东莞市城镇用地扩张的时空特征分析

以不同时段的Landsat TM/ETM卫星遥感图像为数据源,利用G IS技对东莞市城镇用地的时空特征:扩张面积、扩张速度、扩张强度指数和土地利用转移矩阵进行了分析另外,结合社会经济统计数据对东莞市城镇用地扩张驱动力作了分析。研究结果表明:近15年来,东莞市城镇用地面积扩张了近7倍,尤其是1988-1995年,扩张趋势最为明显在不同象限和时段上扩张强度和规模差异较大,且空间分异明显,扩张以东北和西南方向为主。东莞市城镇用地扩张主要侵占的是耕地和开发用地,1995年后侵占主体由耕地转变为开发用地,表明扩张方式发生了改变。经济发展是东莞市城镇用地扩张的决定因素,同时,相关政策指引着经济发展的方向,贯穿于东莞市城镇用地扩张的全过程。     

禹城市城乡用地结构和布局分析

统筹城乡用地、优化城乡用地结构和布局,既是节约和集约用地的重要途径,又是统筹城乡发展的客观需要.通过分析禹城市城乡用地结构和布局,提出优化城乡用地结构和布局的建议和对策,从而为制定合理的土地利用总体规划提供基本的依据.     

城镇化道路与河南小城镇发展

文章在中国和河南省的城镇化道路进行了分析的基础上,针对河南省城值化发展中存在的问题,提出采用城乡结合、城市和小城镇发展相结合的多途径综合模式来提高河南省的城镇化水平,并进一步提出了河南省小城镇发展的对策与措施：在农村实施小城镇 动战略,制定小城镇发展规划和建设规划,根据城镇化类型确定小城镇发展途径,用改革的办法促进小城镇的发展,加快小城镇基础设施建设,小城镇建设与乡镇企业集中布局相结合等。     

城乡结合部建设用地适宜性评价初探

在GIS的支持下,采用邯郸市邯山区(含部分郊区)作为研究对象,围绕 3种主要建设用地类型(居住用地、工业用地、商业用地),分类绘制建设用地适宜性评价指标图及综合评价图。选取区位因素为主导因素,对研究区的建设用地进行适宜性评价,初步建立了建设用地适宜性评价方法程序。     

四川省简阳市三岔镇紫色土微量元素全量与有效性评价

以简阳三岔镇土地整理区紫色土中B、Mn、Zn、Cu、Mo元素全量,与有效态含量、有机质含量、pH值为数据源,分析土壤微量元素的含量特征.通过对有效态含量进行分级评价,并结合有效态与全量、pH值、有机质含量的相关性分析,对研究区提出养份管理建议.研究表明,该区紫色土微量元素全量及交换性Mn含量相对正常,但有效B、Zn、C...     

加权Voronoi图在城镇经济区划分中的应用——以十堰市为例

划分城镇经济区对于进行城乡产业和公共服务设施布局、统筹城乡协调发展具有重要意义。通过构建评价指标体系,运用主成分分析与重力模型法,计算城镇发展潜力,在此基础上选择了14个中心镇,并求得其与中心城市、特区及城关镇的中心性强度。根据断裂点理论,运用加权Voronoi图,以城镇中心性强度值的平方根为权重划分各中心城镇的空间影响范围。在保持乡镇行政区完整性的前提下,对城镇影响范围进行调整,最终确定了十堰市22个城镇经济区的覆盖范围。结果表明,城镇影响范围还取决于中心城镇间的距离,城镇经济区范围通常与行政范围不一致。在今后的研究中还需考虑自然资源、周边城市影响等因素,不断完善研究方法。

本文分析了华北平原城镇地名群形成和演变的历史过程,以及经济、政治、军事、文化等因素在这一过程中的作用,探讨了区域城镇地名群的地理分布特征及其形成的历史地理背景,并预测了该地名群的发展趋势。

重庆丘陵地区农村居民点空间布局优化——以长寿区海棠镇为例

以农村居民点斑块为研究单元,在分析海棠镇农村居民点斑块综合影响力的基础上,基于不同地貌,制定差异化的空间布局优化策略,并应用加权Voronoi图指导居民点斑块的迁移方向。结果表明:1海棠镇村级影响力居民点斑块面积183.57 hm2(183个);社级影响力居民点斑块面积206.86 hm2(391个);零星居民点斑块面积31.49 hm2(118个),影响力较大的居民点斑块主要分布在海棠镇中东部地势较平缓的区域;2通过布局优化,全镇农村居民点斑块总面积从优化前的421.92 hm2减少到优化后的353.73 hm2,减少了16.16%;居民点斑块密度由优化前的14.74个/km2降低到8.94个/km2,降低幅度达39.35%;居民点斑块平均面积从优化前的0.61 hm2增大到0.84 hm2,增加了37.70%。海棠镇农村居民点"小散乱"的空间分布现状得到较大改善。
