Stress and deformation of offshore piles under structural and wave loading   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
Various offshore structures, especially large structures such as Tension Leg Platforms (TLP), are usually supported by concrete piles as the foundation elements. The stress distribution within such a large structure is a dominant factor in the design procedure of an offshore pile. To provide a more accurate and effective design for offshore foundation systems under axial and lateral wave loads, a finite element model is employed herein to determine the stresses and displacements in a concrete pile under similar loading conditions. A parametric study is also performed to examine the effects of the stress distribution due to the changing loading conditions.  相似文献

The characteristics of the Kuroshio axis south of Kyushu, which meanders almost sinusoidally, are clarified in relation to the large meander of the Kuroshio by analyzing water temperature data during 1961–95 and sea level during 1984–95. The shape of the Kuroshio axis south of Kyushu is classified into three categories of small, medium, and large amplitude of meander. The small amplitude category occupies more than a half of the large-meander (LM) period, while the medium amplitude category takes up more than a half of the non-large-meander (NLM) period. Therefore, the amplitude and, in turn, the curvature of the Kuroshio axis is smaller on average during the LM period than the NLM period. The mean Kuroshio axis during the LM period is located farther north at every longitude south of Kyushu than during the NLM period, with a slight difference west of the Tokara Islands and a large difference to the east. A northward shift of the Kuroshio axis in particular east of the Tokara Islands induces small amplitude and curvature of the meandering shape during the LM period. During the NLM period, the meandering shape and position south of Kyushu change little with Kuroshio volume transport. In the LM formation stage, the variation of the Kuroshio axis is small west of the Tokara Islands but large to the east due to a small meander of the Kuroshio. In the LM decay stage, the Kuroshio meanders greatly south of Kyushu and is located stably near the coast southeast of Kyushu. Because the multi-leg jacket structure is the major type of offshore structures in the Bohai Sea, the study of non-si-multaneous failure of i鏴 on multi-leg structures is important. However, the non-simultaneous failure has not been consid-ered in engineering design until now, obviously resulting in costly design and notable waste. To resolve this problem, this paper, by means of analysis of experimental data, calculates the coefficient of the non-simultaneous failure for the double-pile structure, the square four-leg structure, the single-line multi-pile structure, and the conical structure, respectively, and provides some reference criteria for engineering design.  相似文献

Beach nourishment is an environmentally preferred method of shore protection, but the annual sand requirement may lead to substantial maintenance costs. The shoreline processes, involving the surf zone, beach and dune, are reviewed with the aim of reducing the annual sand requirement of eroding shorelines. It is shown that surf zones with equilibrium profiles, on which the wave energy conversion is evenly distributed across the surf zone, from experience for given conditions indicate least loss of sand. On steep, eroding shorelines it may be difficult to establish an equilibrium profile. For such cases, the use of perched surf zones is recommended, which are supported at the seaward limit by an underwater sill. For reduction of littoral transport, the use of pervious pile groynes is recommended. These are arguably more efficient than impervious groynes. The sand loss from a usually dry beach by raised water levels is shown to be a function of the beach slope and is least when the storm waves at raised water levels do not cut an erosion escarpment. The loss of sand from a dune by infrequent severe storm tides can be prevented with the aid of a built-in membrane. These sand losses are usually large and constitute an uneconomic use of this sand resource. The proposed concepts and measures are linked to existing knowledge, augmented by data from the large wave flume (LWF) in Germany and field data from the North and Baltic Sea coasts.  相似文献

The wave forces on 1, 2 and 4 vertical circular piles under the action of several wave trains of the same wave parameters, such as Hs,Tp and Mo, but different wave group factor GF are measured in the laboratory. After comparing these forces, it may be concluded that the mean and significant wave forces are almost of no difference for the wave trains with different GF. When GF is larger, the one-tenth of the wave froce extreme is slightly increased and the maximum wave force is much larger than the ones with smaller GF, to which attention must be paid in engineering practice.  相似文献

某港口堆场地基上部5.0m系吹填而成,地表下18m范围均属软土,经真空预压初级加固后地基承载力仅在80—90kPa,局部区域上部淤泥土层土性指标较差,含水量大于50%,地基承载力不足60kPa。为了使地基达到230kPa的承载要求,设计采用深层搅拌法加固超软弱地基。通过现场成桩工艺试验和检测表明,桩身水泥土强度在90d龄期时大于1.80MPa,单桩承载力标准值大于150kN,以φ600桩径、桩长13.5m、置换率为0.308和φ500桩径、桩长13.5m、置换率为0.267两种方案布置的复合地基承载力标准值均超过了230kPa的设计要求。试验结果表明,深层搅拌法在港口超软弱地基土应用只要施工工艺适当,完全可以使地基承载力提高2—3.5倍以土,从而节省大量的工程投资。  相似文献

通过分析有限长直立圆柱体内部的磁异常特征,结合模型桩试验,研究了灌注桩钢筋笼内部的磁异常特征,结果表明在钢筋笼内部钻孔中的磁异常Za 垂直分量总体上呈现"两峰夹一谷"的特征,钢筋笼中部呈宽缓的马鞍形负异常,钢筋笼底端位置对应磁异常从极小值转变为极大值的拐点,相应梯度曲线出现极大值.  相似文献

地形因素,包括地面起伏和地球曲率,是造成航空数字遥感影像变形的主要原因之一.本文以中国科学院遥感所自行研发的多模态航空CCD相机系统为对象,结合其成像模式和几何形态,分析了地形因素给影像带来的变形,推导出航空面阵CCD影像变形的一般公式,并通过概算进行了定量评价,得出了对于航空面阵CCD影像,要想得到高精度的几何处理,必须改正地球曲率影响的结论.  相似文献

滑坡推力是抗滑桩设计推力的重要依据,工程中通常使用剩余推力法来计算滑坡推力。为了比较准确合理地计算出抗滑桩的设计推力,提出了在剩余推力法基础上的一种新的抗滑桩设计推力取值方法。分析极限平衡状态下和工程安全要求下各条块的剩余下滑力,选择合理的桩位,使得抗滑桩位于滑坡体的抗滑段;然后调整桩后滑体的剩余下滑力,其调整量一方面保证桩前桩后滑体满足工程安全要求,另一方面则作为抗滑桩设计推力的修正依据,其过程由程序实现。通过实例证明了该方法的合理性。同时对今后抗滑桩设计推力的合理取值提供了参考作用。  相似文献

南京某深基坑周边环境较为复杂,地下水丰富,基坑开挖较深,最深处达13m。根据周边环境的情况和开挖的深度,采用了钻孔灌注桩和土钉锚杆相结合的支护形式。分析了该基坑施工的技术要点,通过监测结果,说明该支护方案是可行的。  相似文献
