基于空间信息技术的城市应急救援联动系统研究

该文分析国内外城市现代救援体系及其发展趋势，对基于统一的空间信息基础设施平台分布式城市应急救援联动系统(体系结构与系统实现)的关键技术进行研究，以成都市城市应急救援联动系统为例，探讨了城市应急救援联动系统的构成、功能、业务流程、系统平台、用户界面等。     

Fire Severity,Water Repellency Characteristics and Hydrogeomorphological Changes Following the Christmas 2001 Sydney Forest Fires

Soil water repellency can enhance overland flow and erosion and may be altered by fire. The Christmas 2001 bushfires near Sydney allowed investigation of the relationship between fire severity, water repellency and hydrogeomorphological changes. For two sub-catchments with differences in fire severities in Nattai National Park, south-west of Sydney, this paper considers: (1) the links between fire severity based on SPOT image analysis and ground observation of fire severity and repellency; (2) the textural and organic/minerogenic characteristics of eroded sediment; and (3) erodibility, erosion and deposition of soils in both catchments. Ground surveys show that image analysis reflects well the degree of vegetation consumption by fire, but cannot adequately predict the degree of ground litter consumption, associated soil heating and repellency effects. Fire had varying effects on repellency, leaving it unchanged, destroying it or enhancing it, depending on the soil temperature reached. The main post-fire hydrogeomorphological changes have been widespread erosion and colluvial and alluvial deposition of topsoil in foot-slope locations and river systems, but only localised redistribution of the highly erodible, repellent sandy subsurface layer. The fire did not trigger major geomorphological change in the study area, but fires probably cause important topsoil and nutrient depletion and may also affect water quality.     

重庆市北碚醪糟坪泥石流防治工程探讨

北碚醪糟坪泥石流防治工程，在施工中使用了多工艺方法，泥石流前缘采用桩、粱、锚支挡工程，相互连接及帷幕灌浆，改变土质性能，加强稳定性，泥石流中段大胆采用碎石毛石重力坝，阻拦上部泥石流，加上盲沟连接碎石桩和重力坎，排泄地下水、地表水。为了防止泥石流上段北岸继续造成滑塌，在北岸进行护坡桩保护。后缘是根据彻底根治原则，用人工挖孔抗滑桩，桩上端与横粱相连，粱与锚桩连接，切断了泥石流物质来源。该泥石流是地表水和地下水不畅通而引起的，在泥石流中下部修建了盲沟网格，明渠修建在下部外围稳定的土体上，水渠沟沟相通，最后集中排泄到明渠中流走。该泥石流采用综合整治方法，大胆使用碎石桩毛石重力坎，这一工艺获得了理想效果。     

地表剥蚀作用对地应力场反演的影响

岩体自重和剥蚀作用都是形成岩体初始应力场的重要因素。在地应力回归分析中，反演所得岩体重度往往大于实测重度。通过算例说明，地表剥蚀作用因素是导致该结果的主要原因，并分析了由此产生的一些工程应用问题。     

MATLAB及其在重力基点网平差中的应用

MATLAB作为最优秀的数学软件之一，在国内外工程技术界产生愈来愈大的影响，其强大的数据计算和图形显示功能尤为突出。复杂的物探重力基点网平差计算通过用MATLAB的矩阵计算功能，变得简单易懂。而编制的MATLAB的M文件程序，计算快速准确。相信MATLAB在物探数据处理工作中将发挥重要的作用。     

青藏高原周缘地区大地震发生的地球物理条件的新认识

青藏高原周缘是我国的主要强震区之一，也是地球物理场变异带和地壳陡变带，前人研究的结果表明强震的发生与它们有密切的关系。在前人研究的基础上经过仔细分析，认为强震往往发生在地球物理场变异带和地壳陡变带等值线由密集变为舒缓或斜坡带上，这可为地震地点的预测、潜在震源区的划分、地震参数的确定，提供基本的必要条件。     

Gravity variation before Kunlun mountain pass western Ms=8.1 earthquake

The relation between the gravity variation features and Ms=8.1 earthquake in Qinghai-Xizang monitoring area is analyzed preliminarily,by using spatial dynamic variation results of regional gravity field from absolute gravity and relative gravity observation in 1998 and 2000.The results show that:1)Ms\8.1 earthquake in Kulun mountain pass westem occurred in the gravity variation high gradient near gravity‘s high negative variation;2)The Main tectonic deformation and emnergy accumulation before MS=8.1 earthquake are distributed at south side of the epicenter;3)The range of gravity‘s high negative variation at east of the MS=8.1 earthquake epicenter relatively coincides with that rupture region according to field geology investigation;4)Gravity variation distribution in high negative value region is just consistent with the second shear strain‘s high value region of strain field obtained from GPS observation.     

Continuous wavelet-like filter for a spherical surface and its application to localized admittance function on Mars

We have developed a 2D isotropic continuous wavelet-like transform for a spherical surface. The transform is simply defined as the surface convolution between the original field and a kernel, based on the zeroth-order Bessel function with a spherical correction. This spherical correction violates the geometric similarity for the various scales of the kernels, which becomes more apparent at longer wavelengths. We found numerically that this transform is practically equivalent to a Gaussian bandpass filter in the spherical harmonic domain. We have applied this wavelet-like transform on the recently acquired Martian gravity and topography fields. Using a ratio constructed locally from these two fields, we have constructed a map describing the lateral variations of the localized admittance function on Mars.
