动物蛋白酶1058水解ti鱼可溶性蛋白质

研究了动物蛋白酶 1 0 58水解鱼是鱼蛋白时 ,酶量、温度、作用时间对鱼是鱼蛋白质水解率和苦味的影响。结果表明 :酶浓度的提高 ,水解时间的延长 ,均使鱼是鱼蛋白水解率明显提高。最适水解温度为 50℃ ,当温度高于 50℃时 ,水解率逐渐下降 ,蛋白酶开始失活。苦味值随水解率提高而增加。用正交试验的方法 ,经综合分析和试验得出 ,该蛋白酶水解鱼是鱼的最佳条件是酶量与底物之比为 1 .5∶ 1 0 0 0 ;温度为 50℃ ;水解时间为 4h。     

豫北平原的沙质草地及其畜牧业发展

豫北平原的沙质草地分布于黄河多次泛滥改道冲积形成的沙丘、沙地。其主要类型有:①以白茅、达乌里胡枝子为主的草从草地;②刺槐、杨树等林地下层以藜、白茅、茜草等为主的林下草地;③以碱茅、狗牙根等为主的低湿草地。沙质草地的主要特征为种类组成简单,牧草产量低(<2 000 kg·hm^-2)且利用过度。但多种优良栽培牧草在沙地生长良好,可获较高产量。在沙地开发中,应针对各草地类型采取相应措施改造为人工、半人工草地。同时应结合沙地多种林木、果树和经济作物种植,建设农牧林复合经营的系统。畜牧业开发应以产业化为主导,发展适应市场需求的优良畜种,实行适度规模经营。

对鞍山市大孤山铁矿废弃地大型土壤动物的生态特征进行了调查，分析研究铁矿废弃地自然生态环境的演化和大型土壤动物群落变化的关系，在大孤山铁矿废弃地生态环境恢复与重建中大型土壤动物具有重要的指示作用。大型土壤动物种类、数量变化标志大孤山铁矿废弃地生态环境恢复与重建阶段先后；大型土壤动物群落生态结构与生物量的变化指示铁矿废弃地生态环境恢复与重建质量；蚁科与腹足纲是大孤山铁矿废弃地生态环境恢复与重建的重要指示物种。     

动物疾病发病规律及其与气象条件关系的初步分析

通过对1975～1998年北京动物园动物发病率的统计分析，揭示了不同动物发病率的年变化特征和长期变化趋势，并分季节进行了发病率与气象因子的相关分析，发现冬季兽类发病率、秋季禽类发病率与同期气象因子相关较好，总体看春、夏季动物发病率与气象因子的关系不明显。     

海洋中磷的循环与沉积作用

磷在海洋中的循环与沉积主要是靠生物作用进行的。海洋表层水中的溶解磷几乎全部被海洋植物摄取，海洋植物及动物死亡后最终以生物碎屑的形式沉入海底，在其沉降和到达深层水的过程中大部分被分解、破坏，变成可溶组分又重新返回海水，使深层水中磷浓度提高。含磷浓度高的深层水被上升洋流带到表层后又被生物吸收，重复循环。当上升洋流抵达大陆边缘，特别是遇有陆缘坻存在时，磷等营养物质滞留，导致磷质生物大量繁衍，死亡后沉积，并经成岩作用，便形成大规模的工业磷块岩矿床     

Average Annual Temperature Changes in the Holocene in China

In 1876 Blytt proposed a post-glacial climatic classification, maintaining that the then temperature fluctuated 1- 2℃ higher or lower than that today. Lamb (1969) held that in Europe " the axis of the subtropical high pressure belt was generally displaced north by about 10° latitudes" during the Hypsithermal and that the temperature was three to six times higher than that in the postglacial period.In China, there appear relict beachrocks (living fossils) in tropical tidal zones from the Bohai Bay (40° N) to coastal areas in South China. Many relict tropical marine fossils were discovered, such as Ostrea gigas in Tianjin (which is larger than that found today in Hainan), Placuna placenta in Zhejiang and Spondylus sp. in Fujian. In Hebei, Henan and Zhejiang provinces and Guilin of Guangxi, such tropical fossil animals as Elephas maximus and Rhinoceros sp, were discovered, and in Hebei and Jiangsu provinces such fresh water fossils as Unio douglasiae were found. 我国贵州瓮安陡山沱期磷块岩中的磷酸盐化球状化石是近年来受到广泛关注的一类微体化石。对于它们的生物亲缘认识，长期以来存在着动植物之争，特别是近年来一些学者发现，部分磷酸盐化球状化石内部保存了2、4、8、16等几何级数增长的细胞特征，根据化石的大小、细胞排列方式和表面纹饰可与现生甲壳类动物的胚胎比较，认为它们很可能是运动胚胎化石，但另一些学者却持截然不同的观点，认为它们不是动物胚胎化石的观察与研究，同时结合相同层位岩石薄片所发现的大量同类化石微细结构的对比。特别是把磷块岩中的化石与燧石中发现的化石详细比较，对一些磷酸盐化球状化石的归属和亲缘关系进行探讨，研究表明贵州瓮安陡山沱期燧石中发现的化石详细比较，对一些磷酸盐化球状化石的归属和亲缘关系进行探讨。研究表明贵州瓮安陡山沱期磷酸盐化微体化石群具有多样性特征，包含不同门类，是迄今为止全球保存最好的晚新元古代磷酸盐化的化石库。

Can Religion Account for Early Animal Domestications? A Critical Assessment of the Cultural Geographic Argument,Based on Near Eastern Archaeological Data*

Cultural geographers often ascribe early animal domestications to the spiritual propitiation practices of ancient peoples, an interpretation that is not widely shared. This paper evaluates the sacrifice theory against Near Eastern archaeological data and refutes the idea that ritual sacrifice could have induced the earliest animal domestications of the Near East. The earliest domestications were the outcome of essentially ecological and economic processes which later gave rise to the sacrificial practices referred to by cultural geographers.
