东昆仑成矿带是我国西部重大成(找)矿潜力的贵金属-有色金属成矿带。野外调查期间,对东昆仑东段都兰县诺木洪南下石炭统哈拉郭勒组(C1h)杏树沟金矿(化)点进行了年代学及围岩地球化学研究。通过高精度LA-ICP-MS锆石微区原位U-Pb同位素测年,获得金矿(化)点的石英钠长斑岩 206Pb/238U 年龄加权平均值为243.4±1.9 Ma,确定金矿(化)发生在早三叠世。地球化学分析表明,杏树沟金矿(化)点围岩(安山玄武岩)具有高Al2O3、Na2O,低TiO2、K2O的特征。在Zr/TiO2-Nb/Y图解中全部样品均落入安山玄武岩区,TFeO/Mg-SiO2图解中全部样品均落入拉斑系列区域中,属于拉斑系列玄武岩。稀土和微量元素显示其富集LREE、LILE和部分HFSE,Nb、Ta、Nd、Zr、Hf相对亏损,REE表现为LREE/HREE明显分离的分配模式,从多种判别图解综合分析,认为该套火山岩形成于大陆裂谷环境中。  相似文献

We use new (micro-)structural, petrofabric, strain and vorticity data to analyze the deformation path in a mesoscopic quartz mylonite zone. The mylonite zone resulted from the complete transposition of a stretching lineation-parallel isoclinal fold. Symmetric cleft-girdle quartz c-axis fabrics were recorded in the middle domain, which occupies the inner limbs of the precursor isoclinal fold, while asymmetric cleft- and crossed-girdle fabrics were observed in the upper and lower domains that represent the outer limbs. Constrictional strain, with increasing k values towards the middle domain, is inferred from petrofabric and 3D strain data. Oblique grain shape fabrics yield vorticity estimates of 0.72–0.90 in the zone. However, in the middle domain, pure shear dominated deformation is suggested by orthorhombic crystallographic fabrics. Strain rate is constant throughout the zone; a strain decrease towards the zone center implies that deformation ceased earlier in the middle domain. The data indicates that fold transposition and subsequent mylonitization started as pure-shear-dominated constrictional deformation and progressively changed to simple-shear-dominated, plane strain. During this flow path the asymmetric quartz c-axis fabrics likely developed by depopulation of cleft-girdle maxima rather than from the synthetic rotation of fabric maxima itself.  相似文献

A detailed structural and microstructural analysis of the Miocene Raft River detachment shear zone (NW Utah) provides insight into the thermomechanical evolution of the continental crust during extension associated with the exhumation of metamorphic core complexes. Combined microstructural, electron backscattered diffraction, strain, and vorticity analysis of the very well exposed quartzite mylonite show an increase in intensity of the rock fabrics from west to east, along the transport direction, compatible with observed finite strain markers and a model of ``necking'' of the shear zone. Microstructural evidence (quartz microstructures and deformation lamellae) suggests that the detachment shear zone evolved at its peak strength, close to the dislocation creep/exponential creep transition, where meteoric fluids played an important role on strain hardening, embrittlement, and eventually seismic failure.Empirically calibrated paleopiezometers based on quartz recrystallized grain size and deformation lamellae spacing show very similar results, indicate that the shear zone developed under stress ranging from 40 MPa to 60 MPa. Using a quartzite dislocation creep flow law we further estimate that the detachment shear zone quartzite mylonite developed at a strain rates between 10−12 and 10−14 s−1. We suggest that a compressed geothermal gradient across this detachment, which was produced by a combination of ductile shearing, heat advection, and cooling by meteoric fluids, may have triggered mechanical instabilities and strongly influenced the rheology of the detachment shear zone.  相似文献

Approx. 120 resonant column (RC) tests with additional P-wave velocity measurements using piezoelectric elements have been performed on 19 clean quartz sands with piecewise linear, gap-graded, S-shaped or other smoothly shaped grain size distribution curves. For each material different pressures and densities were tested. It is demonstrated that the extended empirical equations for the small-strain constrained elastic modulus proposed by the authors in an earlier paper work well also for most of the more complex grain size distribution curves tested in the present study. These equations considering the influence of the uniformity coefficient of the grain size distribution curve were developed based on the data from tests on linear gradations. A further improvement of the prediction for the more complex grain size distributions can be achieved if the correlation equations are applied with a specially defined average inclination of the grain size distribution curve. Such an improvement is demonstrated not only for the small-strain constrained elastic modulus, but also for small-strain shear modulus, modulus degradation and Poisson's ratio.  相似文献

Quartz optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) dating is widely used to determine the time of deposition and burial of Late Quaternary sediments. Application of the method is usually limited to the past 150,000 years due to early saturation of the OSL signal. Here we explore the potential to date Quaternary sediments using the violet (402 nm) stimulated luminescence (VSL) signal of quartz. We develop and test a new post-blue VSL single aliquot regenerative dose dating protocol, and demonstrate that the VSL signal originates from a deep trap at about 1.9 eV with a thermal lifetime of 1011 years at 10 °C, and that this trap is bleachable by sunlight. The VSL signal grows with dose to ∼6400 Gy, a factor ∼20 higher than the conventional quartz OSL signal, and with the proposed protocol we recover a known dose of 1000 Gy in three out of four samples. The potential of the VSL protocol for dating Quaternary sediments is highlighted by its successful application to a suite of geological samples ranging in age between 13 and 330 ka. Based on our investigations, we propose that the VSL protocol has the potential to extend the quartz dating range to cover the full Quaternary.  相似文献

东喜马拉雅构造结东、西两侧分别为墨脱剪切带和东久-米林剪切带,本文以墨脱剪切带为研究对象,从构造变形几何学和组构运动学方面进行详细研究。结果表明:①剪切带不同部位的变形性质具有逐渐演化的特征,基于产状、变形性质及变质程度等的变化将其从南到北分为三部分:NE走向具右行兼上盘下滑性质的阿尼桥-希让段、近N-S向具右行走滑性质的旁辛-达木段及N(N)W向具右行兼逆冲性质的甘登-加拉萨段;②在墨脱剪切带内识别出两类剪切变形:高温剪切变形和低温剪切变形。除了构造变形及岩相学证据外,石英EBSD组构数据显示区内高温剪切变形以{10■-0}a滑移系为主,对应的温度为550~650℃,达到高温角闪岩相,局部(北端和中段)还出现了{10■-0}c滑移系,温度更高,大于650℃,相当于下地壳的深度;低温剪切变形以{10■-1}a和{0001}a滑移系为主,对应的温度小于550℃,即剪切变形发生在绿片岩相或绿片岩相以下的构造环境。结合西界东久-米林剪切带的构造特征,推测在印度板块和欧亚板块碰撞之后,南迦巴瓦变质体受制于这两条剪切带而相对拉萨地体向北推移,并楔入拉萨地体之下。  相似文献

采用MTS-815程控伺服刚性试验机,对天然石英砂进行不同围压条件下的固结试验,研究其颗粒破碎特性,探讨围压对石英砂颗粒破碎的影响。结果表明,40兆帕以下,固结压力与颗粒破碎程度的变化关系不稳定,当破碎达到一定程度后,颗粒级配趋于良好,围压对其影响逐渐减弱。  相似文献

The Hatugou-Qingshuiquan-Gouli ductile shear zone recorded multiple cycles of orogeny in the eastern section of East Kunlun. The quartz c-axis fabric and microstructure of samples from the ductile shear zone were analyzed. We discussed the formation mechanism of subducted and crust extension-thinning of continental blocks in the eastern section of East Kunlun. Analysis results show that the deformation temperature of the ductile shear zone was between 380℃ and 650℃, which can be analogue with metamorphisms of middle-high greenschist facies to lower amphibolite facies. The differential stress and strain rate of the ductile shear zone are estimated at 173-509 MPa, 6.93×10-14-1.43×10-8 s-1, respectively, which suggest a possible origin of rapid subduction. Moreover, the deformation temperature, differential stress and strain increase toward the middle of East Kunlun fault zone, which is consistent with the fact that the middle part of the East Kunlun experienced the most intensive ductile shear deformation. The calculations of the kinematic vorticity values of the ductile shear belt show that the early transient kinematic vorticity (0.56-1.00) of ductile shear zone corresponds to the initial stage of the northward subducted southern parts of East Kunlun. In the middle to later stage, the kinematic vorticity (0.25-0.91) should correspond to the collision between southern and northern parts of East Kunlun. The latest C' instantaneous kinematic vorticity (0.19-0.51) corresponds to extensional stage in the post-orogenic setting. The quartz c-axis fabric and the structural characteristics show that the middle part of East Kunlun tectonic belt experienced at least 3 stages of tectonic movements, including the late Caledonian thrusting and left lateral strike slip shearing, the late Hercynian Indosinian thrusting and dextral strike slip shearing and the brittle ductile brittle-left lateral strike slip shearing in the early and later Yanshanian. ©, 2015, Science Press.
