岩浆;(3)晚泥盆世—早石炭世阶段,南天山洋盆闭合于晚泥盆世末期,在早石炭世中晚期进入残余洋盆演化阶段;(4)晚石炭世—早二叠世阶段,该阶段为后碰撞伸展环境,区域上为陆内演化阶段。  相似文献

虽然传统物探方法在大多数金属矿产勘查中都取得了良好的效果,但在锰矿勘查中的应用却相对较少,这主要是由于锰矿与其围岩的地球物理性质和化学性质差异较小,加大了锰矿的勘探难度,尤其是埋深较大、后期改造强烈的一些锰矿床,勘探难度更大,导致进行直接找矿效果并不显著。笔者近几年主要在巴山锰矿带和塔里木盆地西南缘锰多金属矿区采用不同的物探方法进行锰矿勘查工作,在部分矿区取得了较好的勘查效果。本文主要以塔里木盆地西南缘锰多金属矿区的新疆奥尔托喀讷什一带锰矿区为例,主要介绍了采用激发极化法在该工区开展的具体工作情况以及取得的一些成果认识,表明该方法在寻找隐伏含锰层位具有较好的效果。  相似文献

The Shitoukengde Ni-Cu deposit, located in the Eastern Kunlun Orogen, comprises three mafic–ultramafic complexes, with the No. I complex hosting six Ni-Cu orebodies found recently. The deposit is hosted in the small ultramafic bodies intruding Proterozoic metamorphic rocks. Complexes at Shitoukengde contain all kinds of mafic-ultramafic rocks, and olivine websterite and pyroxene peridotite are the most important Ni-Cu-hosted rocks. Zircon U-Pb dating suggests that the Shitoukengde Ni-Cu deposit formed in late Silurian(426–422 Ma), and their zircons have εHf(t) values of-9.4 to 5.9 with the older T_(DM1) ages(0.80–1.42 Ga). Mafic-ultramafic rocks from the No. I complex show the similar rare earth and trace element patterns, which are enriched in light rare earth elements and large ion lithophile elements(e.g., K, Rb, Th) and depleted in heavy rare earth elements and high field strength elements(e.g., Ta, Nb, Zr, Ti). Sulfides from the deposit have the slightly higher δ~(34)S values of 1.9–4.3‰ than the mantle(0 ± 2‰). The major and trace element characteristics, and Sr-Nd-Pb and Hf, S isotopes indicate that their parental magmas originated from a metasomatised, asthenospheric mantle source which had previously been modified by subduction-related fluids, and experienced significant crustal contamination both in the magma chamber and during ascent triggering S oversaturation by addition of S and Si, that resulted in the deposition and enrichment of sulfides. Combined with the tectonic evolution, we suggest that the Shitoukengde Ni-Cu deposit formed in the post-collisional, extensional regime related to the subducted oceanic slab break-off after the Wanbaogou oceanic basalt plateau collaged northward to the Qaidam Block in late Silurian.  相似文献

黔东地区李家湾锰矿位于贵州省铜仁市松桃县乌罗镇境内,该矿床为杨立掌锰矿体在深部及外围的延续。锰矿赋存于南华系下统大塘坡组第一段黑色岩系下部,矿体呈层状、似层状产出,层位较稳定,规模较大,矿体沿走向长约2000m,沿倾向延深长约1500m。矿床平均厚度为2.56m,平均品位为19.31%。根据大量的野外观察,前人资料整理及综合研究成果,初步总结出该区的综合找矿信息。  相似文献

Jellyfish are often the most prominent components of plankton, with severe consequences for fisheries and tourism. However, in tropical regions, there is much uncertainty about these consequences due to the lack of basic data. Our objective was to improve the knowledge about jellyfish in the Western Atlantic, with an emphasis on understanding diversity, abundance, and distribution patterns. Samples were collected at 34 stations in 1995 using a 300‐μm‐mesh Bongo net. The 21 species identified belonged to Hydromedusae (11), Siphonophora (nine), and Scyphomedusae (one). The overall mean density was low (5.2 ± 5.3 ind. m?3). Total Hydromedusae biomass was 130.86 mg C m?3, and total Siphonophora biomass was 19.04 mg C m?3. Chelophyes appendiculata (Eschscholtz, 1829) was the most frequent species captured in the oceanic samples, and Aglaura hemistoma (Péron & Lesueur, 1810) was the most common in the neritic region. The latter species is sometimes characterized as a bloom associated with the most polluted and eutrophic river plumes. The main role of jellyfish species in the area is as a higher‐order carnivore. A cross‐shelf significant difference (P < 0.05) was registered, with higher species numbers in oceanic regions and higher densities and biomass in neritic regions.  相似文献

鉴别锰矿与锰冶炼渣对于锰矿进口贸易和环境保护具有重要意义,由于锰冶炼渣与一些锰矿具有相似的元素组成,都含有锰和硅铝镁钙等杂质元素,仅从元素含量的高低无法准确将其鉴别。本文按国别收集我国主要进口锰矿及不同工艺的主要锰冶炼渣作为研究样品,应用X射线荧光光谱、X射线衍射及傅里叶变换红外光谱技术相结合,建立了锰矿与锰冶炼渣的鉴别方法。在元素组成上,锰冶炼渣的硅含量较高,水淬渣和空气冷却渣的钙含量较高。在物相上,锰矿的特征物相包括软锰矿、氧化锰、方锰矿、菱锰矿等;而锰冶炼渣因为经过冶炼的过程存在硅酸铁、锰橄榄石等特征峰,从而对样品属性进行鉴别。红外光谱显示,锰矿在600~400 cm~(-1)范围内有两个强吸收带,并单独或者同时在1420 cm~(-1)处有特征吸收峰;而锰冶炼渣在960 cm~(-1)左右有宽强吸收峰。本法建立了锰矿的物相谱图库及锰冶炼渣的物相特征,并充分利用红外光谱技术作了有力佐证,确定了锰矿及其冶炼渣的主要区别点。  相似文献

We examined the infiltration pattern of water in a regolith–bedrock profile consisting of two overburdens (OB1 and OB2), a buried rice paddy soil (PS), two texturally distinctive weathered materials (WM1 and WM2) and a fractured sedimentary rock (BR), using a Brilliant Blue FCF dye tracer. A black‐coloured coating in conducting fractures in WM1, WM2 and BR was analysed by X‐ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The dye tracer penetrated to greater than 2 m depth in the profile. The macropore flow and saturated interflow were the major infiltration patterns in the profile. Macropore flow and saturated interflow were observed along fractures in WM1, WM2 and BR and at the dipping interfaces of PS–WM1, PS–WM2 and PS–BR respectively. Heterogeneous matrix flow occurred in upper overburden (OB1) and PS. Compared with OB1, the coarser textured OB2 acted as a physical barrier for vertical flow of water. The PS with low bulk density and many fine roots was another major conducting route of water in the profile. Manganese oxide and iron oxide were positively identified in the black coating material and had low crystallinity and high surface area, indicating their high reactivity with conducting contaminants.
