利用1985年5月至6月在北京郊区中国科学院农业生态试验研究站的麦田中实测的小麦不同生长期的CO2浓度梯度、光合有效辐射、净辐射、土壤热通量和温度、湿度及风速梯度等量的数据,采用空气动力学方法,计算了CO2通量、感热通量、潜热通量和动量通量。并对观测场地、仪器设备、校准方法及误差分析进行了描述。结果表明:从5月14日到6月15日,在1m,2m和10m处,CO2浓度振幅的日变化分别为103.4到27.5,87.5到27.3和69.8到11.5ppm;光合型和呼吸型的平均CO2浓度分别为345.3,350.6,357.5ppm和373.9,369.7,362.1ppm。在白天,CO2通量和梯度的输送方向是从大气向植被,在中午(11时到13时)输送达到负的最大值。在夜间,CO2通量和梯度输送的方向与白天相反,并且,在早晨(4时到6时)达到正的最大值。CO2通量与净辐射(Rn)、可利用能(H+LE)、光合有效辐射和动量通量之间有较好的相关关系 相似文献

Impact of Atmospheric Surface-layer Parameterizations in the new Land-surface Scheme of the NCEP Mesoscale Eta Model 总被引:5,自引:1,他引:5
We tested three atmospheric surface-layer parameterization schemes (Mellor-Yamadalevel 2, Paulson, and modified Louis), both ina 1-D mode in the new NCEP land-surface scheme against long-term FIFE and HAPEX observations, and in a coupled 3-D mode withthe NCEP mesoscale Eta model. The differences inthese three schemes and the resulting surface exchange coefficients do not, in general, lead to significant differences in model simulated surface fluxes, skin temperature, andprecipitation, provided the same treatment of roughness length for heat is employed.Rather, the model is more sensitive to the choice of the roughness length for heat. To assess the latter, we also tested two approaches to specifythe roughness length for heat: 1) assuming the roughness length for heat is a fixed ratio of the roughness length for momentum, and 2) relating this ratio to the roughness Reynolds number as proposed by Zilitinkevich.Our 1-D column model sensitivity tests suggested that the Zilitinkevich approach can improve the surface heat fluxand skin temperature simulations. A long-term test with the NCEP mesoscaleEta model indicated that this approach can also reduce forecast precipitation bias. Based on these simulations, in January 1996 we operationally implemented the Paulsonscheme with the new land-surface scheme of the NCEP Eta model, along with the Zilitinkevich formulation to specify the roughness length for heat. 相似文献

Boundary-layer meteorologicalmeasurements were made before, during, and after theMay 10, 1994 partial (94%) solar eclipse over thedesert at the Atmospheric Profiler Research Facilityat White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico, U.S.A. A largenumber of sensors were located in the middle of theTularosa Basin to measure mean and turbulentquantities and the refractive index structureparameter (Cn2). This event permitted a rareopportunity to measure, examine, and document theeffects upon the atmospheric boundary layer of asudden cut-off and subsequent turn-on of the sun'sradiant energy. At the peak of the eclipse, whichoccurred for more than three hours, all of the heatexchange parameters were affected, the turbulentprocesses were diminished, and the refractive indexstructure parameter decreased dramatically. A time-heightdisplay from the FM-CW radar shows a Kelvin–Helmholtzwave that developed during theeclipse. East African earthquakes below 20 km depth and their implications for crustal structure 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
We report source parameters for eight earthquakes in East Africa obtained using a number of techniques, including (1) inversion of long-period P and SH waves for moment tensors and source-time functions, (2) forward modelling of first-motion polarities and P and pP amplitudes on short-period seismograms, and (3) determination of pP-P and sP-P differential traveltimes from short-period records. The foci of these earthquakes lie between depths of 24 and 34 km in Archean and Proterozoic lithosphere, and all but one fault-plane solution indicates normal faulting (primarily E-W extension), consistent with the regional stress regime in East Africa. Because many of these earthquakes occurred in areas where the crust may have been thinned by rifting, it is difficult to ascertain whether or not their foci lie within the lower crust or upper mantle. Some of them, however, occurred away from rift structures in Proterozoic crust that is possibly 35–40 km thick or thicker, and thus they probably nucleated within the lower crust. Strength profile calculations suggest that in order to account for seismogenic (i.e. brittle) behaviour at sufficient depths to explain lower crustal earthquakes in East Africa, the lower crust must not only be composed of mafic lithologies, as suggested by previous investigators, but also that significantly more heat (∼100 per cent) must come from the upper crust than predicted by the crustal heat source distribution obtained from a 1-D interpretation of the linear relationship between heat flow and heat production observed in Proterozoic terrains within eastern and southern Africa. Precambrian mafic dike swarms throughout East Africa provide evidence for magmatic events which could have delivered large amounts of mafic material to the lower crust over a very broad area, thus explaining why the lower crust in East Africa might be mafic away from the volcanogenic rift valleys. 相似文献

Summary Most theoretical methods for the prediction of strata heat flow in an underground airway assume that the air temperature remains constant or that only small changes take place over the ventilated age of the airway. This assumption is clearly not correct; air temperature (especially those measured in British coal mines) display variation of up to 5° C during any one week at any one point. These variations are periodic in nature and relate to both the daily and weekly production cycle. In order to predict the transient heat flow from strata the Duhamel Theorem is used. Details of the theorem incorporating the air temperature history to calculate the surface temperature of a partially wetted airway are derived. An algorithm is presented for the calculation of surface temperatures and hence the heat flux from the rock. The algorithm is used in the computation of heat and moisture transfer rates from the rock to the ventilating air in the airway. Finally, the air temperatures at the end of the airway are predicted due to the heat flows from the strata and they are compared to the measured data supplied by British Coal, United Kingdom. 相似文献

We have obtained altogether heat flux data of 23 drill holes including 2 observational holes of thermal flow in the Haicheng
seismic area. These data show roughly thermal structure of the crust in eastern Liaoning and in the Haicheng seismic area.
The results indicate that there is higher value of heat flow in the belt north by east from Liaoyang to Xiongyue, the average
thermal flux being 8.29× 10−2J/m2·s (2.0 hfu). The average thermal fulx in the Haicheng seismic area is 9.22×102J/m2·s (2.2 hfu).
Comparing with other known geophysical data of the Haicheng seismic area, we give a geophysical section of comprehensive interpretation.
We suppose the low-velocity layer in the lower crust of the Haicheng seismic area is a result from intrusion of large-scale
uper mantle substance. High temperature and low velocity mean that the layer has the nature of plastic mechanics. The focal
region of the Haicheng earthquake is situated right in the upper part of that plastic layer. Obviously, this result is significant
for studying the seismogenic process of the Haicheng earthquake and other intra-plate earthquakes.
We attempt to emphasize that observation of heat flow is necessary for earthquake study.

Summary This paper describes the results from a continuing research project started in 1984, which is investigating improved methods for predicting the underground climate in hot mines. The Homestake Gold Mine in South Dakota was the site for testing methods, based on radial heat flow theory, to measurein situ values of the thermal conductivity and diffusivity of rock. The methods used proved to be quite within the capability of mine staff to carry out for themselves. The results were acceptable and verified thatin situ thermal rock properties can differ considerably from laboratory determined values, in this case by a factor of approximately two.A mine climate simulation program, CLIMSIM, was applied to case studies from the Homestake mine using the measured thermal rock parameters.
