Abstract

Flow details inside the buoyant boundary layer in the heat-up process of a contained, stably stratified, fluid are presented. Numerical solutions were obtained for the heatup problem in a cylinder considered by Sakurai and Matsuda (1972). By plotting the scaled vertical velocity W versus the scaled temperature θ as functions of the normal distance from the sidewall, the precise shape of the buoyant layer spiral is constructed. The analogy between this spiral and the Ekman spiral in rotating fluids is apparent. As the Rayleigh number Ra increases, the magnitude of the scaled vertical velocity increases substantially, but the scaled temperature does not vary appreciably. The buoyant layer thickness is determined by measuring the zero-crossing normal distance for the vertical velocity. The buoyant layer suction increases significantly as Ra increases. The effects of vertical level and of time on the qualitative behavior of buoyant layer flows are found to be small. The buoyant layer flows decay over the heat-up time scale t n ; t h characterizes the time span over which the overall adjustment process in the inviscid interior region is accomplished. This work clarifies that the analogy between heat-up and spin-up, which has been known to exist in the main body of inviscid fluid, applies equally well to the boundary layer regions.  相似文献

多震源地震技术是一种高效的地震数据采集方法技术,得到的地震记录是来自多个震源的混合地震数据.本文在多震源波场传播理论和地震波场满足线性叠加原理的基础上,提出了两种多震源地震数据的偏移成像方法.第一种方法是首先对多震源地震数据进行分离,得到各个单震源的地震数据,然后再利用常规的偏移成像方法进行处理;第二种方法是多震源地震数据的直接偏移成像.把本文提出的多震源偏移成像方法应用于数值模拟的多震源地震数据,验证了本文方法的正确性和有效性,直接偏移成像方法较分离后再偏移方法具有更高的计算效率.  相似文献

海洋微生物低温碱性脂肪酶的纯化与性质研究   总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11  
以海洋微生物通过发酵制备的脂肪酶为材料 ,对该酶的分离纯化条件及理化性质进行了研究。在脂肪酶纯化中 ,采用氯仿萃取、中空纤维柱超滤及CM SepharoseFF阳离子交换柱层析等技术对发酵制备的脂肪酶进行了纯化 ,结果得到达到电泳纯的脂肪酶。在脂肪酶理化性质研究中 ,采用SDS PAGE电泳对该脂肪酶分子量进行测定 ,并在实验中以橄榄油为底物采用脂肪酶酸碱滴定测活法 ,对脂肪酶的最适水解条件、各种因素对脂肪酶稳定性的影响进行了研究。结果显示 ,该脂肪酶分子量为 ( 38 0± 1 )kD ,最适水解温度为 35℃ ,最适pH为 8 5 ,为一低温碱性脂肪酶。该脂肪酶可在 35℃以下、pH =4 0— 9 0范围内保持良好的稳定性 ,与常见金属离子、化学试剂等的配伍性较好 ,并且具有良好的耐盐及抗氧化性能。研究中还以p NPL(月桂酸对硝基苯酚酯 )为底物采用脂肪酶化学发光测活法 ,对脂肪酶进行了酶促动力学的研究。结果表明 ,该脂肪酶在最适条件下Km 值为 7 80 5 μmol/L ,Vmax为 1 2 385mmol/ (L·min)。通过对Zn2 +抑制脂肪酶水解活性的研究 ,发现Zn2 +对脂肪酶具有可逆抑制作用 ,从而筛选到该脂肪酶的可逆抑制剂Zn2 +。  相似文献

正交小波变换研究复杂下垫面边界层的湍流特征   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
小波变换方法具有较好的时频局部特性,非常适合于分析非平稳的湍流信号。本文对35 m铁塔的超声风速测量数据进行了离散正交小波变换,计算了各向同性系数(ISO isotropy coefficient)及小波功率谱,以此对实验场所代表的水陆交际复杂下垫面的近地面层湍流特征进行了研究。ISO系数可以很好地描述实际大气在不同尺度的各向同性特征。根据ISO系数的分布,我们可以通过设定一定的阈值(ISO=0.7)来得到各向同性小涡的分离尺度(记为ISO0.7),即湍流的各向同性尺度范围。研究表明,下垫面对于边界层湍流各向同性特性具有相当大的影响,当风从不同下垫面吹过时ISO0.7尺度的均值具有较明显的差异。同时湍流度和稳定度对湍流各向同性也有一定的影响。对湍流小波功率谱研究表明,功率谱谱幂率在分离出的小涡所处的频段接近于-5/3。而当风从陆面吹过且湍流度较弱时,湍流小波功率谱小涡以分离尺度所对应的频率(fms)为界具有明显的两段趋势:高于fms的频段,谱幂率一般接近-5/3;而低于fms的频段的谱幂率接近-3/3。这反映了下垫面特征对湍流功率谱的影响。同时在不同的风向转变过程中下垫面对功率谱的影响具有差异。  相似文献

This investigation deals with the Nigerian iron-formations and their host rocks and is based on about 560 mineral analyses (electron-microprobe) and 93 whole-rock analyses (64 iron-formations and 29 host rocks). The manganese-rich and Al-bearing iron-formations occurring in various schist belts of the northern and southern part of West-Nigeria consist of the magnetite-free silicate, the magnetite–silicate and the quartz-rich hematite facies.Iron-formations and host rocks originated from submarine-volcanogenic exhalations enriched in Fe, Mn and CO2 and from Al2O3, SiO2 and alkali (K2O and Na2O)-rich continental-derived pelitic to psammitic material. From these sources and their interaction and controlled by the volcanogenic activity, differently composed protoliths were deposited in the marine basin during the Birimian time. Subsequent metamorphism of greenschist to low amphibolite facies conditions during the Eburnian time led to the formation of the metaprotoliths of the magnetite–silicate (consisting of predominantly magnetite and quartz and subordinate of garnet and amphibole), the silicate facies (consisting of garnet, amphibole and rarely Mn-bearing ilmenite and quartz) and the metasediment phyllite. Garnets are predominantly almandine–spessartine solid solutions, whereas amphiboles are Mn and Ca-bearing grunerite–cummingtonite solid solutions. In the course of a second tectono-metamorphic event of Pan-African age, the magnetite–silicate facies iron-formation/phyllite association was transformed into the hematite facies and muscovite/biotite schists, whereas the silicate facies is characterized by extensive silicification features. The hematite facies and the silicified silicate facies are restricted to southern Nigeria where the second and heterogeneous tectono-metamorphic event is more pronounced (amphibolite facies conditions) than in northern Nigeria.The genesis, summarized as the metamorphic model, shows that the carbonate-rich (siderite, rhodochrosite and subordinate magnesite and calcite) protoliths were metamorphically transformed into the silicate and magnetite–silicate facies. The separation of Mn and Fe, leading to manganese-bearing iron-formations and iron-bearing manganese-formations was explained by varying pH-conditions, under which siderite (pH: 6.8–9.4) and rhodochrosite (pH: 9–11) precipitated.Similar to the Gunfit and Biwabik iron-formations of Minnesota, USA, the iron-formation of Bingi (Maru schist belt), now present in the form of the fayalite bearing silicate facies, was overprinted by contact metamorphism caused by a gabbro intrusion.  相似文献

The present study aims at investigating the nonlinear behavior of single hollow pile in layered soil subjected to varying levels of horizontal dynamic load. A finite element model has been developed using commercially available FEM based software. Mohr–Coulomb plasticity model is used to simulate the soil plasticity whereas the pile-material is idealized as elastic. Numerical results are validated comparing with the experimental results. The experimental investigations were carried out in the field located at IIT Kharagpur. Two types of motion: horizontal and rocking are studied. The effects of various influencing parameters, namely, exciting moment, length and diameter of the pile etc. on the nonlinear dynamic response of piles are investigated. It is found that separation of pile from the surrounding soil considerably affects the resonance frequency and amplitude of the pile foundations.  相似文献

A method for simultaneous determination of mixed model parameters, which have different physical dimensions or different responses to data, is presented. Mixed parameter estimation from observed data within a single model space shows instabilities and trade-offs of the solutions. We separate the model space into N-subspaces based on their physical properties or computational convenience and solve the N-subspaces systems by damped least-squares and singular-value decomposition. Since the condition number of each subsystem is smaller than that of the single global system, the approach can greatly increase the stability of the inversion. We also introduce different damping factors into the subsystems to reduce the trade-offs between the different parameters. The damping factors depend on the conditioning of the subsystems and may be adequately chosen in a range from 0.1 % to 10 % of the largest singular value. We illustrate the method with an example of simultaneous determination of source history, source geometry, and hypocentral location from regional seismograms, although it is applicable to any geophysical inversion.  相似文献

以浒苔(Enteromorpha prolifera)为原料,采用响应面法优化碱性过氧化氢提取半纤维素的条件。在单因素实验的基础上,运用Box-Benhnken中心组合原理,设计四因素三水平实验,确定半纤维素最佳提取条件。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)和离子色谱(IC)分析浒苔半纤维素组分。结果表明,各因素对浒苔半纤维的提取率的影响为:时间温度料液比氢氧化钠浓度。碱性过氧化氢法提取半纤维素的最佳条件为:氢氧化钠浓度为4.8 g/L,提取温度为92℃,提取时间为5 h,料液比1︰70,半纤维素的提取率为56.75%,与预测值57.30%基本一致。FT-IR结果显示,浒苔半纤维素红外吸收光谱中含有明显的木糖和阿拉伯糖的特征吸收峰,为吡喃环结构,由β-糖苷键连接。离子色谱结果表明,浒苔半纤维素主要由木糖和阿拉伯糖组成,含有少量葡萄糖和半乳糖。木糖含量为54.4%,其次为阿拉伯糖,含量为15.3%,葡萄糖和半乳糖含量分别为5.6%和2.7%。  相似文献
