猛犸象属古脊椎动物,其现存的猛犸牙多呈半化石状态。采用SEM,FTIR等分析测试仪器对猛犸牙和象牙的微生长结构、胶原蛋白等差异特征进行了研究。结果表明,象牙和猛犸牙主要由胶原蛋白和羟基磷酸钙组成,由胶原蛋白酰胺键致特征的红外吸收谱带分别位于1 663 cm-1(νC-O),1 558 cm-1(νC-H)和1 240 cm-1(δN-H)处。石化作用导致胶原蛋白酰胺键受到不同程度的破坏,致使猛犸牙中胶原蛋白的红外吸收谱带强度递减。象牙与猛犸牙指向牙心的两组粗勒兹纹理的夹角存在着明显的差异,前者的最大夹角〉120°,后者的最大夹角〈95°。象牙的粗勒兹纹层具纤束状交织结构,结构致密、坚韧、细腻;猛犸牙的粗勒兹纹层多具叶片状结构,胶原蛋白纤束体数量明显减少,结构疏松,质地干涩,孔隙度增大,微裂隙发育,韧性变差。  相似文献

Sedimentological, morphological, and geochemical characteristics of molar tooth (MT) structures in the ca 2·6 Ga Monteville Formation suggest a new fluid flow model for MT formation: (i) intercalated shales and carbonate sands were deposited near to above storm wave base; (ii) sediments cracked, forming an interconnected network of MT cracks that were also open to pores in sand lenses; (iii) storm waves pumped sea water into open MT crack networks, causing rapid microcrystalline carbonate nucleation, Ostwald ripening of nuclei, and growth of granular carbonate cores; some of these cores were transported by water flowing through the cracks; (iv) unfilled MT cracks collapsed, and filled MT ribbons deformed plastically as host sediments compacted and dewatered; (v) carbonate cores were overgrown by polygonal rims; and (vi) MT structures deformed brittlely with additional compaction and produced pebbly lags if reworked. MT cracks may have formed by multiple mechanisms; however, expansion of gas from organic decay and sediment heaving due to wave loading best explain MT crack morphology and are most consistent with the fluid flow model for MT CaCO3 presented here.  相似文献

在前期研发的极地深冰钻用减速传动装置中,行星齿轮减速传动装置易发生疲劳破坏,因此减速传动装置寿命相对较低。针对上述问题,对铠装电缆电动机械钻具的减速传动装置进行改进设计,确定装置的结构和尺寸、分析该装置的啮合受力情况并进行强度估算。利用Inventor软件建立该减速传动装置三维实体模型。结合ANSYS Workbench软件对装置的结构进行静力学分析。研究结果表明,该活齿传动减速传动装置满足设计要求,为优化极地深冰钻用减速传动装置提供了依据。  相似文献

人类为获取食物和满足其他需求而使用牙齿从事的各类非咀嚼性活动在牙齿表面形成使用痕迹。牙齿使用痕迹与古人类的行为特征关系密切,记录了丰富的古人类生存环境、食物构成、获取食物的方式、行为模式及生活习俗等方面的信息。对黄龙洞更新世晚期人类牙齿的观察发现:黄龙洞人类前部牙齿表面具有釉质破损与崩裂、齿冠唇面破损、齿间邻接面沟3种类型的使用痕迹。根据这些牙齿使用痕迹的分布和表现特点,推测生活在黄龙洞的更新世晚期人类经常使用前部牙齿从事啃咬、叼衔、或剥离坚韧的食物或非食物物品等活动,并可能将前部牙齿作为工具使用;齿间邻接面沟提示当时人类经常从事剔牙活动。结合已经在黄龙洞发现的其他人类活动证据,我们认为当时人类可能从事狩猎活动,食物构成中包含有较多的肉类及粗纤维植物。  相似文献

Change detection of tooth surface loss in the cervical region of a tooth replica has been performed using a fixed-base stereoscopic camera, consisting of two SLR digital cameras with lenses of fixed focal length. Commercial digital photogrammetric and calibration software was used to perform a convergent multi-station calibration with an artefact comprising a transilluminated planar array and a tiered object exhibiting optical texture. Digital surface models of a tiered test object and a tooth surface containing a non-carious cervical lesion were generated from stereo-imagery. The accuracy of automatic mass point measurement of a planar surface was 4 ± 13 μm in Z. The sensitivity of change detection on mapped tooth replicas was 0·03 mm with change ranging from 0·03 to 0·07 mm per annum. Different rates of change were clearly evident in different areas at different times. The results of this investigation suggest that annual change detection studies will provide a clearer picture of the pattern of tooth surface loss and, in combination with other analytical techniques, a more detailed explanation of the natural history of these lesions.  相似文献

We have produced detailed maps of U and Th isotopes for three cross-sections of an Early Pleistocene equid tooth from the archaeological site of Fuente Nueva-3 (Orce, Andalusia, Spain). This permits us to visualise, for the first time, U migration processes in 3 dimensions. The tooth shows a concentration gradient from the top to the base, indicating the U profile had not equilibrated after >1 Ma. The spatial pattern of 230Th/234U and 234U/238U indicates complex U-mobilisation processes over the last 100 ka, dominated by small-scale redistribution of U. Leaching from the tooth through the pulp cavity started at least 93 ka ago with several later phases in various domains of the dentine and cement. This leaching event could have been triggered by changes in the local hydrological regime associated with periods of increased erosion in the Guadix-Baza basin. The results illustrate the difficulty of dating faunal material from Early Pleistocene sites. They also demonstrate that dental tissues can neither be considered as homogeneous media for U-diffusion, nor behave as closed systems for U-series isotopes because diagenetic alterations seem to trigger U-migration. The results do not support the notion that U-uptake into dental tissues is necessarily of short duration. Nevertheless, rapid laser ablation scanning can be used to identify suitable samples for dating as well as domains within the teeth that may have preserved original isotopic signatures, i.e. domains that have not been affected by recent U-mobilisation process.  相似文献

A new, large tyrannosaurine theropod from the Upper Cretaceous of China   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Tyrannosaurids are primarily gigantic, predatory theropod dinosaurs of the Cretaceous. Here we report a new member of the tyrannosaurid clade Tyrannosaurinae from the Upper Cretaceous Wangshi Group of Zhucheng, Shandong Province, China, based on a maxilla and associated dentary. The discovery of this animal, here named Zhuchengtyrannus magnus gen. et sp. nov., adds to the known diversity of tyrannosaurids in Asia. Z. magnus can be identified by a horizontal shelf on the lateral surface of the base of the ascending process, and a rounded notch in the anterior margin of the maxillary fenestra. Several additional features contribute to a unique combination of character states that serves to further distinguish Z. magnus from other taxa. Comparisons with other tyrannosaurids suggest that Zhuchengtyrannus was a very large theropod, comparable in size to both Tarbosaurus and Tyrannosaurus.  相似文献
