1997~1998年台湾海峡两个航次的数据表明,颗粒有机碳(POC)的平均含量为0.120±0.009mg/dm3,表层POC浓度在夏季和冬季分别存在几个高值区。POC在随深度变化的剖面分布图中,最大值出现在10m层,底层水明显受再悬浮影响,这一剖面的变化规律普遍存在于整个海区及不同季节。夏季POC的深度变化幅度要显著大于冬季,这与垂直混合作用有关。POC与Chl-a相关性较差,暗示以Chl-a估算浮游植物的不确定性及POC产生及来源的复杂性。  相似文献

The vorticity generation around a coastal promontory is examined using a transport vorticity equation. The complete vorticity balance analysis is made for the transient and residual vorticity generations around an idealized, symmetric promontory. The topographic vorticity tendency is found to be the dominant forcing term in the production of transient tidal vorticities. This result is different from the previous works which emphasized the effects of lateral and bottom frictions. The residual vorticity balance is between advection and topographic vorticity tendency. The model results are consistent with the observations off Gay Head, Massachusetts. Also, the stability of a promontory as well as the offshore sand bank formation are studied by examining the sand transport pattern around the promontory. Strong deposition occurs off the tip of the promontory while erosion occurs along the upstream slope of the promontory suggesting that an originally symmetric promontory tends to incline cyclonically from the axis normal to the tidal stream. Such tendency is indeed found among coastal promontories.  相似文献

This paper reports a first estimate of the Holocene lake sediment carbon pool in Alberta, Canada. The organic matter content of lake sediment does not appear to depend strongly on lake size or other limnological parameters, allowing a simple first estimate in which we assume all Alberta lake sediment to have the same organic matter content. Alberta lake sediments sequester about 15 g C m-2 yr-1, for a provincial total of 0.23 Tg C yr-1, or 2.3 Pg C over the Holocene. Alberta lakes may represent as much as 1/1700 of total global, annual permanent carbon sequestration.  相似文献

为探究青藏高原搭格架地热区地热水、湖水、河水、冰雪融水等天然水体的水化学组成及物质来源控制因子,于2014年8月对该地区进行了考察和取样。利用紫外-可见光分光光度计和ICP-OES测定了水样中各阴、阳离子含量,利用Gas Bench连接同位素质谱仪测定了水样中溶解无机碳(DIC)同位素比值。结果表明,地热水中总溶解固体(TDS)含量为977.13~1 279.50 mg/L,阳离子以K+和Na+为主,阴离子以HCO3-和Cl-为主,湖水的TDS含量为77.81~810.94 mg/L,阳离子以Na+和Ca2+为主,阴离子以HCO3-(CO32-)和SO42-为主,地热水和湖水的水化学类型为HCO3-Na型;河水和冰雪融水的各离子含量较低,水化学类型为HCO3-Ca型;地热水的DIC浓度范围为9.2~15.4 mmol/L,δ13CDIC值为-9.09‰~-0.95‰;湖水的DIC浓度为1.1~9.7 mmol/L,δ13CDIC值为-8.84‰~-0.27‰。根据水化学Gibbs分布模式图判断出区域水化学特征主要受硅酸盐岩风化控制,以钠长石和钾长石风化为主,但是地热水的水化学组分受到硅酸盐岩和蒸发盐岩共同控制。通过碳同位素比值分析对区域主要风化过程中CO2的来源示踪表明,湖区周围的硅酸盐风化其碳源主要为土壤CO2,热泉区硅酸盐水解其碳源为地球深部CO2输入。   相似文献

利用多环芳烃标准样品连续和穿插进样相结合的方式,检验了气相色谱-燃烧-同位素比质谱仪(GC-C-IRMS)测定多环芳烃单体碳同位素比值(δ13C)的稳定性和准确性,观察了测定过程中色谱柱的分离效果。结果表明,出峰面积和分离程度是影响化合物δ13C平行性的主要原因。通过多次实验,分析了样品前处理过程中多环芳烃各个化合物稳定碳同位素的分馏情况,包括凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)和硅胶柱等净化过程,以及旋转蒸发和氮气吹扫等浓缩过程。实验表明,各前处理过程中样品内多环芳烃的稳定碳同位素分馏均不明显,其中硅胶柱净化过程相比GPC过程对样品中多环芳烃的δ13C影响较大,但总体上仍未超过未处理标样δ13C值的2倍标准偏差范围。旋转蒸发和氮吹过程对样品中多环芳烃的δ13C影响程度相当,都位于未处理标样δ13C值1倍标准偏差以内的水平。  相似文献

Lithium abundances in the atmospheres of the super Li-rich C-giants WZ Cas and WX Cyg are derived by the spectral synthesis technique using the Li I resonance line at λ670.8 nm and three subordinate lines at λλ 812.6, 610.4 and 497.2 nm. The differences between the Li abundances derived from the λ670.8 nm line and the λλ 497.2, 812.6 nm lines do not exceed ±0.5 dex. The lithium line at λ610.4 nm provides typically lower abundances than the resonance line (by ≈ 1 dex). The mean LTE and NLTE Li abundances from three Li I lines (excluding λ610.4 nm) are 4.7, 4.9 for WZ Cas, and 4.6, 4.8 for WX Cyg, respectively. The mean kinematic and thermodynamic structures of tropical cyclones (TCs) making landfall in main-land China are examined by using sounding data from 1998 to 2009. It is found that TC landfall is usually accompanied with a decrease in low-level wind speed, an expansion of the radius of strong wind, weakening of the upper-level warm core, and drying of the mid-tropospheric air. On average, the warm core of the TCs dissipates 24 h after landfall. The height of the maximum low-level wind and the base of the stable layer both increase with the increased distance to the TC center;however, the former is always higher than the latter. In particular, an asymmetric structure of the TC after landfall is found. The kinematic and thermodynamic structures across various areas of TC circulation diff er, especially over the left-front and right-rear quadrants (relative to the direction of TC motion). In the left-front quadrant, strong winds locate at a smaller radius, the upper-level temperature is warmer with the warm core extending into a deep layer, while the wet air occupies a shallow layer. In the right-rear quadrant, strong wind and wet air dwell in an area that is broader and deeper, and the warmest air is situated farther away from the TC center.  相似文献
