The paleogeographic implications of loess mounds: Laizhou Bay plain

The loess mounds are a newly discovered type of landforms on the Laizhou Bay plain south of the Bohai Sea. Research shows that they were formed in the late period of the late Pleistocene when the Bohai Sea was exposed in the period of late Wümu glacial age and changed into plain. As the exposed area is not protected by vegetation, the sediments at the sea bottom are blown and transported southward by strong north winds, and deposit on the coastal plains. As thick loess is accumulated, the loess mound landforms are formed in the direction of down wind.

基于遥感数据的常熟市耕地资源数量动态变化分析

采用RS和GIS技术，对常熟市1984—2001年间土地利用进行调查，获得了1984、1992、1999、2001年四个时期的土地利用状况及其变化资料。通过多时期对比分析发现：1984—1992年，居民点工矿占用耕地、耕地变成水域和耕地变成交通用地，分别占耕地转出总面积的56．7％、36．6％和5．4％。1992—1999年上述各项则分别占耕地转出总面积的47．3％、45．7％和7．0％。1999——2001年分别占耕地转出总面积的2．4％、95．6％和1．3％。1999年以后农村农业结构调整已经成为耕地面积减少的主要原因，应通过制定区域农业中长期发展规划和法规进行宏观调控。     

设备树在路灯AM/FM/GIS系统中的应用研究

该文提出了AM／FM／GIS中基于“设备树”的设备设施管理模式，运用“设备树”来组织路灯电力网络中的设备设施对象；阐述了如何从设备设施的物理模型抽象出具有树状层次结构的逻辑网络模型，并根据该逻辑模型设计相应的数据结构来构建“设备树”；并介绍了设备树在南京市路灯AM／FM／GIS系统中的设计与实现。     

东莞城市化过程中若干问题研究

改革开放以来，东莞市积极吸纳海外资本与技术，通过“三来一补”企业的快速发展，带动了非农产业和小城镇的迅速发展。然而，受我国分散的工业化和农村城市化政策体制的影响，在快速城市化过程中也暴露出很多值得关注的问题。该文基于实地考察与问卷访谈，重点分析了土地利用效率低、外来人口集中以及基础设施建设与城市经济发展不相协调等问题，并提出协调城市化发展的对策。

文章论述了生态交界带是两个以上生态系统交接的过渡带，它具有特有的生态系统结构，生态交界带生态系统的结构，功能和物质，能是以及信息的交流与相邻生态系统有密切的联系，但又表现出明显的异质性，其动态变化机理显示生态交界带内物质，能量和信息的均衡状况。     

两湖平原农业洪害特征与减灾技术措施

两湖平原是我国农业水资源最丰富的地区之一，河湖水系四通八达，农业生产条件优越。由于人类不适当的经济活动，大规模围湖垦殖破坏了两湖平原自然生态环境，洪涝频繁发生，农业损失严重。两湖平原必须实施综合性的农业减灾技术措施：长江上中游地区实施退耕还林、全面启动天然林保护工程，保持水土；两湖地区实行退田还湖，提高湖泊分蓄洪能力；应用GPS、GIS技术预警，有效调度洪水；调整湖区农业结构，发展避洪农业。
