极谱法同时测定岩石中的微量铀钍   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
试样经过氧化钠熔融后,用硝酸溶液提取熔块,加入十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)凝聚硅胶,过滤除硅,TBP萃淋树脂分离富集铀钍。在含0.02g/L四丁基碘化铵-4g/L铜铁试剂、pH=5的乙酸-乙酸钠极谱测定体系中同时测定铀钍,铀钍的线性范围为0.001~0.500μg/10mL。本法用于含铀岩石中微量铀钍的同时测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献

为了简化分析,在模拟斜坡降雨入渗暂态渗流时,通常没有考虑入渗和产流的耦合过程,通过施加流量边界或零水头边界进行地下水渗流计算,通过在FALC中利用内嵌的fish语言,考虑地表径流和地下渗流的耦合以及雨向影响下斜坡降雨入渗过程,并通过算例分析了考虑和不考虑耦合、对斜坡孔隙水压力分布以及考虑各种雨向作用下对坡面积水深度的影响。  相似文献

Over the past 30 years the literature has burgeoned with in situ approaches for groundwater remediation. Of the methods currently available, the use of metallic iron (Fe0) in permeable reactive barrier (PRB) systems is one of the most commonly applied. Despite such interest, an increasing amount of experimental and field observations have reported inconsistent Fe0 barrier operation compared to contemporary theory. In the current work, a critical review of the physical chemistry of aqueous Fe0 corrosion in porous media is presented. Subsequent implications for the design of Fe0 filtration systems are modeled. The results suggest that: (i) for the pH range of natural waters (>4.5), the high volumetric expansion of Fe0 during oxidation and precipitation dictates that Fe0 should be mixed with a non‐expansive material; (ii) naturally occurring solute precipitates have a negligible impact on permeability loss compared to Fe0 expansive corrosion; and (iii) the proliferation of H2 metabolizing bacteria may contribute to alleviate permeability loss. As a consequence, it is suggested that more emphasis must be placed on future work with regard to considering the Fe0 PRB system as a physical (size‐exclusion) water filter device.  相似文献

Water treatment with metallic iron (Fe0) is still based on the premise that Fe0 is a reducing agent. An alternative concept stipulates that contaminants are removed by adsorption, co‐precipitation, and size‐exclusion in a reactive filtration process. This article underlines the universal validity of the alternative concept. It is shown that admixing non‐expansive material to Fe0 as a pre‐requisite for sustainable Fe0‐based filtration systems. Fe0‐based filters are demonstrated an affordable, appropriate, and efficient decentralized water treatment technology.  相似文献

Spatial (10 different locations) and temporal (2 years) changes in characteristics of the Marmara Sea Sediments were monitored to determine interactions between the chemical and microbial diversity. The sediments were rich in terms of hydrocarbon, nitrate, Ni and microbial cell content. Denitrifying, sulfate reducing, fermentative and methanogenic organisms were co-abundant in 15 cm below the sea floor. The local variations in the sediments’ characteristics were more distinctive than the temporal ones. The sulfate and nitrate contents were the main drivers of the changes in the microbial community compositions. N and P were limited for microbial growth in the sediments, and their levels determined the total cell abundance and activity. Seasonal shifts in temperatures of the shallow sediments were also reflected in the active cell abundances. It was concluded that the Marmara Sea is a promising ecosystem for the further investigation of the ecologically important microbial processes.  相似文献

应用孤岛油田现场聚合物和美国进口复合有机铬交联剂TIORCOWC684进行了一系列的室内评价实验。实验结果表明,宝莫聚合物均具有较好的初始黏度、且形成的弱冻胶体系强度高;弱冻胶主段塞选取聚合物浓度2500--3000mg/L,交联剂浓度300--600mg/L,成胶强度较高,且胶体不易脱水;弱冻胶封口段塞聚合物浓度为4000mg/L,交联剂浓度300--900mg/L,胶体强度较大、韧性好,满足封口的要求;同时评价了封口段塞的耐盐性能,结果表明该体系随盐类矿化度的增加体系强度有增加趋势。  相似文献

针对滨海-6井废弃钻井液的特点,提出了破胶-固液分离-固化的思想。通过实验优化破胶剂、絮凝剂、固化剂配方。实验结果表明:100mL废弃钻井液破胶剂加量为2g,絮凝剂为2gAS+2.5%HPAM溶液(质量分数0.1%),固液分层现象明显、出水水质透明。固化剂的加量为1.5%CJ-1、27.7%水泥、7.7%CJ-2,6.2%CJ-3。固化强度和浸出液试验表明:固化体在养护15天后平均强度3.0MPa,浸出液指标达到GB8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》二级标准。  相似文献

以古交镇城底煤矿生活污水处理厂二级出水为研究对象,采用F/BF净化工艺,进行了污水深度处理的生产性试验。研究表明,该工艺对二级处理后的生活污水具有稳定、高效的净化能力,出水水质基本达到地面水Ⅳ类标准,可用于工业冷却水和低压水暖锅炉补充水,具有显著的经济效益和环境效益。试验还对不同滤料进行了分析,认为作为工业废料的炉渣是一种廉价、高效的新型生物膜过滤材料。  相似文献

Sublimation was developed by Alley and Brown (2000) in order to isolate bacterial strains that were capable of degrading water insoluble compounds. In this study, sublimation was modified by the use of nutritional agar plates, instead of mineral salt agar, to isolate phenanthrene-degrading bacteria from a mixed culture that had been enriched under the selective pressure of high phenanthrene content. Five strains were obtained with different morphology and degradation ability. Based on the 16S rDNA sequence, two of them were classified as species of the genus Sphingomonas; the others as species of the genus Burkholderia. Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) was introduced to detect dynamic changes in the bacterial community during enrichment batch culture, and to determine any correlation between the five isolates and the phenanthrene-degrading consortium. The DGGE profile indicated that these five isolates corresponded to four dominant bands of the consortium. Compared to traditional means of isolation, we concluded that modified sublimation is effective and more convenient.  相似文献

通过自行研制的循环往复水流试验装置,研究了不同频率的正弦循环水流对反滤系统的作用机制,建立了与试验模型相一致的定解条件,并求得孔压微分方程的解析解。理论分析表明,土的固结系数与循环往复水流的频率的比值越小,靠近边界处土体的水力梯度就越大,土体内部的水力梯度就越小。试验中,当周期为0.5 min时,边界处水力梯度振幅接近系统平均水力梯度振幅的2倍;当周期为62.5 min时,则基本没有边界水力梯度集中现象。实测结果与理论分析结果较为一致。这种水力梯度边界集中现象,容易加剧渗透边界层的冲刷,降低反滤系统的渗透稳定性,应当在试验研究和工程实践中引起注意。  相似文献
