Structure cristalline d'une ménéghinite naturelle pauvre en cuivre,Cu0,58Pb12,72(Sb7,04Bi0,24)S24Crystal structure of a Cu-poor natural meneghinite,Cu0.58Pb12.72(Sb7.04Bi0.24)S24

Cu-poor meneghinite from La Lauzière Massif (Savoy, France) has the composition (electron microprobe) (in wt%): Pb 59.50, Sb 20.33, Bi 1.19, Cu 0.87, Ag 0.05, Fe 0.03, S 17.62, Se 0.05, Total 99.64. Its crystal structure (X-ray on a single crystal) was solved with R1=0.0506, wR2=0.1026, with an orthorhombic symmetry, space group Pnma, and a=24.080(5) Å, b=4.1276(8) Å, c=11.369(2) Å, V=1130.0(4) Å³, Z=4. Relatively to the model of Euler and Hellner (1960), this structure shows a significantly lower site occupancy factor for the tetrahedral Cu site (0.146 against 0.25). Among the five other metallic sites, Bi appears in the one with predominant Sb. Developed structural formula: Cu_0.15Pb₂(Pb_0.53Sb_0.47)(Pb_0.46Sb_0.54)(Sb_0.75Pb_0.19Bi_0.06)S₆; the reduced one: Cu_0.58Pb_12.72(Sb_7.04Bi_0.24)S₂₄. The formation of such a Cu-poor variety seems to be related to specific paragenetic conditions (absence of coexisting galena), or to crystallochemical constraints (minor Bi). To cite this article: Y. Promoting social justice and conserving montane forest environments: a case study of Nepal's community forestry programme

This paper analyses participatory forest policy and the ways it has influenced the relationships between people as it relates to the forest resource management. This case study was conducted in the middle hills of Nepal, and information was collected through direct observation, individual interviews, group discussion and secondary information analysis. It substantiates a few examples of how the community forestry programme can be used as a means to promote the participation of the women, the poor and dalit (untouchables) in forest resource management, as well as enhancing social justice and improving the forest resources in their locality. However, it also demonstrates that though the community forestry programme has a positive impact, it faces several constraints and challenges. The local Forest User Group is controlled by a few élites making the poor and disadvantaged vulnerable to further marginalization. The results of the case study strongly indicate that community forestry processes must address the political, economic and social needs of the forest users, and also provide a neutral platform on which the poor can present their cases.     

基于遥感数据的常熟市耕地资源数量动态变化分析

采用RS和GIS技术，对常熟市1984—2001年间土地利用进行调查，获得了1984、1992、1999、2001年四个时期的土地利用状况及其变化资料。通过多时期对比分析发现：1984—1992年，居民点工矿占用耕地、耕地变成水域和耕地变成交通用地，分别占耕地转出总面积的56．7％、36．6％和5．4％。1992—1999年上述各项则分别占耕地转出总面积的47．3％、45．7％和7．0％。1999——2001年分别占耕地转出总面积的2．4％、95．6％和1．3％。1999年以后农村农业结构调整已经成为耕地面积减少的主要原因，应通过制定区域农业中长期发展规划和法规进行宏观调控。     

信息产业发展对宁波城市内部结构的影响

该文从信息产业的概念和分类人手，着重分析信息产业发展对城市产业结构、社会结构和空间结构的影响。对宁波市信息产业与城市产业结构的内在关系进行了量化研究；探讨信息产业对城市内部社会结构分异的变化趋势；提出了信息产业对城市内部空间结构功能置换的两种模式和地域扩张的促动机制。     

基于树结构的数字遥感图像存储方法与应用

数字遥感图像一般是采用栅格结构来存储。图像中地物的结构特征是隐含其中的。该文从图像识别角度，重点研究了基于树结构的数字遥感图像存储方法。这种方法与遥感中常用的四又树等存储方法不同，它注重图像中地物本身的结构特征。通过树结构使像元按地物目标形成一个个的组合体。该文以机场跑道识别为例，介绍了基于树结构的数字遥感图像存储方法的应用以及将图像变为树的算法。     

郴州市农业结构战略性调整的思考

文章以郴州市为例，首先对市域农业结构战略调整的必要性进行了分析，然后对结构调整的基本原则作了较为深刻地论述，最后系统地阐述了产业结构要实现优化升级，产品结构要突出优质品牌，区域结构应以专业化特色化为目标等市域农业结构调整的重要内容。     

西方城市空间结构研究的理论进展

文章综述了西方国家城市空间结构研究的理论进展，概括了城市空间结构各时期研究的主要内容和理论观点，展望了城市空间结构未来研究的趋势和方向。工业化以前西方城市空间结构研究主要侧重于城市表面形态的揭示，把城市空间结构同发展过程分离开来论述其特性。工业化以后的城市空间结构研究进展十分迅速，在研究中十分重视引入新思想、新理论、新技术和新方法。在不同时期出现了不同的学术派别，并总结出诸多城市空间结构的理论模型。     

南极考察站废弃物对贼鸥食性的影响

对南极乔治王岛菲尔德斯半岛贼鸥的食性生态进行观测与研究 ,结果表明 ,本区贼鸥的食物结构中 ,自然生态类食物百分组成 ,棕贼鸥 (C .s.lonnbergi)占 63.4% ,灰贼鸥 (C .maccormic ki)占 77.8%。同期 ,取自考察站的人类废弃物中垃圾食物的百分组成分别为 36.6%和 2 2 .3%。贼鸥食性对考察站废弃物有一定的依赖性 ,与本区环境质量下降 ,尤其考察站对废弃物的疏于管理有着直接的关系。由此表明 ,强化南极考察人员环境意识 ,建立封闭式废弃物管理系统 ,对保护南极环境有重要意义
