提出传统村落活态性概念,从物质遗产、非物质遗产和村落居民3个方面构建传统村落活态性评价指标体系。通过实地踏勘、文献查阅、问卷调查等方法获取数据,对湖南省大湘西地区3个不同类型的传统村落活态性进行定量评价。结果表明:① 整体上失活问题较为普遍,东山村活态性最差,小市村次之,地笋苗寨活态性最好。② 从系统层来看,物质遗产是影响村落活态性最为重要的贡献因子,从要素层来看,人口结构、历史建筑和格局肌理是影响传统村落活态性的主要贡献因子。③ 从系统层来看,非物质遗产是导致湘西地区传统村落失活的主要因素,从要素层来看,人口数量、传统技能技艺、自然生态环境是导致传统村落失活的主要因子。④ 总体来看,旅游型传统村落活态性好于城镇化型和传统型村落。但是,不同类型村落的活态性贡献因子和失活因子均存在一定差异。  相似文献

Marine fisheries play an important role in the economy of Sierra Leone, supporting livelihoods and contributing significantly to food security. This paper looks in detail at how the performance of fisheries was impacted by the ten year civil war, an event which contributed to the country's reputation for being a “failed state”. The paper focuses mainly on the artisanal fisheries sector, which employs the majority of the country's coastal population, and demonstrates how the conflict caused major social dislocation to fishing communities as well as reducing the productive capacity of the fleet. The paper concludes with a discussion of the policy challenges now facing Sierra Leone, particularly the prevention of resource looting through illegal fishing of the offshore stocks and the development of strategies to enable the potential wealth of these fisheries to be captured.  相似文献

针对现有分布式目标通道最优极化算法存在运算量偏大等问题,以算法的实用性为目的,在理论分析的基础上提出一种求解分布式目标通道最优极化的快速算法.首先将任意通道下的天线接收功率模型统一为同极化通道下的天线接收功率拓展模型,然后对该拓展模型进行变换极化基处理,在此基础上理论确定目标最优极化在(r,θ)平面上的位置区间,从而为简化目标最优极化求解或预判目标最优极化位置等提供理论支撑.为获取目标最优极化,采用区间二分法在目标最优极化位置区间内迭代搜索.通过对比实验对算法运算速度和实现方面予以验证.
Abstract:
Aiming at the large mount of calculation of the traditional algorithms for polarimetric power optimization of random target in arbitrary channel, a fast algorithm is proposed in this article. Firstly, the function of received power in arbitrary channel is unified as the form of copolar power. Then based on the change of polarimetric basis,the copotar power is analyzed theoretically to obtain the minimum interval of target optimal polarization state in (r,θ)plane, which provides theoretic support for simplifying the process of obtaining optimal polarization states or anticipating their positions. In order to obtain optimal polarization states, the interval dichotomy is used to search in the minimum interval of target optimal polarization state, The experiment results have demonstrated that the proposed algorithm has better performance than the Lagrange multiplier method or the method of traversal search in algorithmic realization and computational speed.  相似文献

三维激光扫描技术是近年来发展起来的新型空间信息测量技术。本文将三维激光扫描技术引入治沙工程领域,通过实验对草方格沙障内的蚀积微形态变化过程进行了模拟,并应用三维激光扫描仪测定草方格沙障内蚀积变化状态,认为草方格沙障内的蚀积状态,蚀积深度以及由堆积转化为侵蚀的位置等由于坡度等条件的不同而有所差异,从而证明了应用三维激光扫描技术监测微地貌形态变化过程的可行性。同时认为该技术在沙丘移动监测、机械沙障合理设计及防沙治沙效益评估等方面具有独特的优势和广泛的应用前景。但其技术本身和应用方面仍有一些问题亟待解决。  相似文献

The popular methods to estimate wave height with high-frequency(HF) radar depend on the integration over the second-order spectral region and thus may come under from even not strong external interference. To improve the accuracy and increase the valid detection range of the wave height measurement, particularly by the smallaperture radar, it is turned to singular peaks which often exceed the power of other frequency components. The power of three kinds of singular peaks, i.e., those around ±1,±2~(1/2) and ±1(2~(1/2)) times the Bragg frequency, are retrieved from a one-month-long radar data set collected by an ocean state monitoring and analyzing radar,model S(OSMAR-S), and in situ buoy records are used to make some comparisons. The power response to a wave height is found to be described with a new model quite well, by which obvious improvement on the wave height estimation is achieved. With the buoy measurements as reference, a correlation coefficient is increased to 0.90 and a root mean square error(RMSE) is decreased to 0.35 m at the range of 7.5 km compared with the results by the second-order method. The further analysis of the fitting performance across range suggests that the peak has the best fit and maintains a good performance as far as 40 km. The correlation coefficient is 0.78 and the RMSE is 0.62 m at 40 km. These results show the effectiveness of the new empirical method, which opens a new way for the wave height estimation with the HF radar.  相似文献

The present paper is Part I of a series of three papers prepared by the authors on the methods useful for ultimate limit state assessment of marine structures, that have been developed in the literature during the last few decades. It is considered that such methods are now mature enough to enter day-by-day design and strength assessment practice. The aims of the three papers are to conduct some benchmark studies of such methods on ultimate limit state assessment of (unstiffened) plates, stiffened panels, and hull girders of ships and ship-shaped offshore structures, using some candidate methods such as ANSYS nonlinear finite element analysis (FEA), DNV PULS, ALPS/ULSAP, ALPS/HULL, and IACS common structural rules (CSR) methods. As an illustrative example, an AFRAMAX-class hypothetical double hull oil tanker structure designed by CSR method is studied. In the present paper (Part I), the ultimate limit state assessment of unstiffened plates under combined biaxial compression and lateral pressure loads is emphasized using ANSYS, DNV PULS, and ALPS/ULSAP methods, and their resulting computations are compared. Part II will deal with methods for the ultimate limit state assessment of stiffened panels under combined biaxial compression and lateral pressure using ANSYS, DNV PULS, and ALPS/ULSAP methods, and Part III will treat methods for the progressive collapse analysis of the hull structure using ANSYS, ALPS/HULL, and IACS CSR methods.  相似文献

During the strong warm El Niño (EN) that occurred in 1997/98, Independence Bay (14°S, Peru) showed a ca. 10 °C increase in surface temperatures, higher oxygen concentrations, and clearer water due to decreased phytoplankton concentrations. Under these quasi-tropical conditions, many benthic species suffered (e.g. macroalgae, portunid crabs, and polychaetes) while others benefited (e.g. scallop, sea stars, and sea urchins). The most obvious change was the strong recruitment success and subsequent proliferation of the scallop Argopecten purpuratus, whose biomass increased fiftyfold. To understand these changes, steady-state models of the bay ecosystem trophic structure were constructed and compared for a normal upwelling year (1996) and during an EN (1998), and longer-term dynamics (1996–2003) were explored based on time series of catch and biomass using Ecopath with Ecosim (EwE) software. Model inputs were based on surveys and landings data collected by the Instituto del Mar del Perú (IMARPE). Results indicate that while ecosystem size (total throughput) is reduced by 18% during EN, mainly as a result of decreased total primary production, benthic biomass remains largely unchanged despite considerable shifts in the dominant benthic taxa (e.g. scallops replace polychaetes as secondary consumers). Under normal upwelling conditions, predation by snails and crabs utilize the production of their prey almost completely, resulting in more efficient energy flow to higher trophic levels than occurs during EN. However during EN, the proliferation of the scallop A. purpuratus combined with decreased phytoplankton increased the proportion of directly utilized primary production, while exports and flows to detritus are reduced. The simulations suggest that the main cause for the scallop outburst and for the reduction in crab and macroalgae biomass was a direct temperature effect, whereas other changes are partially explained by trophic interactions. The simulations suggest that bottom-up effects largely control the system.  相似文献

根据内蒙孪井灌区土壤水分观测资料,本文讨论了漫灌条件下该区土壤水分的动态变化规律.由于观测期间降雨对该区影响很小,主要分析了春灌期、灌溉间隔期和作物生长期土壤水分的变化特点.春灌期,灌溉水主要补给上层砂壤土,对下层土壤的补给相对较小;经过2次灌溉过后,土壤含水率不断升高.就蓄水能力而言,粘砂土的蓄水能力最强,砂壤土次之,灌水后水分主要滞留在这2层.结合灌溉渗漏量分析,研究认为,该区灌溉模式使得灌溉渗漏量较大,造成水资源浪费的同时还会引起地下水位上升,致使灌区下游土壤次生盐渍化加重.因此,采用灌溉量较小的喷灌、滴灌等方式,可以避免产生深层渗漏,节约水资源.  相似文献

A neutral density surface is a logical study frame for water-mass mixing since water parcels spread along such a surface without doing work against buoyancy restoring force. Mesoscale eddies are believed to stir and subsequently mix predominantly along such surfaces. Because of the nonlinear nature of the equation of state of seawater, the process of accurately mapping a neutral density surface necessarily involves lateral computation from one conductivity, temperature and depth (CTD) cast to the next in a logical sequence. By contrast, the depth of a potential density surface on any CTD cast is found solely from the data on this cast. The lateral calculation procedure causes a significant inconvenience. In a previous paper by present author published in this journal (You, 2006), the mapping of neutral density surfaces with regularly gridded data such as Levitus data has been introduced. In this note, I present a new method to find the depth of a neutral density surface from a cast without having to specify an integration path in space. An appropriate reference point is required that is on the neutral density surface and thereafter the neutral density surface can be determined by using the CTD casts in any order. This method is only approximate and the likely errors can be estimated by plotting a scatter diagram of all the pressures and potential temperatures on the neutral density surfaces. The method assumes that the variations of potential temperature and pressure (with respect to the values at the reference point) on the neutral density surface are proportional It is important to select the most appropriate reference point in order to approximately satisfy this assumption, and in practice this is found by inspecting the θ-p plot of data on the surface. This may require that the algorithm be used twice. When the straight lines on the θ-p plot, drawn from the reference point to other points on the neutral density surface, enclose an area that is external to the cluster of θ-p points of the neutral density surface, errors will occur, and these errors can be quantified from this diagram. Examples showing the use of the method are presented for each of the world's main oceans.  相似文献
