基于特征价格模型的农村土地征收价格影响因素研究

在分析我国农村土地征收市场现状和农村土地征收价格影响因素的基础上,以天津市环城3个近郊区为例,收集市场案例256宗,选择影响因素13个,采用SPSS12.0进行多元回归,构建了两种形式的特征价格模型,重点分析了影响因素对价格的作用机制。     

基于数字地价模型的地价监测点配置研究

从数字地价模型的建立、格网数字地价模型向TIN转化、TIN节点与宗地图层叠加拟合完成地价监测点的定位配置、结合市场比较法的监测点地价更新、TIN数字地价模型更新等几个方面详细阐述了数字地价模型运用于地价监测点配置的具体方法。并将这一配置模式与以标准宗地为载体的配置模式进行了比较分析。

西气东输工程是国家实施西部大开发战略的重要举措.在鄂尔多斯盆地和塔里木盆地进行的大规模天然气勘探工作表明,可以为西气东输工程准备较为充分的天然气可采储量.同时,根据对河南、安徽、江苏、浙江和上海等五省市天然气需求的预测,天然气需求市场的形势良好.西气东输工程是中国境内第一条达到国际标准的大口径、高压力、长距离输气管道.通过技术攻关和高新技术的应用,西气东输工程从管材及制管、焊接、内涂敷、压缩机增压系统优化、自动化控制到流量计量和焊接的无损检测技术等方面都取得了突破性进展.西气东输工程跨越多个自然环境区和地质构造区带,在工程可行性研究中就环境保护和地质灾害的预防做了大量的研究工作,提出了一系列的保护和预防措施.

城市实体特征对城市网络空间影响力的作用机制——基于互联网新闻媒体的分析

借助百度新闻媒体指数功能,收集281个地级市或以上城市在2011~2014年间的媒体指数,分析基于互联网新闻媒体的城市网络空间影响力差异及其变化。其次,通过对面板数据的回归分析,从政府因素与市场因素两个方面探讨城市在实体空间中的特征（或传统影响力）是如何作用到城市在网络空间中的影响力。并且,通过对各年数据的回归分析,进一步考察政府因素与市场因素作用机制的演化过程。

就我国GPS车辆应用系统的产业化发展进行前景分析和市场展望，对行业现状和存在问题作了较为客观的解剖，着重变了以下几个问题：（1）现在的应用规模和水平；（2）市场的实际需求和发展趋势；（3）影响产业发展的主要问题与应吸取的经验教训；（4）市场在呼唤过得硬的产品和信得过的企业，以及社会化的服务；（5）大联合和产业化是我国GPS行业发展的必由之路；（6）卫星导航系统及其车辆应用系统的最新发展动向；（7）为什么说我国的GPS应用产业，特别是车辆应用行业到了产业化发展的关键时刻。     

我国西部大开发中资本市场的构建与发展

文章详细分析了我国西部资本市场的区域特点，指出其上市公司数量少，结构单一，证券经营机构分布不均衡，投资者缺乏，金融市场效率相对低下等问题，通过对比剖析了造成我国东西部资本市场区域差异的成因，提出了在西部大开发背景下构建西部资本市场的对策建议。     

中国省际入境旅游客源市场结构与互动格局——基于2-模网络分析

入境旅游市场的整体格局与特征是制定入境旅游发展战略的重要依据。本文基于2-模网络分析建立了中国省际入境旅游客源国市场隶属网络,采用中心度和奇异值分解法进行分析,从O-D互动视角审视各省(市、区)在全国入境旅游客源市场整体结构中的功能和作用,分析省份—客源国、省(市、区)之间的互动格局。结果表明：①从各省(市、区)来看,入境游客规模优势并未带来相应的客源市场互动结构优势,通过与核心客源市场建立普遍的市场联系,使各省(市、区)的中心度得分较为一致;另一方面,韩、日、美等客源大国则成为隶属网络中的结构核心,成为连接不同省(市、区)的关键角色。②入境旅游客源国市场互动结构中存在3个特定的市场组团,即亚欧+多区域均衡组团、俄罗斯+南北联动组团、欧美+口岸—内地中转组团,这成为遴选市场开拓对象和合作省份的重要依据。本文相关结论可为各省(市、区)优化入境旅游客源国市场营销组合、组织旅游产品等提供借鉴。
