与传统的钢制钻杆相比,铝合金钻杆具有密度小、比强度高、无磁等优点,因此在钻井作业中具有较大优势。钻杆在井下工作环境恶劣,如与井壁发生碰撞,将导致钻杆变形,降低其强度。笔者通过Ansys LS-DYNA以及Workbench进行仿真,研究Φ147 mm铝合金钻杆与孔壁碰撞后的变形状态,以及产生裂纹后对其强度进行分析。结果表明,Φ147 mm铝合金钻杆在使用过程中,钻杆主体段相对薄弱,在2 m/s的速度下与钻孔壁发生碰撞会产生塑性变形,从而降低铝合金钻杆的性能。钻杆主体段的裂纹长度1 mm时,在载荷作用下,将发生裂纹扩展,导致钻杆断裂。钻杆主体段有裂纹时,在疲劳载荷作用下,有裂纹的钻杆所能承受的载荷是无裂纹钻杆所能承受载荷的五分之一。  相似文献

通过改变恒幅荷载条件下的上限应力、下限应力以及加载速率等试验条件,基于声发射技术对盐岩疲劳损伤特征进行试验研究。试验发现,盐岩声发射信号出现在加载阶段和卸载初期,而砂岩声发射信号一般集中出现在上限应力处;盐岩疲劳寿命对下限的依赖程度大于砂岩;随着上限应力的增大,盐岩声发射振铃数增多。加载速率的提高会加速盐岩的疲劳破坏。通过对比声发射振铃数累计曲线和应变累计曲线,发现两者有很好的对应关系,说明二者在反映盐岩疲劳损伤时具有一致性。最后对盐岩进行3级变幅荷载试验,发现第3级声发射振铃数比相同上、下限应力的恒幅荷载条件下多,说明变幅荷载造成的盐岩损伤比恒幅荷载条件下严重。  相似文献

This paper proposes an enhanced approach for evaluating the fatigue life of each metallic layer of unbonded flexible risers. Owing to the complex structure of unbonded flexible risers and the nonlinearity of the system, particularly in the critical touchdown zone, the traditional method is insufficient for accurately evaluating the fatigue life of these risers. The main challenge lies in the transposition from global to local analyses, which is a key stage for the fatigue analysis of flexible pipes owing to their complex structure. The new enhanced approach derives a multi-layer stress-decomposition method to meet this challenge. In this study, a numerical model validated experimentally is used to demonstrate the accuracy of the stress-decomposition method. And a numerical case is studied to validate the proposed approach. The results demonstrate that the multi-layer stress-decomposition method is accurate, and the fatigue lives of the metallic layers predicted by the enhanced multi-layer analysis approach are rational. The proposed fatigue-analysis approach provides a practical and reasonable method for predicting fatigue life in the design of unbonded flexible risers.  相似文献

Laboratory tests were conducted on a flexible riser with and without helical strakes. The aim of the present work is to further understand the response performance of the vortex induced vibration (VIV) for a riser with helical strakes. The experiment was accomplished in the towing tank and the relative current was simulated by towing a flexible riser in one direction. Based on the modal analysis method, the displacement responses can be obtained by the measured strain. The strakes with different heights are analyzed here, and the response parameters like strain response and displacement response are studied. The experimental results show that the in-line (IL) response is as important as the cross-flow (CF) response, however, many industrial analysis methods usually ignore the IL response due to VIV. The results also indicate that the response characteristics of a bare riser can be quite distinct from that of a riser with helical strakes, and the response performance depends on the geometry on the helical strakes closely. The fatigue damage is further discussed and the results show that the fatigue damage in the CF direction is of the same order as that in the IL direction for the bare riser. However, for the riser with helical strakes, the fatigue damage in the CF direction is much smaller than that in the IL direction.  相似文献

Hysteretic dampers are used to dissipate earthquake‐induced energy in base‐isolated structures by acquiring inelastic deformations, rendering their hysteretic behavior of vital importance. The present paper focuses on investigating the behavior of U‐shaped steel dampers under bidirectional loading; this is significantly different from their corresponding uniaxial behavior. Two main sets of loading tests on full‐scale specimens are conducted in this regard: (i) quasi‐static tests with simple histories and (ii) dynamic tests with realistic loading histories. Based on the results obtained in the quasi‐static tests, an interaction curve that accounts for the reduction of the cyclic deformation capacity is proposed. However, the fidelity of this relation must be assessed under loading conditions similar to those of a seismically isolated structure subjected to an earthquake, which represents the goal of the second set of tests. The results of the dynamic tests validate the proposed interaction curve for estimating the deformation capacity of U‐shaped steel dampers under bidirectional loading. Owing to the complex environmental conditions, suspension could induce complicated forces on submarine pipelines and even cause vortex-induced vibration, resulting in fatigue damage of pipelines. Through aiming at the 28-inch submarine pipeline in the East China Sea, the pipeline was segmented according to the similarity, considering the factors of pipe assembly, typhoon, current, wave and seabed topography. The effects of span length on natural frequency in each section of submarine pipeline were analyzed by finite element model. The maximum safe span length allowed by each pipeline section was verified by fatigue cumulative damage theory, and the fatigue life of each pipeline section were predicted. The results showed that each order natural frequency of the pipeline decreased with the increase of span length. The calculated results of empirical formulas were much smaller than those of the FEM analysis. The increase of the gap between the suspended pipeline and the seabed was beneficial to enhance the fatigue life of the suspended pipeline.  相似文献

为了解加入纤维对水泥土力学性能的影响,对素水泥土及纤维水泥土进行了无侧限抗压和疲劳试验。研究结果表明,添加纤维可小幅度提高水泥土的抗压强度;与素水泥土相比,纤维水泥土在达到应力峰值时的应变明显增大,破坏后的残余强度也有所提高;纤维的加入提高了水泥土的延性,减少了裂缝的开展,改善了其力学性能;添加纤维后水泥土抵抗疲劳的能力明显增强;掺入纤维对水泥土抗疲劳能力的提高程度远大于其对水泥土无侧限强度的提高程度;水泥土的应力水平和疲劳寿命之间具有单对数线性关系;在循环荷载作用下水泥土表现为低应力性破裂特征。  相似文献

提出了一种确定海洋平台钢裂纹扩展曲线的快速方法。该方法可以综合利用以往的经验数据和当前试验数据确定表面疲劳裂纹扩展速率曲线。与传统的只能利用当前试验数据确定表面疲劳裂纹扩展速率曲线相比。其可利用信息量大幅度增加,所以在精度相同的情况下,可以节省大量试件;而且在试样数一定的情况下。又可大大提高预测精度。文中还给出了海洋平台钢试验对比实例。  相似文献

作为S型铺管作业的关键性装备,托管架长期承受着交变载荷的作用,随着海洋开发向超深水发展,结构疲劳破坏问题不容忽视。采用疲劳谱分析的方法并结合线性累积损伤理论,对托管架结构频域下的变形进行了分析,计算了正常海况下和极端海况下托管架疲劳损伤度并对疲劳寿命进行了评估。研究发现托管架在正常海况下作业符合安全要求,在极端海况下局部结构会受到破坏。并从托管架结构安全监测角度,筛选了结构疲劳分析关键点位,为监测点位的选取提供了依据。  相似文献
