Traditional interpolation procedures used for processing geochemical data treat the data as a continuous smooth surface. In this paper, we proposed a fractal spatial interpolatory procedure based on the concept of the fractional delta variance. The method is suitable for processing the geochemical data that are measured at irregularly spaced discrete points, without resort to gridding procedures. The value at each interpolatory point is a function of the fractal disturbance that is related to the fractal dimension determined from the original data set, thus enhancing reconstruction of the natural spatial distribution of element concentration. The proposed procedure has been applied to the copper geochemical data measured from irregularly-spaced floodplain sediment samples in China. We compared geochemical maps created using different interpolatory procedures, including the new fractal method, the Kriging, and the weighted average, against the actual spatial distribution of copper mineral deposits in China, and found that the new fractal method detected more of known Cu-deposits from the test area than the other two methods. 相似文献

In this paper we view learning as an unconstrained non-linear minimization problem in which the objective function is defined
by the negative log-likelihood function and the search space by the parameter space of an origin constrained product unit
neural spatial interaction model. We consider Alopex based global search, as opposed to local search based upon backpropagation
of gradient descents, each in combination with the bootstrapping pairs approach to solve the maximum likelihood learning problem.
Interregional telecommunication traffic flow data from Austria are used as test bed for comparing the performance of the two
learning procedures. The study illustrates the superiority of Alopex based global search, measured in terms of Kullback and
Leibler's information criterion.

To aid prediction of the flow hydrograph in a basin with limited data, a practical approach to determining a regionalized Clark instantaneous unit hydrograph (IUH) model is presented. The proposed model is described in terms of the synthetic time–area concentration curve, the concentration time, and a special regional similarity value that is valid in the whole basin. The latter was estimated from a Monte Carlo testing procedure based on the normal probability distribution of transformed regional similarity values composed of the time of concentration and the storage coefficient in gauged basins. The time–area concentration curve and the concentration time were calculated from a rational equation as in conventional methods. The method of transformation adopted was the Box–Cox power transformation, which is known to make non‐normal values resemble normal data. By introducing the regional similarity value into a Clark IUH, a statistically best estimate of IUH for given data conditions and its quantified degree of uncertainty were realized. The Wi River basin in Korea was used to test the applicability of the regionalized Clark IUH. The performance of the suggested methodology was evaluated by assuming an ungauged sub‐basin at the site. The results showed that the IUH model developed in this work was an effective tool, predicting a reliable hydrograph within the study area even though only limited data were available. 俄罗斯钻探专家提出在金刚石正常钻进条件下,破碎岩屑的数量应与孔底排出岩屑的数量相应,否则,岩屑将会充满孔底部分,形成“岩屑垫”,阻碍岩石破碎,所以设计钻头和选择钻进规程参数时,应该保证破碎岩屑体积与孔底表面、钻头胎体间的体积,即充满孔底的体积相等。在此基础上提出了机械钻速(钻头每转进尺)的计算公式。该公式给出了机械钻速与金刚石底出刃、岩屑排出程度的关系。提出了金刚石正常出刃和非正常出刃的概念,并对正常出刃金刚石钻头和非正常出刃金刚石钻头进行了实验室试验研究和野外生产试验研究,取得了肯定的结果。 相似文献

基于Liebmann电阻网络模拟原理,研究了饱和土体的一维固结问题,编制相应的Matlab程序进行一维固结计算分析。给出了电阻网络模拟中电压与固结过程中超静孔隙水压力的对应关系以及模型建立和程序编制的完整过程,并模拟了单、双面排水情形下的一维Terzaghi固结问题。模拟过程表明,利用Liebmann电阻网络模拟结果与解析解吻合得较好。分析了时间步距?t改变以及网格?z划分精细程度影响因素作用下,亦即收敛系数? 值改变时的模拟结果与解析解的差异;探讨了Liebmann电阻网络模拟在固结问题中的进一步推广应用。 相似文献
