微生物沉积碳酸钙固化珊瑚砂的试验研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1

向珊瑚砂中注入巴斯德芽孢杆菌菌液、氯化钙和尿素的混合液,利用微生物沉积碳酸钙固化珊瑚砂;并对珊瑚砂固化体进行了渗透、强度及微观结构等试验。试验结果表明,巴斯德芽孢杆菌的活性随时间呈衰减趋势,但衰减速度缓慢,能较好地满足珊瑚砂固化的需要。随着菌液、氯化钙和尿素的混合液注入次数的增加,珊瑚砂柱渗透性逐步降低,最终渗透性降低了1~2个数量级。微生物固化后的珊瑚砂柱应力-应变曲线大致可分为3段,即应力随应变缓慢增加段、快速增加段以及突降段。试样发生压裂脆性破坏,无侧限抗压强度最高达到14 MPa左右。抗压强度随干密度增加而增大,随渗透性降低而增大。微生物固化后珊瑚砂颗粒被生成的碳酸钙完整的包裹,孔隙间极少见生成的碳酸钙,与普通硅砂微生物固化后的微观结构不同,较好地解释了渗透性降低不多的原因。  相似文献

Carbonate cement is the most abundant cement type in the Fourth Member of the Xujiahe Formation in the Xiaoquan-Fenggu area of the West Sichuan Depression. Here we use a systematic analysis of carbonate cement petrology, mineralogy, carbon and oxygen isotope ratios and enclosure homogenization temperatures to study the precipitation mechanism, pore fluid evolution, and distribution of different types of carbonate cement in reservoir sand in the study area. Crystalline calcite has relatively heavy carbon and oxygen isotope ratios(δ13C = 2.14‰, δ18O = -5.77‰), and was precipitated early. It was precipitated directly from supersaturated alkaline fluid under normal temperature and pressure conditions. At the time of precipitation, the fluid oxygen isotope ratio was very light, mainly showing the characteristics of a mixed meteoric water-seawater fluid(δ18O = -3‰), which shows that the fluid during precipitation was influenced by both meteoric water and seawater. The calcite cement that fills in the secondary pores has relatively lighter carbon and oxygen isotope ratios(δ13C = -2.36‰, δ18O = -15.68‰). This cement was precipitated late, mainly during the Middle and Late Jurassic. An important material source for this carbonate cement was the feldspar corrosion process that involved organic matter. The Ca2+, Fe3+ and Mg2+ ions released by the clay mineral transformation process were also important source materials. Because of water-rock interactions during the burial process, the oxygen isotope ratio of the fluid significantly increased during precipitation, by about 3‰. The dolomite cements in calcarenaceous sandstone that was precipitated during the Middle Jurassic have heavier carbon and oxygen isotope ratios, which are similar to those of carbonate debris in the sandstone(δ13C = 1.93‰, δ18O = -6.11‰), demonstrating that the two are from the same source that had a heavier oxygen isotope ratio(δ18O of about 2.2‰). The differences in fluid oxygen isotope ratios during cement precipitation reflect the influences of different water-rock interaction systems or different water-rock interaction strengths. This is the main reason why the sandstone containing many rigid particles(lithic quartz sandstone) has a relatively negative carbon isotope ratio and why the precipitation fluid in calcarenaceous sandstone has a relatively heavier oxygen isotope ratio.  相似文献

Molar tooth structure (MTS) represented by complex ptygmatical shapes is widely distributed in the Proterozoic of the world. MTS filled by fine, equant sparry calcite (or dolomite) displays an abrupt contact with hosting rocks, which are mainly composed of carbonaceous micrites and fine-grained carbonates with local silts and stormdominated deposits with graded, cross or wave beddings, numerous erosional surfaces and truncated and fills or guttered bases. Occurrence of MTS suggests a result of the constraint of sedimentary facies, and the storm-base in ramp settings is the maximum depth for the formation of MTS. Vertical succession of MTS-bearing carbonates shows a deposition stacked by high-frequency shallow subtidal and peritidal cycles. An individual cyclic MTS-bearing sequence is characterized by thinning, shallowing and dynamic decreasing-upward, and peritidal caps of purple red iron and organic carbonaceous sediments with more complicated shapes of MTS are common on the top of individual MTS-bearing sequences.  相似文献

贵州碳酸盐岩红色风化壳次生石英的裂变径迹测年研究   总被引:12,自引:1,他引:11  
贵州位于青藏高原东南缘,由于缺乏沉积记录其新生代的地质演化历史还不很明晰,而广泛分布于云贵高原的碳酸盐岩红色风化壳可能蕴涵着重要的地质演化信息.本文对贵州多个原位碳酸盐岩红色风化壳中产出的晶体形态较好的石英进行了裂变径迹方法测年.结果显示,石英的裂变径迹年龄数据呈现出较大的变化范围,从 1 Ma到 25 Ma,且远远地小于其三叠纪和寒武纪的母岩年龄;结合贵州 25 Ma到 1 Ma的区域地质演化历史,裂变径迹年龄值可以排除石英来源于母岩碎屑、成岩过程的次生形成以及火山活动产生的热水沉淀或交代形成的可能性,而只能推断为该晶体形态较好的石英于碳酸盐岩风化作用产生的富硅流体中沉淀形成;各剖面石英的年龄值与新生代的青藏高原夷平期、华南红土期、贵州构造稳定期乃至世界范围内的风化气候期有着良好的对应关系,说明次生石英裂变径迹测年具有很好的可行性和可靠性.  相似文献

以鲁西隆起区奥陶系碳酸盐岩沉积旋回与不整合面分析为基础, 应用薄片、铸体和阴极发光等室内分析技术, 对其成岩作用、成岩序列、孔隙演化及其特征进行了详细研究。研究区的成岩作用分为两类: 建设性成岩作用和破坏性成岩作用, 前者包括白云石化、压溶、去石膏化、溶蚀和破裂等作用; 后者以重结晶、胶结、压实、硅化和充填作用为主。奥陶系碳酸盐岩经历了多期次和多种类型的成岩作用演化, 与马家沟组相比, 三山子组多经历了一次其沉积后的短期表生和随后的埋藏作用。三山子组白云岩、马家沟组东黄山段、土峪段和阁庄段粉细晶白云岩以及八陡段不整合面以下的溶蚀角砾岩段发育次生孔洞缝系统, 是较为有利的储集层段。  相似文献

从储层的微观特征入手,通过各种实验分析认为:塔里木盆地库车坳陷—塔北隆起白垩系巴什基奇克组砂岩中的碳酸盐岩碎屑有五大特征,明显区别于胶结物:粒度粗,一般比其周围的原生孔隙大,磨圆好(个别有晚期压溶现象),轮廓清晰;在砂岩中分布相对均匀,非斑块状;碎屑中存在古生物的化石且多为粉细晶;胶结物(铁方解石、铁白云石)多附着在碎屑边缘呈加大边出现,染色有明显变化;灰岩、云岩碎屑在阴极射线下发桔黄色光。碳酸盐岩碎屑的分布具有近源粒度粗、含量低、分选差、磨圆差、均质差;远源粒度细、含量高、分选好、磨圆好、均质好;浅埋粒形好、深埋压溶强的特征。物源区发育的古老碳酸盐岩地层,干旱、炎热、近咸化的古气候、古水体环境,近源快速堆积的古地理环境是碳酸盐岩碎屑的主要成因。碳酸盐岩碎屑的识别和量化具有重要的地质意义:其减孔效应明显低于胶结物,可有效解释高含量碳酸盐高物性砂岩成因,其分布是界定沉积物源区的有效证据。  相似文献

Abstract: Based on the technology of balanced cross-section and physical simulation experiments associated with natural gas geochemical characteristic analyses, core and thin section observations, it has been proven that the Puguang gas reservoir has experienced two periods of diagenesis and restructuring since the Late Indo-Chinese epoch. One is the fluid transfer controlled by the tectonic movement and the other is geochemical reconstruction controlled by thermochemical sulfate reduction (TSR). The middle Yanshan epoch was the main period that the Puguang gas reservoir experienced the geochemical reaction of TSR. TSR can recreate the fluid in the gas reservoir, which makes the gas drying index higher and carbon isotope heavier because C2+ (ethane and heavy hydrocarbon) and 12C (carbon 12 isotope) is first consumed relative to CH4 and 13C? (carbon 13 isotope). However, the reciprocity between fluid regarding TSR (hydrocarbon, sulfureted hydrogen (H2S)?, and water) and reservoir rock results in reservoir rock erosion and anhydrite alteration, which increases porosity in reservoir, thereby improving the petrophysical properties. Superimposed by later tectonic movement, the fluid in Puguang reservoir has twice experienced adjustment, one in the late Yanshan epoch to the early Himalayan epoch and the other time in late Himalayan epoch, after which Puguang gas reservoir is finally developed.  相似文献

塔里木盆地塔河油田奥陶系致密灰岩中的缝洞油藏储集空间主要为由天然裂缝和酸压裂缝沟通的一个或多个大型管道状洞穴构成的复杂系统.塔河油田四区TK440,TK449H和TK424C井等3口相互连通的油井见水直至水淹的开发过程表明产油层存在多个不同的边底水侵入通道,并不遵循由低到高逐渐见水的常规特征.在3口油井水淹之后,通过低部位的TK440井探索性注水使高部位TK424C井含水下降,而TK449H则变成不产水,使两口井的油产量明显提高.根据注水过程中的油水关系变化研究,提出TK440井组的储层概念模式和全新的注水压雏模式,即低部位注水可能实现对高部位水淹井从原水侵相反方向上补充刺余油体能量,导致高部位水淹井含水下降起到压制水锥的效果,从而达到提高采收率的作用.  相似文献

碳酸盐矿物是地球上最丰富的矿物之一,碳酸盐沉积在许多地质过程中起着非常重要的作用.生物沉积碳酸盐的现象在自然界普遍存在,其中又以生物沉积碳酸钙(CaCO3)为主.生物从周围环境中选择性地吸取元素,在严格的生物控制下,组装成功能化的碳酸盐结构;生物也可以通过改变周围的环境诱导碳酸盐的沉积或自身参与碳酸盐的沉积.不同生物对碳酸盐沉积的作用扣机理不同,综述了海洋动植物、藻类生物、菌类生物对碳酸盐的沉积作用及其机理以及实验室模拟调控CaCO3生物矿化方面的一些研究成果和研究现状,提出未来亟待解决的一些重要问题,并指出生物沉积碳酸盐研究所具有的巨大应用前景.  相似文献

Large sediment deposits on the reef front around Oahu are a possible resource for replenishing eroded beaches. High-resolution subbottom profiles clearly depict the deposits in three study areas: Kailua Bay off the windward coast, Makua to Kahe Point off the leeward coast, and Camp Erdman to Waimea off the north coast. Most of the sediment is in water depths between 20 and 100?m, resting on submerged shelves created during lowstands of sea level. The mapped deposits have a volume of about 4?×?108?m3 in water depths less than 100?m, being thickest off the mouth of channels carved into the modern insular shelf, from which most of the sediment issues. Vibracore samples contain various amounts of sediment of similar size to the sand on Oahu beaches, with the most compatible prospects located off Makaha, Haleiwa, and Camp Erdman, and the least compatible ones located in Kailua Bay. Laboratory tests show a positive correlation of abrasion with Halimeda content: samples from Kailua Bay suffered high amounts of attrition, but others were comparable to tested beach samples. The common gray color of the offshore sediment, aesthetically undesirable for sand on popular tourist beaches, was diminished in the laboratory by soaking in heated hydrogen peroxide.  相似文献
