固定化鲅鱼乙酰胆碱酯酶的制备及部分性质测定

酶的固定化是酶传感器制备过程中重要的1个环节.研究采用直接共价法固定鲅鱼乙酰胆碱酯酶（AChE）.制备方法为：0.1g CNBr活化的Sepharose 4B凝胶用1mmol/L的HCl充分溶胀后,与活力为10U的AChE溶液混合,于4℃下150r/min振荡8h.所制备的固定化酶活力回收率较高（96%）,对pH值和温度变化的适应能力均优于非固定化酶;在3个月保存期内,前者的活力损失13%,而后者的活力则下降89%.这说明固定过程能够大大提高AChE的抗逆性和保持酶活力的稳定,有利于酶传感器的制备.     

鱼类生长激素的体内代谢、分泌调控和作用机制研究的进展

主要对１９８３－１９９６年间关于鱼类生长激素的体内代谢、分泌调控和作用机制的研究进展予以综合评述。通过鱼类划性放射免疫测定法的建立和体风代谢动力学研究，证实，外源生长激素在鱼体内不会产生积累。鱼类生长激素的分泌调控受下丘脑分泌的生长激素释放因子（ＧＨＲＦ）和释放抑制因子（ＳＲＩＦ）的双重；促性腺激素释放激素（ＧｎＲＨ）、雌二醇（Ｅ２）、促甲状腺素释放激素（ＴＲＨ）和神经肽（ＮＹＰ）对鱼类生长激素的     

顶空气相色谱法测定海水二甲基硫和浮游植物细胞二甲基硫丙酸的研究

建立了顶空ＧＣ／ＦＰＤ测定海水中二甲基硫（ＤＭＳ）和浮游植物细胞中二甲基硫丙酸（ＤＭＳＰ）的方法，并研究盐度、温度、气液相比ＤＭＳ诸因素对ＤＭＳ顶空灵敏度的影响。该法对ＤＭＳ测定的相对标准偏差均小于６％，平均回收率为１０６％，最低检出限为２０ｎｇ／Ｌ。细胞ＤＭＳＰ先经碱作用转化为ＤＭＳ，在５０℃下作用时间不少于６ｈ，峰高与浓度的双对数线性相关系数大于０．９９。对１９９４年冬、１９９５年夏采自胶州湾     

三倍体合浦珠母贝不育性研究

对三倍体合浦珠母贝Ｐｉｎｃｔａｄａｍａｒｔｅｎｓｉｉ（Ｄ．）春、秋两繁殖盛期的生殖腺进行了组织学观察，并对其配子形成及受精、发育进行了研究。结果表明：合浦珠母贝三倍体的生殖腺发育差，生殖细胞数量少，极少个体能见到成熟卵母细胞和精子；三倍体的配子能完成受精作用，能发育至直线铰合期。配子多为非整倍体，其染色体数目多为１４—２８，胚胎染色体数目主要为２８—４２，故胚胎不能正常发育。因此，三倍体合浦珠母贝是不育的．     

海洋钢筋混凝土结构牺牲阳极保护系统电极行为的研究

于１９８９－１９９０年在室内条件下，用牺牲阳极保护浸泡于海水中的多种钢筋凝土试件测试不同试件中钢筋极化与阳极布局、涂层质量，涂层厚度及试件浸水情况的关系。结果表明，牺牲阳极能有效地保护全浸海水中的混凝土试件，对间断浸淋海水的试件也有一定的保护作用，通过改善阳极安装工艺，保护作用可望提高；电偶电流在各阴阳极上的分布将随涂层质量，涂层厚度和试件浸水情况不同而异，回路中电阻和电极极化情况是影响电流分布的     

规则波和不规则波作用下消波建筑物前的波高分析

消波建筑物在国内外已得到广泛应用。本文采用近似方法分析了明基床上直立式消波建筑物前的波高及消波室内的波高，从而确定建筑物的消波效果。并在规则波的基础上将成果推广至不规则波作用下的情况。     

耗散结构理论在判断南海热带气旋路径演变中的应用

本文用耗散结构理论推导出南海热带气旋的移动公式,通过实际应用和实例检验,证明它对估计南海热带气旋路径演变有一定的实用价值。     

Dynamic Response Analysis of Interaction System of R.C. Gravity Single-Leg Platform

In this paper, the responses of the interaction system of R.C. gravity single-leg platform to seismic excitation are mainly analysed. A set of nonlinear equations for the interaction system are established by using the wave, one is the soil-structure interaction and the other is the fluid-structure interaction. The seismic response of the interaction system is analysed for the influence of the asymmetric structure, fluid action, etc. with the input of seismic SH waves in any direction. The numerical results are given for a simple example.

Nonlinear coupled dynamic response of offshore Spar platforms under regular sea waves

Many innovative floating offshore structures have been proposed for cost effectiveness of oil and gas exploration and production in water depths exceeding one thousand meters in recent years. One such type of platform is the offshore floating Spar platform. The Spar platform is modelled as a rigid body with six degrees-of-freedom, connected to the sea floor by multi-component catenary mooring lines, which are attached to the Spar platform at the fairleads. The response dependent stiffness matrix consists of two parts (a) the hydrostatics provide restoring force in heave, roll and pitch, (b) the mooring lines provide the restoring force which are represented here by nonlinear horizontal springs. A unidirectional regular wave model is used for computing the incident wave kinematics by Airy’s wave theory and force by Morison’s equation. The response analysis is performed in time domain to solve the dynamic behavior of the moored Spar platform as an integrated system using the iterative incremental Newmark’s Beta approach. Numerical studies are conducted for sea state conditions with and without coupling of degrees-of-freedom.
