Inter-annual variability in total precipitation can lead to significant changes in carbon flux. In this study, we used the eddy covariance (EC) technique to measure the net CO2 ecosystem exchange (NEE) of an alpine meadow in the northern Tibetan Plateau. In 2005 the meadow had precipitation of 489.9 mm and in 2006 precipitation of 241.1 mm, which, respectively, represent normal and dry years as compared to the mean annual precipitation of 476 mm. The EC measured NEE was 87.70 g C m-2 yr-1 in 2006 and -2.35 g C m-2 yr-1 in 2005. Therefore, the grassland was carbon neutral to the atmosphere in the normal year, while it was a carbon source in the dry year, indicating this ecosystem will become a CO2 source if climate warming results in more drought conditions. The drought conditions in the dry year limited gross ecosystem CO2 exchange (GEE), leaf area index (LAI) and the duration of ecosystem carbon uptake. During the peak of growing season the maximum daily rate of NEE and Pmax and α were approximately 30%-50% of those of the normal year. GEE and NEE were strongly related to photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) on half-hourly scale, but this relationship was confounded by air temperature (Ta), soil water content (SWC) and vapor pressure deficit (VPD). The absolute values of NEE declined with higher Ta, higher VPD and lower SWC conditions. Beyond the appropriate range of PAR, high solar radiation exacerbated soil water conditions and thus reduced daytime NEE. Optimal Ta and VPD for maximum daytime NEE were 12.7℃ and 0.42 KPa respectively, and the absolute values of NEE increased with SWC. Variation in LAI explained around 77% of the change in GEE and NEE. Variations in Re were mainly controlled by soil temperature (Ts), whereas soil water content regulated the responses of Re to Ts.  相似文献

为确定沙漠化对高山嵩草草甸植被组成、结构和物种多样性的影响,了解高寒区草甸沙漠化的原因,选择西藏那曲安多县南部沙漠化严重区域为调查区,按照沙漠化的不同程度设置样地,系统调查了轻度、中度、重度和极重度沙化草甸的植被变化,结果表明:中度、重度和极重度沙化区的植被与轻度沙化草甸有显著的差异;在中度和重度沙化区,高寒草甸的建群种高山嵩草已被家畜不喜食或更具抗性的植物种所取代,而在极重度沙化的流动沙丘上无植被生长;从过牧的退化草甸到半流动、流动沙丘,植物种多样性呈显著的降低趋势。轻度沙化草甸物种数、个体密度和丰富度指数最多;中度沙化草甸的Shannon\|Wiener指数和均匀度指数最大,而优势度指数最小;在沙化过程中,高寒草甸的植被盖度显著下降,地上生物量也在下降,虽然轻度、中度和重度沙化草地的地上生物量显著高于极重度沙化区,但前者之间却无显著差异。地下根系生物量也呈显著下降的趋势。过牧是造成高山嵩草草甸沙化的主要原因。  相似文献

在青藏高原北部海北高寒矮嵩草草甸地区,利用涡度相关法观测的2002年和2003年净辐射通量(Rn)、潜热通量(LE)、显热通量(H)、土壤热通量(G)等数据,分析了该地区能量分配的日、季节变化特征及能量闭合状况。结果表明,高寒矮嵩草草甸Rn、LE、H和G均呈现出日、季节变化规律。在能量分配过程中,不同季节LE、H和G占Rn的比例有所不同,降水丰富的暖季表现出LE〉H〉G,降水稀少的冷季表现出H〉LE〉G。就2a平均来看LE、H、G分别占Rn的34.0%、33.6%和-0.34%。能量平衡比率(EBR)日变化呈现白天高夜晚低,年变化呈现弱的季节趋势,全年平均在0.68,其中冷季稍大,暖季稍小。EBR与土壤容积含水量具有一定的负线性相关,与气温则呈现指数负相关关系。  相似文献

青藏高原小嵩草高寒草甸返青期遥感识别方法筛选   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:2  
小嵩草高寒草甸是青藏高原的主要植被类型,研究其返青期识别方法对于模拟及预测青藏高原植被物候变化具有重要意义。常用的植被返青期遥感识别方法主要是先对遥感植被指数原始时序数据进行拟合去噪声再求取返青期,各种方法对研究区域、研究经验、参数设置、函数初值设置等有很强的依赖性。为避免返青期识别方法在曲线拟合时对参数初值的依赖性和陷入局部最优解,本文引入了模拟退火算法对双高斯和双逻辑斯蒂函数进行参数优化,并分别对基于以上两种函数及多项式拟合的植被指数时序曲线进行对比,从而选出最佳拟合方法,最后采用最大斜率阈值法、动态阈值法和曲率法识别返青期。利用青藏高原小嵩草高寒草甸34个样本点的返青期地面观测数据及相应的8 km分辨率的NOAA归一化差值植被指数(NDVI)时序数据对以上各种组合的返青期遥感识别方案进行了测试,并选取了153个遥感实验点求取了近30年(1982年—2011年)青藏高原小嵩草高寒草甸的返青期,结果表明:采用双高斯函数拟合的NDVI曲线与原始NDVI时序数据最为接近,在此基础上采用最大斜率阈值法识别的小嵩草高寒草甸返青期及其变化趋势与地面物候观测结果最为一致;同时发现近30年青藏高原小嵩草高寒草甸的平均返青期主要集中在每年的第120—140天,并且呈逐年提前趋势,30年来提前了7天。  相似文献

The productivity and health of seagrass depend on the combined inputs of nutrients from the water and sediments in which they grow and the microbiota with which they live intimately. However, little is known about the composition and diversity pattern of single-celled benthic eukaryotes in seagrass meadows. Here, we investigated how the structure and diversity of the benthic microeukaryotic community vary with respect to season, location, and seagrass colonization, by applying 18S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing for 96 surface sediment samples that were collected from three different seagrass habitats through four seasons. We found that benthic microeukaryotic communities associated with seagrass Zostera japonica exhibited remarkable spatial and seasonal variations, as well as differences between vegetated and unvegetated sediments. Diatoms and dinoflagellates predominated in the benthic microeukaryotic communities, but they were inversely correlated and displaced each other as the dominant microbial group in different seasons or habitats. Mucoromycota was more prevalent in vegetated sediments, whereas Lobulomycetales and Chytridiales had higher proportions in unvegetated sites. Total organic carbon and total organic nitrogen were the most important environmental factors in driving the microeukaryotic assemblages and diversity. Our study expands the available knowledge on the biogeographic distribution patterns and niche preferences for benthic microeukaryotes in seagrass systems.  相似文献

应用GIS技术和地统计学空间内插法,对黄河源区达日县跨热洼尔玛流域高寒草甸小流域典型景观单元土壤有机质、全氮和全磷的空间分布特征进行了研究.结果表明: 高寒草甸土壤养分(全氮、有机质、全磷)最佳拟合模型为球状模型;在小流域尺度范围内,土壤养分空间变异性依次为: 全氮>有机质>全磷;其中高寒草甸土壤全氮含量具有强空间变异,块金系数(C0/(C0 C))为23.5%,有机质和全磷属于中等空间变异,其块金系数(C0/(C0 C))分别为35.9%、41.7%;全氮、有机质和全磷的有效变程分别为2 133 m、1 412 m和1 239 m.区域土壤养分影响因素分析显示: 不同植被覆盖下土壤有机质和养分的积累和平衡状况存在差异,其空间变异主要受海拔、地形、坡度、植被、根系分布状况等因素影响.  相似文献

依据祁连山海北高寒湿地植物生长期观测的太阳总辐射(Eg)和反射辐射(Er)资料,分析了高寒湿地Eg和地表反射率(A)的日及季节变化特征.结果表明:祁连山海北高寒湿地,有较强的Eg,但A较低.年内1-12月Eg的平均日总量达17.3 MJ·m-2,其中植物生长期的5-9月平均日总量为20.0MJ·m-2,表现出4-7月高,冷季低的变化特征.A的日、季节变化均表现“U”型变化过程.2004年1-12月A的年平均值为0.32,植物生长季的5-9月平均值为0.18,植物非生长季的10月-翌年4月平均值为0.43.其中1月最高(0.70),7月最低(0.16).  相似文献

黑河源区高山草甸的冻土及水文过程初步研究   总被引:8,自引:2,他引:8  
介绍了黑河源区野牛沟流域在试验点尺度和山坡尺度上所开展的冻土水文过程初步结果.冻土水文观测场建于最大冻结深度约为3.0 m的季节冻土区,近50 a来,该区降水量变化不大,器测蒸发量(Φ20)和风速呈明显的降低趋势,而气温和地表温度则分别上升约1.0℃和1.7℃.研究区季节冻土冻结上限和下限深度均与地表温度呈二次多项式关系,这表明地表温度与冻结或融化区地温变化之间有一个滞后过程.在地表融化季节,季节冻土存在两层现象.当融化深度接近最大冻结深度时,存在向上和向下的双向融化现象,但自下而上融化速率较慢.2005年9月-2006年9月,具有较高代表性的3个山坡径流场均没有观测到产流量,结合蒸散发观测和野外调查,发现夏季高山草甸具有明显的地表径流拦蓄和水源涵养作用.COUP模型能够较好的连续演算试验场生长季节高山草甸-季节冻土-大气-维水热传输和耦合过程,但因其土壤完全冻结临界温度阀值设置偏高,影响了非生长季节的计算精度.  相似文献

Mud snails Hydrobia ulvae occupy different habitats in complex estuarine ecosystems. In order to determine if fatty acid profiles displayed by mud snails can be used to identify the habitat that they occupy within the same estuary, fatty acids of H. ulvae from one mudflat and one seagrass meadow in the Ria de Aveiro (Portugal) were analyzed and compared to those displayed by microphytobenthos (MPB), the green leaves (epiphyte-free) of Zostera noltii, as well as those exhibited by the epiphytic community colonizing this seagrass. MPB and epiphytic diatom-dominated samples displayed characteristic fatty acids, such as 16:1n-7 and 20:5n-3, while 18:2n-6 and 18:3n-3 were the dominant fatty acids in the green leaves of Z. noltii. Significant differences between the fatty acid profiles of H. ulvae specimens sampled in the mudflat and the seagrass meadow could be identified, with those from the mudflat displaying higher levels of fatty acids known to be characteristic of MPB. This result points towards the well known existence of grazing activity on MPB by mud snails. The fatty acid profiles displayed by H. ulvae inhabiting the seagrass meadows show no evidence of direct bioaccumulation of the two most abundant polyunsaturated fatty acids of Z. noltii (18:2n-6 and 18:3n-3) in the mud snails, which probably indicates that either these compounds can be metabolized to produce energy, used as precursors for the synthesis of essential fatty acids, or that the snails do not consume seagrass leaves at all. Moreover, the fatty acid profiles of mud snails inhabiting the seagrass meadows revealed the existence of substantial inputs from microalgae, suggesting that the epiphytic community colonizing the leaves of Z. noltii displays an important role on the diet of these organisms. This assumption is supported by the high levels of 20:5n-3 and 22:6n-3 recorded in mud snails sampled from seagrass meadows. In conclusion, fatty acid analyses of H. ulvae can be successfully used to identify the habitat occupied by these organisms within the same estuary (e.g. mudflats and seagrass meadows) and reveal the existence of contrasting dietary regimes.  相似文献

在中国科学院海北高寒草甸生态系统定位站地区,选择五种处于不同放牧强度的高寒草甸为研究对象,进行放牧对高寒草甸植被演替规律和土壤对放牧压力的响应过程研究,为合理利用和提高草地生产力提供科学依据。结果表明:随着放牧强度的增加,高寒草甸地上生物量呈急剧下降趋势,由禾草草甸的646.24 g/m2下降到小嵩草草甸的328.16 g/m2,容重逐渐减小;在小嵩草草甸阶段地表逐渐出现塌陷和裂缝,0~10 cm土层中根土体积比逐渐变大;土壤的质地类型发生变化,由禾草草甸粘壤土转变为壤质粘土;放牧强度对牧草返青开始时间和生长期都没有影响,但在重牧处理时,非生长季地温降低程度很明显。  相似文献
