With the high-speed development of numerical weather prediction, since the later 1980’s, the prediction of short-range climate anomalies has attracted worldwide meteorologists’ attention. What the so called short-range re-fers to the time scale from one month to one season or more. In dealing with the problem of short-range climate pre-diction, two points are needed noticing: one is the basic research to explore or investigate the mechanism of variability of the slow varying components which mainly include internal dynamics of extratropics, external forcings and tropical dynamics, and the other is the modeling efforts to simulate the process of the long-term evolution of the signal which include the improvement of model quality, stochastic prediction and the air-sea-coupled model (Miyakoda et al.,1986). Previous researches on the numerical prediction of short-term climate anomalies are mostly concentrated in the analysis of variables with global spatial scale, especially the global general atmospheric circulation analysis.As to the simulation or prediction of regional short-term climate anomalies, there exist many difficulties and problems. Though some meteorologists are devoting themself to this field, up to now, they have not reached satisfac-tory results. As a primary effort, by using the 2-level general atmospheric circulation model developed in the Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IAP-AGCM) (Zeng et al., 1989), and taking the year of 1985 as a case, a numerical simulation of regional short-term climate change is completed. 利用和田市气象站的0℃层高度,和田河上游乌鲁瓦提和同古孜洛克水文站的实测流量资料,以及NCEP/NCAR 500 hPa月平均温度资料,分析了和田河夏季流量的变化、同期流域内0℃层高度情况以及500 hPa温度的特征。结果显示:1961-2004年,和田河夏季流量、和田站0℃层高度均呈不显著的线性下降趋势,在1979年分别出现了由丰到枯、由高到低的突变。和田河夏季流量典型偏丰、偏枯年同期500 hPa温度距平场有显著差异。在年代际和年际尺度上,和田河夏季流量对流域内0℃层高度变化都有明显的响应。 相似文献

山东省近40a来的气温和降水变化趋势分析 总被引:19,自引:5,他引:19
本文利用非参数检验法(Mann-Kendall法)分析了山东省15个站点近40 a(1958—1998)来气温和降水的长期变化趋势。结果表明:全省气温除西南的莘县、兖州有下降趋势外,大部分地区呈现上升趋势,全省平均上升0.06℃/10a。分季情况为:春季和冬季气温有上升趋势,其中冬季气温上升对全省气温上升的贡献率最大。夏季气温基本保持不变,秋季气温有下降趋势。全省除济南降水量呈略微上升趋势外,其余地区的降水倾向率均为负值,全省的降水倾向率为-3.05 mm/a。表明山东省自1960年以来,年均降水量呈现减少趋势。减少幅度东南部大于西北部,以东南沿海平均减少幅度最大。 相似文献

The transfer processes within and above a simulated urban street canyon were investigated in a generic manner. Computational
fluid dynamics (CFD) was used to aid understanding and to produce some simple operational parameterisations. In this study
we addressed specifically the commonly met situation where buoyancy effects arising from elevated surface temperatures are
not important, i.e. when mechanical forces outweigh buoyancy forces. In a geophysical context this requires that some suitably
defined Richardson number is small. From an engineering perspective this is interpreted as the important case when heat transfer
within and above urban street canyons is by forced convection. Surprisingly, this particular scenario (for which the heat
transfer coefficient between buildings and the flow is largest), has been less well studied than the situation where buoyancy
effects are important. The CFD technique was compared against wind-tunnel experiments to provide model evaluation. The height-to-width
ratio of the canyon was varied through the range 0.5–5 and the flow was normal to the canyon axis. By setting the canyon’s
facets to have the same or different temperatures or to have a partial temperature distribution, simulations were carried
out to investigate: (a) the influence of geometry on the flow and mixing within the canyon and (b) the exchange processes
within the canyon and across the canyon top interface. Results showed that the vortex-type circulation and turbulence developed
within the canyon produced a temperature distribution that was, essentially, spatially uniform (apart from a relatively thin
near-wall thermal boundary layer) This allowed the temperatures within the street canyon to be specified by just one value

By using the observed monthly mean data over 160 stations of China and NCAR/NCEP reanalysis data, the generalized equilibrium feedback assessment(GEFA) method, combined with the methods of EOF analysis, correlation and composite analysis, is used to explore the influence of different SST modes on a wintertime air temperature pattern in which it is cold in the northeast and warm in the southwest in China. The results show that the 2009/2010 winter air temperature oscillation mode between the northern and southern part of China is closely related to the corresponding sea surface temperature anomalies(SSTA) and its associated atmospheric circulation anomalies. Exhibiting warming in Northeast China and cooling in Southwest China, the mode is significantly forced by the El Nio mode and the North Atlantic SSTA mode, which have three poles. Under the influence of SSTA modes, the surface northerly flow transported cold air to North and Northeast China, resulting in low temperatures in the regions. Meanwhile, the mid-latitude westerlies intensify and the polar cold air stays in high latitudes and cannot affect the Southwest China, resulting in the warming there. 相似文献

基于国家气候中心整编的160站常规观测气温资料和HADLEY中心的海表温度资料,应用最大协方差分析方法,诊断了中国东部各季节气温异常型和前期海表温度异常(SSTA)模的关系,并重点分析冬季气温与SSTA模的最佳耦合模态及海温异常对大气环流的影响。结果表明:中国东部四季气温异常型与前期海盆SSTA模的显著耦合关系表现出不同的特征。超前6个月的热带太平洋第二模和南印度洋第二模与东部地区冬季气温一致变化型耦合关系最佳。西南冷东北暖的气温异常型与超前4个月热带大西洋一致增暖模有最佳耦合关系。大气环流对与全区气温一致偏冷型对应的SSTA模的回归表现为:西伯利亚高压和阿留申低压增强,东亚大槽加深,中纬度西风加强。对与气温西南冷东北暖型对应的SSTA模的回归表现为:西伯利亚高压和阿留申低压略有增强,东亚大槽槽区附近位势升高,大槽变浅,槽线偏向西南,东部40°N以北风速加强,以南风速减弱。 相似文献
