尼罗罗非鱼pik3r1基因的克隆和mRNA表达分析

【目的】哺乳动物pik3r1基因参与多种免疫途径,探索pik3r1基因在罗非鱼(Oreochromis)中的作用。【方法】克隆尼罗罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)pik3r1(命名为On-pik3r1)cDNA全长,对该基因进行生物信息学分析,并运用荧光定量PCR方法分析无乳链球菌(Streptococcus agalactiae)刺激后On-pik3r1 mRNA在各组织种的表达模式。【结果与结论】On-pik3r1基因编码区2190 bp,编码729个氨基酸,5′端非编码区(UTR)为542 bp,3′UTR为2248 bp,理论分子质量为83.99 ku,等电点为5.73。On-pik3r1与斑马拟丽鱼(Maylandia zebra)相似性最高(98.53%),与其他物种的同源性在70%以上,表明pik3r1在物种进化过程中高度保守。On-pik3r1在健康尼罗罗非鱼各组织中均有表达,在肌肉中表达量最高,其次是鳃、皮肤,在胸腺中表达量最低。经灭活无乳链球菌刺激后,On-pik3r1表达量在肠道、鳃、脾脏、头肾、脑部等5个组织中均极显著下调(P<0.01),在胸腺中表现为4 h时极显著下调(P<0.01),24、48、72 h时为显著下调(P<0.05)。On-pik3r1参与了罗非鱼的对无乳链球菌的免疫应答过程。     

基于高分辨率遥感目标特征库的地震灾情快速评估方法

高分辨率遥感影像已逐步成为地震灾害快速评估的主要数据源之一,但现有的遥感地震灾害信息提取方法存在对研究人员目视解译经验依赖性强和利用高分辨率影像提取结果精度不高的问题。因此,本文提出了一种基于目标特征库的高分辨率遥感灾害信息快速提取方法,用于提升遥感影像灾害信息提取的效率和自动化程度,并对基于目标特征库进行地震灾情快速评估的几项关键技术（目标特征库构建、样本匹配方法和自动分类方法）进行了阐述,最后,以云南鲁甸地震龙头山镇地区为研究区,基于高分辨率遥感影像在目标特征库支持下开展了地震灾情快速评估实验。通过与灾后调查数据的对比分析发现,基于高分辨率遥感灾害目标特征库的地震灾情快速评估结果在精度上可以满足灾情快速评估的业务需要,同时还具有更好的时效性。

STUDY ON GAMETOPHYTE VEGETATIVE GROWTH OF UNDARIA PINNATIFIDA AND ITS APPLICATIONS

When cultured under certain environmental coriditions (25℃, light intensity 80 μmol/m~2 ·s, LD12/12, in enriched seawater medium with 7 × 10~(-4)mol/L NO_3,-N, 1.56× 10~(-4)mol/L, PO_4-P and supplementsof other elements like Mn, Fe, I, etc.), mate and female gametophytes of U pinnatifida keptgrowing vegetatively and propagated fast at average daily fresh weight increase rate of about 20%. Theempirical formula G_m=G_o. 3~m was established to estimate the output of vegeative gametophytes. Vigorousvegetative gametophyte cells began to form reproductive structures (oogonium and spermatangium, whenthe tmperature was lower than 25℃ and other environmental factors wrre kept optimal. The sufficientsupply of gametophyte cells provided enough seeds for raising Undaria sporelings on prodiction scale.Controlled cross-breeding experiments using selcted male and female gametophyte clones which increasetheir cell number by mitosis instead of meiosis were also carried out in vitro. Facility allocation strategies and the sustainability of service delivery: Modelling library patronage patterns and their related CO2-emissions

Service accessibility and urban transportation choices are crucial in cities' endeavours for securing social equality and environmental sustainability. They are particularly relevant when the public service network is to be rationalized. In this paper we provide a practical example of comparing the impacts of current varying service allocation strategies on travel behaviour and the resulting carbon dioxide (CO₂) emissions. We take libraries as a local public service to examine the CO₂ emissions resulting from residents' library trips in the capital region of Finland. Our analyses are based on data on library use (library loan database, N = 420,000), accessibility (comparable models of travel-time by car, public transportation and non-motorized transport) and customer transport choices (survey, n = 584). Our results show that (1) 52% of library customers use a library that is accessible from their home with minimum CO₂ emissions (the “climate-optimal” facility provider), (2) the remaining 48% that choose a non-optimal facility provider produce nearly 90% of the total CO₂-emissions related to library customer flows and (3) the service allocation strategies of the different municipalities lead to markedly different CO₂-emission patterns resulting from service usage. To conclude, sustainability measures (in our case the CO₂ burden) provide useful information on the impact of a service network structure which may be used alongside economic rationales.

基于程序框架Qt的嵌入式系统汉字库设计与实现

在研究现有手持终端设备中文输入法及汉字库的基础上,提出了一种可以适合一般程序框架Qt的中文全拼输入法汉字库生成方法。使用该方法生成的汉字库结构合理,可以支持所有嵌入式Qt环境中的可显示汉字。经分析和实践验证,全拼输入法汉字库设计以及汉字库的生成方法非常适合ARM-Linux系统的全拼中文输入法使用。     

QT图形库下基于OpenType字库的复杂文本显示研究

当前的操作系统和应用软件对复杂文本的少数民族文字处理相当有限,不利于信息的交流.通过对QT图形库下的复杂文本引擎的分析,得出基于OpenType字库技术复杂文本显示技术一般过程,对需要支持少数民族文字的操作系统和软件设计有一定的帮助作用,可用于指导支持民族文字的软件设计.     

基于改进的遗传算法边坡稳定性分析方法及其应用

在遗传算法和瑞典条分法的基础上,提出了对边坡临界滑裂面的搜索方法及其最小安全系数的求解方法.文中利用安全系数的倒数作为目标函数,可行域根据实际边坡的尺寸和经验给出,而且在计算过程中根据目标函数值进行调节,逐步缩小搜索空间,使搜索效率提高.算法中利用了十进制遗传算法的改进操作优体克隆操作和子体优生操作,提高了搜索的速度和精度.
