溶藻弧菌对大黄鱼表皮黏液的黏附特性研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
采用3H-TdR同位素示踪方法研究了溶藻弧菌对大黄鱼表皮黏液的黏附机制.试验结果表明溶藻弧菌经营养饥饿、热处理、抗体处理、蛋白酶及高碘酸处理后黏附作用明显下降;在8种碳水化合物的干扰下溶藻弧菌的黏附作用会有一定程度的变化,其中葡萄糖、果糖、甘露糖能明显促进溶藻弧菌的黏附作用;溶藻弧菌对大黄鱼表皮黏液中较大分子量的物质有较强的亲和力.这些结果表明溶藻弧菌对大黄鱼表皮黏液存在特异性黏附作用,这种黏附与细菌活力、其表面的蛋白类、糖类等物质以及黏液的化学组成都有密切关系.  相似文献

Carrichtera annuaandAnastatica hierochunticaare two desert annuals, the seeds of which are dispersed by rain. The seed coat surface and cross-section structure of the dry seeds of these plants were examined by SEM. The seeds were wetted by placing them on natural saturated desert soil crust in Petri dishes. The Petri dishes were placed in a freeze-dryer when the upper part of the seed surface was still dry. This enabled study by SEM of the developmental stages of the mucilage, from the first stage until the full formation of the mucilage. We argue that the ecological significance of the mucilage differs in winter and summer. In winter the main effect is in water retention and soil particle contact, while in summer dew may allow damage repair and priming for the germination process.  相似文献

Adhesion of Vibrio alginolyticus to the gill mucus of Pseudosciaena crocea has been investigated using [methyl—3H]thymidine as isotope tracer. The results showed that: the adhesive quantity of V. alginolyticus increased with bacterial concentrations and reached equilibrium after incubated for 180 min; the higher adhesive quantity was obtained at 15~30 ℃ and sourish conditions; adhesion of V. alginolyticus could not achieved without Na , and Ca2 played an auxiliary role in the bacterial adhesion; adhesion of V. alginolyticus was inhibited remarkably by starvation, heat treatment and periodic acid treatment; all of the eight kinds of carbohydrates investigated enhanced the adhesion of V. alginolyticus to the gill mucus of P. crocea, among them, glucose, mannose, fructose and maltose showed the specially enhanced adhesion. The results indicated that V. alginolyticus could adhere to the gill mucus of P. crocea facilely in seawater, and this bacterial adhesion was influenced by environmental factors and closely related to superficial carbohydrate structures and some heat-sensitive structures.  相似文献

研究了新型抗脑缺血海洋药物 989对血小板聚集的影响。结果发现 ,989静脉注射可明显抑制胶原和花生四烯酸诱导的大鼠血小板聚集 ,对动脉血栓和静脉血栓的形成均有明显抑制作用 ;并能延迟激光致小鼠肠系膜微血栓出现时间及降低花生四烯酸致小鼠肺栓塞的死亡率。提示989的抗脑缺血作用与其抑制血小板聚集和粘附有关。  相似文献

通过灌胃将绿色荧光蛋白标记的病原性河流弧菌导入青石斑鱼消化道内,追踪标记菌在青石斑肠道中的黏附和定植及对肠道消化酶活性的影响。结果表明,青石斑前肠和中肠在河流弧菌灌胃12 h即可检出,前肠在24 h达到峰值,大约为7.1×105 cfu/g,中肠则在36 h达到峰值,约为5.39×105 cfu/g,而后肠则是在24 h才开始检出,且检出时即达到峰值,但仅为2.44×104 cfu/g,说明青石斑鱼的前肠和中肠都是河流弧菌的主要黏附部位。灌胃96 h后前肠和中肠仍有标记菌存在,但在后肠已检测不到标记菌,反映出标记菌已在前肠和中肠定植下来,但没有在后肠定植。此外,标记河流弧菌的定植能够显著降低前肠蛋白酶活性和淀粉酶活性以及后肠脂肪酶活性。研究结果说明,病原性河流弧菌可通过黏附定植于鱼类肠道影响鱼类肠道消化酶活力,这可能是病原性河流弧菌引发鱼类病害的原因之一。  相似文献

从美国华盛顿州圣璜岛海域的8 种海绵样品的120 株共附生微生物中, 筛选出11 株细菌的粗提物能有效抑制硅藻附着。其中683 号菌株活性最高, 对5 种受试硅藻的平均抑制率达到98.0%。结合形态学特征和扫描电镜观察, 以及16S rDNA 序列分析, 鉴定该菌株为短小芽孢杆菌Bacillus pumilus。并采用正交试验对该菌株进行发酵条件优化, 结合粗提物的产量和抗硅藻附着活性进行统计学分析,确定了该菌株的最佳发酵条件是: 发酵温度25℃, pH 7.5, NaCl 浓度19.45 g/L, 蛋白胨浓度5 g/L。  相似文献

The pathogenicity of white spot syndrome virus(WSSV)to zooplankton species,rotifer Brachionus urceus(Linnaeus),copepod Acartia clausi(Giesbrecht)and mysid shrimp Neomysis awatschensis(Brandt),was estimated by immersion challenge and virus-phytoplankton adhesion route to investigate a potential new transmission route of WSSV to zooplankton.WSSV succeeded in infecting these zooplankton species and nested-PCR revealed positive results for the virus-phytoplankton adhesion route,whereas WSSV cannot infect zooplankton by immersion challenge.These results indicated that virus-phytoplankton adhesion route is a successful new transmission route of WSSV to zooplankton and also implied that phytoplankton could be a carrier in WSSV transmission.  相似文献
