Acoustic Doppler current profiler (ADCP) receives echoes from sound scatterers, then their speed is calcu- lated by the Doppler effect. In the open ocean, most of these backscatterers are from the plankton. The sound scatterers descend down to depth at around dawn, their mean speed is 2.9 cm/s, then they ascend up to the surface layer at around dusk with a mean speed of 2.1 cm/s, in the Luzon Strait. The descending speed is faster, which suggests that this zooplankton population may accelerate its downward migration under the action of the gravity. The vertical distribution of a mean volume backscattering strength (MVB- S) in the nighttime has two peaks, which locate near the upper and lower boundary layers of halocline, respectively. However, the backscatterers only aggregate near the surface layer in the daytime. The diel ver- tical migration (DVM) of sound scatterers has several characteristic patterns, it is stronger in summer, but weaker in winter, and the maximum peak occurs in September. The DVM occurrence is synchronous with the seawater temperature increasing at around dawn and dusk, it may affect the ocean mixing and water stratification,  相似文献

The purpose of the present contribution is to explore the technique to use Acoustic Doppler Current Pro- filers (ADCPs) for suspended sediment flux measurements, which may be applied to coastal embayment environments such as estuaries and tidal inlets for sediment exchange and budget studies. Based on tidal cycle measurements from the entrance of ]iaozhou Bay, Shandong Peninsula, eastern China, statistical rela- tionships between the suspended sediment concentration (SSC) and ADCP echo intensity output are estab- lished. Echo intensity data obtained during an ADCP survey along two cross-sections during a spring tidal phase were transformed into SSC data. The ADCP current velocity and SSC data were then used to calculate the flux of fine-grained sediment. The results show that net sediment transport at the entrance is directed towards the open sea, with an order of magnitude of 103 t per spring tidal cycle; hence, although Jiaozhou Bay is a low SSC environment, the tidally induced suspended sediment transport can be intense.  相似文献

多功能超声成像测井仪采用超声脉冲反射法进行套损及水泥胶结质量评价.对该仪器实测的波形进行分析,波形信噪比良好,首波为套管内壁的反射波,随后到达的为套管共振波,波形频谱曲线具有明显的谱陷特征.利用井眼内壁反射波的幅度及到时曲线可实现井眼内壁高分辨率成像;利用套管共振波的共振频率及幅度衰减可分别计算套管厚度及套管后面材料的水泥声阻抗.现场实测的裸眼井资料表明,该仪器可获取井壁表面裂缝、层理、孔洞等地质构造信息.处理现场实测的套管井资料表明,仪器可正确测量套管的壁厚,识别套损方位,同时还可以根据水泥声阻抗的数值范围确定一界面材料是气体、液体还是固体成分.该仪器具有井眼内壁成像、套损评价及水泥胶结质量评价的功能.  相似文献

Acouso-physical properties of sea floor sediments in the southeast offshore sea area of Hainan Island on the northern continental shelf of the South China Sea are analyzed. In many cruises, conductivity-temperature-depth measurements of seawater, measurements of shallow stratum and side-scan sonar have been made. Acoustic parameters, basic sedimentary parameters, physical-mechanical parameters and 14C age, etc., have been measured. The sediment elastic parameters, including Young's modulus, bulk modulus, constrained modulus, rigidity modulus, Poisson's ratio, Lames constant, etc., have been calculated. Results show that the compression wave velocity of the seafloor sediment in the sea area ranges from 1474–1700 m/s, and there are high and low sound velocity sediment types in the different sea areas; the shear wave velocity is 150–600 m/s; at 100 kHz the sediment sound attenuation is 35–260 dB/m, the sediment density is 1.4–2.0 g/cm3; the sediment porosity is 42–88%. Sound field parameters and describing sound reciprocity between sea and seafloor are described.  相似文献

The finite element method (FEM) is employed to analyze the resonant oscillations of the liquid confined within multiple or an array of floating bodies with fully nonlinear boundary conditions on the free surface and the body surface in two dimensions. The velocity potentials at each time step are obtained through the FEM with 8-node quadratic shape functions. The finite element linear system is solved by the conjugate gradient (CG) method with a symmetric successive overelaxlation (SSOR) preconditioner. The waves at the open boundary are absorbed by the combination of the damping zone method and the Sommerfeld-Orlanski equation. Numerical examples are given by an array of floating wedge- shaped cylinders and rectangular cylinders. Results are provided for heave motions including wave elevations, profiles and hydrodynamic forces. Comparisons are made in several cases with the results obtained from the second order solution in the time domain. It is found that the wave amplitude in the middle region of the array is larger than those in other places, and the hydrodynamic force on a cylinder increases with the cylinder closing to the middle of the array.  相似文献

Seabed sediment microstructure has an influence on its acousto-physical properties, and the properties in a length of the sediment column reflect an aspect of the macroscopic behavior of the microstructure. An original measurement method of the sound attenuation within small distance cross sections in a sediment column, and the corresponding approach in data processing to attain an attenuation factor are detailed in the paper. This method was used to measure the compressional wave in series of points with a small distance in the sediment column, and it is shown that exponential attenuation is a type of compressional wave attenuation model for a sediment column in its full length. It indicates that there are various models of compressional wave attenuation in seabed sediments in the South China Sea after comparison of data from other literature. The method of measuring sound attenuation satisfies the sampling space interval in the acoustical forward and inverse problems in seabed sediments, and the original method provides a new approach for finding out sound attenuation mechanism in seabed sediments on small length scale.  相似文献

The seismic arrays at Hailar (HILR) and at Lanzhou (LZDM) in China are both primary stations of the International Monitoring System for verifying compliance with the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty. These two stations became operational in 2002 and have since then provided continuous data. In this study, the so-called slowness–azimuth station corrections (SASC) were derived and used to improve the location accuracy of the two arrays. The SASC are found by comparing the back-azimuth and slownesses obtained from array processing to the theoretical values calculated from the reported event locations and the corresponding seismic velocity model. Events reported by the National Earthquake International Center in the time period 2002 to 2006 were used as reference events, and the IASP91 was used as the theoretical velocity model. Small correction vectors with random orientation were found for HILR. Larger correction vectors with systematic vector biases were found for LZDM. The LZDM correction vectors seem to point to the same direction in a large part of the slowness space and may be attributed to local structure. After introducing the SASC for HILR, the standard deviations of back-azimuth and slowness residuals drop from 7.1° to 4.6° and from 1.0 to 0.6 s/°, respectively. For LZDM, these values drop from 22.3° to 10.2° and from 2.9 to 1.1 s/°, respectively. The variations of back-azimuth and slowness residuals were reduced by 32% and 30.2%, respectively, for HILR after SASC and the reductions were 21% and 40.2% for LZDM. The improvements were 77% in back-azimuth and 67% in slowness location for HILR and were 79% and 81% for LZDM after SASC. 为了研究裂缝性储层裂缝的阵列侧向测井响应, 采用裂缝组平板裂缝模型, 利用三维有限元方法, 进行不同裂缝参数条件下的高分辨率阵列侧向测井响应数值模拟.表明阵列侧向视电导率和裂缝孔隙度与裂缝流体电导率成线性关系; 低角度裂缝的阵列侧向深浅视电阻率呈现负差异特征, 高角度缝呈现正差异; 相同裂缝孔隙度下, 裂缝密度增加可使得阵列侧向视电阻率增加, 当裂缝密度足够大时, 测井响应特征基本不随裂缝密度发生变化; 交叉缝的测井响应与具有相同角度的平行裂缝组差异明显, 且不同倾角组合的交叉缝的测井响应之间差异明显.阵列侧向测井对裂缝有较强的敏感性, 根据其测井视电阻率大小可以评价裂缝孔隙度, 根据深浅视电阻率的幅度差异可以研究裂缝的产状, 这些为将阵列侧向测井用于裂缝性储层裂缝评价有指导意义.   相似文献

声发射是岩石等脆性材料内部损伤的伴生现象。在周期性循环载荷作用下通过改变不同应力幅度和不同加载速率对细粒砂岩进行声发射试验研究,探讨了声发射在周期性载荷作用下的声发射规律。研究结果表明,改变上限应力对声发射现象的影响显著,而改变下限应力的影响主要在循环末期,提早了每个循环声发射产生时间;加载速率的增加提高了声发射率,特别是循环过程中主裂纹的形成和扩展阶段,加快了岩石破坏进程;不同应力幅度和加载速率下声发射表现出不同的发展模式,不同模式预示着不同的岩石变形破坏速率。  相似文献

火成岩中网状裂缝双侧向测井响应特征   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
针对海拉尔布达特储层的实际情况,利用基于电阻网的有限差分模拟方法,分别计算了一组平行缝、两组平行缝呈不同夹角和泥浆沿网状缝入侵情况下的双侧向测井响应。总结出网状裂缝发育火成岩储层双侧向测井响应特征:一组高角度平行裂缝使双侧向幅度呈现正幅度差,低角度裂缝呈现负幅度差,低角度裂缝电阻率降低更多;构成网状裂缝的两组平行裂缝的倾角和夹角同时影响双侧向测井响应,当两组裂缝夹角较小时,双侧向幅值特征趋向于一组平行缝的情形,而随着夹角增大,电阻率幅度降低,倾角影响变小;泥浆侵入带的存在除了造成双侧向曲线明显的正幅度差外,还使裂缝倾角和夹角的影响变模糊。该结果将为火成岩裂缝储层的识别和评价提供理论依据。  相似文献
