关于非测绘专业工程测量实践教学的思考

在工程测量日益数字化、自动化、智能化的背景下,本文结合三峡大学非测绘专业工程测量实践教学的实际,从教学目标环节与内容、测量基准的建立、教学实践等方面进行了探讨,找出了目前教学中存在的不足,指明了今后教学改革的方向,强调了课堂授课、课间实验、上机实验和集中实习有机结合的"四环一体"的教学模式,GPS RTK测量、数字化成图进入实践教学的紧迫性。同时,基于"移动互联网+教学"的理念,对上课考勤、答疑等模式进行新尝试,对于其他院校同类课程的教学具有一定的借鉴作用。     

具身实践下的地方认知:非表征理论与南京马拉松

以2016南京马拉松为例,从非表征理论出发,调查跑者身体在时空间中的具身实践,分析身体的瞬间潜力如何与生命经历共同作用于个体对地方的认知。研究发现：具身实践下的地方认知是运动与感觉的产物,它与自我认知相继出现、相互促成,并呈现为褶皱式渗透、交错过程;情感在实践的当下时刻作用于身体,造成瞬间的身体强度变化和心理情绪波动,影响个体对地方的认知能力;瞬间触发的地方认知以原先身体经验为基础,并为将来的实践与认知提供新的原料。研究借助马拉松这一极限运动,详细刻画情感触发所建构的身体-空间关系,强调具身实践中瞬间与经验的辨证关系及二者共同作用下的地方认知,丰富有关身体与地方的地理学研究。     

Flower viewing from horseback? New directions in Chinese tourism in Australia

ABSTRACT

In this century Chinese tourists in Australia have rapidly become the most numerous national source. Relatively little is known about their socio-economic status, their geographical origins and expectations of tourism, and their attitudes to and perceptions of Australia, although every Australian state has devised a specific Chinese tourism strategy to tap into this market. Chinese tourism is concentrated in metropolitan areas in the eastern states, has evolved from group tours to individual plans, and is relatively high spending. Unless geographical and tourism research on Chinese tourism aligns with contemporary theoretical developments in tourism studies, the type of knowledge being produced will be limited. Whilst there is value in extending existing knowledge, important social insights into the Chinese tourists’ experience of Australia will not emerge. Although Chinese tourism is similar to earlier waves from East Asia, it constitutes a distinct component of the contemporary Australian market. A deeper understanding of this phenomenon requires the adoption of practice theories that privilege social practices as the entry point for theorising and conducting research. In advocating such an approach, we highlight challenges of linguistic and cultural differences, scale and governmentality in providing a qualitative research agenda for geographical and tourism studies’ engagements with Chinese tourism.     

新时期测绘工程专业《摄影测量学》课程教学改革实践

近几年我国各高等院校的测绘及其相关专业都开展了很多课程教学改革。随着摄影测量技术的发展,新形势下摄影测量学课程建设也逐步需要改革。笔者根据学校测绘工程专业的实际情况和多届的课程教学经验,对摄影测量学课程教学改革实践中教学内容的整和优化、教材的选用、教学形式和方法尤其是双语教学的尝试等方面进行探讨。     

空间数据库课程教学与实践探讨

通过分析本科空间数据库课程教学现状及存在的问题,指出进行教学改革研究与实践的必要性,针对空间数据库课程教学内容、实践环节及教学手段等方面提出了一系列教学改革方案和具体实施措施.将空间数据库理论教学与实践教学进行整合,对教学方法和教学模式进行了探讨,有利于提高教学效果和增强空间数据库课程建设.     

工程教育专业认证背景下测绘工程专业英语课程教学实践改革

为满足中国企业的国际化人才需求,推动中国工程教育学位国际认可,国内高校陆续开展工程教育专业认证工作。良好的英语沟通能力是国际化工程专业人才必备的素质,通过专业英语学习掌握必要的专业词汇、文献阅读和编写工程报告的能力,是达成专业认证毕业要求的重要途径。文中在分析现有测绘工程专业英语教学现状的基础上,探讨专业认证背景下的测绘工程专业英语课程的教学实践改革方法,并提出一系列具体改革措施。     

Sustainable urban water management and integrated development in informal settlements: The contested politics of co-production in Santo Domingo,Dominican Republic

Given the implications of global climate change, including higher likelihood of extreme weather events, and the increasing urban density coupled with reduction in permeable surfaces in the Global South, Sustainable Urban Water Management (SUWM) has emerged as a preferred paradigm for stormwater management. However, the implementation of SUWM, which is premised on using vegetation or engineered capture technologies to control runoff at its source in an effort to replicate natural hydrology, is limited by a lack of institutional integration, not merely between administrative organs with responsibility for stormwater management but also between infrastructure departments, planning institutions, communities, and civil society organizations. This is particularly true in informal settlements in the humid tropics, where excessive impermeable surfaces and a lack of adequate solid waste collection exacerbate municipal limitations in stormwater management. This article discusses an effort to integrate local communities, civil society organizations, and local and regional authorities to improve drainage services within the framework of integrated development in the informal settlement of Los Platanitos, Santo Domingo Norte, Dominican Republic. In order to address the drainage and flooding issues in Los Platanitos while also fostering economic development, representatives of community groups, NGOs, local government, and state agencies have developed a participatory planning structure known as a mesa de concertación, or “cooperating table.” The mesa, which was established in 2014, has succeeded in bringing neighborhood, civil society, and government actors to the same “table” as a mechanism for addressing the community’s drainage challenges within the broader context of integrated community development.

随着计算机技术、空间技术和信息技术的飞速发展,POS、无人机、LiDAR等在摄影测量领域的应用日趋广泛。如何使"摄影测量学"的教学体系和教学方法与摄影测量的时代特征相适应,满足社会对创新型和实践型摄影测量人才的需求,是一个值得摄影测量教育工作者关注的问题。为此,文章以社会调研和作者的教学经验为基础,分解"摄影测量学"的教学目标,并对教学内容、教学方法、实践教学等方面的改革进行系列探索与实践,取得了较好的教学成效。     

地形图分发格式转换及保密探讨

介绍了矢量地形图转换成栅格地形图的一般工作流程,阐述了利用Auto CAD图形处理软件和Adobe.Acrobat.Professional软件实现数据转换的快捷方法及具体步骤,还对地形图为什么要保密、如何解决地形图保密与实际应用之间的矛盾进行了阐述。
