自动综合算法库的构建

要提高自动综合的自动化水平,不但要开发自动化、智能化程度高的自动综合算法,同时需要对自动综合算法进行有效地管理和使用。目前国内外研究重点在于前者,而对后者研究较少。本文提出了自动综合算法元数据的概念,并从自动综合算法的适用范围、算法功能、算法参数等关键信息,以及算法基本信息、经验信息、改进信息和综合评价指标等辅助信息,以及自动综合算法优先权等方面着手,分步骤、分层次地设计并构建了自动综合算法的元数据管理体系,从而实现了方便、有效地管理与调用自动综合算法,为提高自动综合的自动化程度和水平提供了有力支持。     

Towards an Integrated Model of Interoperability for Spatial Data Infrastructures

Although there is a vast literature available on interoperability models, and their respective interoperability levels, limited research has been carried out on the development of interoperability models for the implementation of Spatial Data Infrastructures. This article demonstrates the important role of metadata elements in the formalisation of interoperability models for the implementation of Spatial Data Infrastructures. It describes an approach for designing an integrated interoperability model based on the definition of a common template that integrates seven interoperability levels. They are: technical, syntactic, semantic, pragmatic, dynamic, conceptual and organisational levels. A non-hierarchical structure is proposed to ensure the relationship among these interoperability levels.     

XML海洋信息应用分析

分析了海洋数据的特点,并综述了XML在海洋信息中的应用及其意义;介绍了该领域技术的国内外概况;分析适合我国海洋信息的)XML应用技术。     

环境信息共享研究

本文针对我国环境监测现状,分析了当前各地监测系统存在的环境信息综合处理困难及信息交换障碍等问题,结合国家不同层次对环境数据的需求及侧重点,总结了实现环境数据共享所要解决的主要内容,提出了实现环境信息共享的方案,并进行实例分析。     

面向对象的地理空间信息元数据标准研制方法

论述了地理空间信息元数据中的对象的特质,构建了地理空间信息元数据对象模型,提出了结合面向对象中的对象操作和面向对象软件工程的地理空间信息元数据标准的研制方法。并以此为指导,实施了《水利地理空间信息元数据标准》的研制,有效解决了研制地理空间信息元数据标准时在分工合作、进度控制和所开发标准在兼容性、重用性等方面存在的问题。     

“数字成都”的综合数据管理方案

随着信息技术的发展,所管理的数据也发生着重大的变化,从过去仅仅管理结构化数据,至今必须管理多种类型的非结构化数据。这一变化给数据管理带来了挑战。元数据在避免数据的重复性建设以及协调不同数据部门之间的资源共享中发挥着重要的作用,智能代理通过具有一定智能性的搜索策略建模,实现对元数据库的快速检索、数据的快速下载、数据的交互预览和信息缓存机制。同时讨论了基于元数据技术和智能代理技术的“数字成都”数据管理方案。     

面向共享的空间元数据管理框架研究与设计

在空间数据应用范围日益拓宽的同时,空间元数据的共享问题成为限制其发展的主要瓶颈之一。本文分析了目前我国空间元数据管理中存在的问题,列举了两种可行的空间元数据共享策略及相应的国际标准,探讨了面向共享的空间元数据的管理框架。     

境外地质矿产信息元数据标准与应用

元数据是描述实体数据内容、质量、范围、发布等信息的数据,是各类数据资源社会化共享和服务的基础。以服务中国企业勘查开发为基础,研究制定了境外地质矿产空间与非空间信息元数据的构成、内容及数据字典,说明了元数据在境外地质矿产信息集成服务平台建设中的作用,研发了元数据生产及应用平台并提供给社会应用于服务,应用效果良好。同时,为中国矿业联合会全球地质矿产信息共享工作委员会（共享联盟）相关工作的开展奠定了坚实基础。     

Metadata and provenance for spatial analysis: the case of spatial weights

Within a CyberGIS environment, the development of effective mechanisms to encode metadata for spatial analytical methods and to track the provenance of operations is a key requirement. Spatial weights are a fundamental element in a wide range of spatial analysis methods that deal with testing for and estimating models with spatial autocorrelation. They form the link between the data structure in a GIS and the spatial analysis methods. Over time, the number of formats for spatial weights implemented in software has proliferated, without any standard or easy interoperability. In this paper, we propose a flexible format that provides a way to ensure interoperability within a cyberinfrastructure environment. We illustrate the format with an application of a spatial weights web service, which is part of an evolving spatial analytical workbench. We describe an approach to embed provenance in spatial weights structures and illustrate the performance of the web service by means of a number of small experiments.
