This research aims at optimizing the effects of processing conditions, salts, natural organic materials, and water matrices quality on the effectiveness of the Fe(II)/K2S2O8/hydroxylamine process in the degradation of pararosaniline. Assisting the Fe(II)/KPS (potassium persulfate) treatment with protonated hydroxylamine (H3NOH+) increases the degradation rate of pararosaniline by more than 100%. Radical scavenger experiments show that the SO4●− radical dominates pararosaniline degradation in the Fe(II)/KPS system, whereas OH is the dominant reactive species in the presence of H3NOH+. The disparity in pararosaniline removal effectiveness upon the Fe(II)/KPS/H3NOH+ and Fe(II)/KPS systems gets more significant with increasing reactants doses (i.e., H3NOH+, H2O2, Fe(II)) and solution pH (2–7). Interestingly, H3NOH+ increased the working pH to 6 instead of pH 4 for the Fe(II)/KPS process. Moreover, mineral anions such as Cl, NO3, NO2, and SO4 (up to 10 × 10−3 m ) do not affect the efficiency of the Fe(II)/KPS/H3NOH+ process. In contrast, acid humic decreases the performance of the process by ≈20%. In natural mineral water, treated wastewater, and river water samples, the Fe(II)/KPS/H3NOH+ process maintains higher degradation performance (≈95%), whereas the process efficiency is greatly amortized in seawater. The efficiency of the Fe(II)/KPS process was drastically decreased in the various water matrices.  相似文献

有机污染是太湖水质恶化的重要原因之一.本文在20℃和30℃恒温振荡条件下,应用化学反应动力学原理定量模拟和研究了太湖梅梁湾南部附近水体中,有机污染指标COD(Mn)降解的一级反应过程.应用Arrenius系列公式,分别得到20℃和30℃下的降解速率常数(k20=0.01856d(-1),k30=0.0364d(-1))、表观活化能(Eu=4.9×104J)及指前因子A.提出太湖梅梁湾南部水体COD衰减表达式为:Ct=C0·exp[-1.49×10e7(-4.9×104/RT)t].  相似文献

内蒙古草原是蒙古高原草原带的南部组成部分,是我国北方重要的生态屏障,草原生态修复任务重、压力大。本文以蒙古高原典型草原乌珠穆沁—温都尔汗样带为例,以1988—2016年5期TM数据为信息源,获取2016年样带草地利用信息基础上,按国别和年限对样带草地利用特征进行分析,揭示草地主要干扰因素,探寻有效的修复途径和可借鉴的国际经验。研究发现:① 草地面积占样带95.05%,均匀覆盖于整个样带;其他用地类型占比均不大,但分布相对集中,其中耕地集中于样带西北部蒙古国段,工矿用地、沙地、盐碱地集中于样带东南部内蒙古段。② 1988—2016年样带耕地面积减幅最大,为35.71%,集中位于蒙古国段;草地、水域面积逐年减少,在中国境内、境外变化趋势相同,但内蒙古段草地减幅大于蒙古国段且多转为未利用地;工矿用地面积增幅最大,为初期的近367倍,集中分布于内蒙古段;盐碱地、沙地面积逐年增加,在中国境内、境外的变化幅度相当。③ 草地是高原主要土地利用类型,放牧是草地主要利用方式,开矿是除放牧以外中国草地的主要干扰因子,蒙古国则为垦殖,内蒙古的草地干扰远大于蒙古国。草地退化与干旱化是蒙古高原面临的主要生态环境问题,在中国境内尤为突出。  相似文献

Many tidal marsh surfaces feature water-filled depressions, known as salt pans (shallow) or ponds (deeper). In the Great Marshes at Barnstable, Cape Cod, pond formation is an active process. We hypothesize that degradation of organic matter by sulphate-reducing bacteria in these peat-rich marsh deposits is the primary cause of pan and pond formation. Sulphate reduction below an actively developing pond is probably enhanced by higher temperature and salinity of the pond water. Computer simulation suggests that ponds with similar characteristics to those in the Barnstable marshes may develop by sulphate reduction. Necessary conditions are sufficiently deep percolation and diffusion of sulphate into the underlying marsh deposits, and a high decomposition rate stimulated by high water temperatures in the ponds. In areas with a high density of ponds, drainage of the ponds by headward erosion of tidal creeks may cause rapid disintegration of the marsh surface. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

东北地区黑土退化地球化学指示与退化强度   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用东北地区土地质量地球化学调查数据,分析探讨了黑土不同退化类型的地球化学指标变化,并与20世纪80年代对比分析了黑土下降的面积和强度.结果显示,有机质下降和盐碱化是黑土退化的关键因素,在有机质缺乏区和碱性土壤区,土壤C/N值均小于10.0,且全氮、全磷、全硫、有机碳等指标间呈现弱相关性,而代表黏粒的铝、铁氧化物或指标与易被这些物质吸附的微量元素仍保持“生命共同体”特点.对比海伦及公主岭地区不同时期土壤锌、钼等微量元素含量,显示锌、钼等微量元素含量10年来均明显下降,表明在黑土有机质流失以及土壤盐碱化过程中土壤全氮、全磷、全硫以及锰、锌等营养元素在一定程度上随之流失.自20世纪80年代以来,松辽平原区土壤有机碳减少面积达54.45%,有机碳减少了131 Mt,其中向大气释放碳数量为26.2 Mt.在开垦相对较晚的黑龙江省,黑土有机碳下降程度最强,由北向南随着开垦程度增强,有机碳下降程度反而相对较小,体现随着开垦程度增强,有机碳不断趋于平稳的过程.通过统计及对比研究认为,在研究黑土退化及黑土开发保护过程中既要重视人为活动导致的土壤养分流失,也要重视黑土向强酸、强碱化发展的趋势.  相似文献

Avicennia marina is a typical mangrove species in the subtropical coastlines of China. The main objective of this study was to assess nutrient and caloric dynamics in A. marina leaves at different developmental and decay stages. Decomposition studies using litter bags suggested that the time required for the loss of half of the initial dry weight (t50) was 19 days. The extracts of A. marina leaves contained non-tannin phenolics and tannin phenolics (hydrolysable tannin), but no condensed tannin. Non-tannin phenolics and tannin phenolics contents did not differ significantly from each other at various developmental stages, but decreased rapidly during leaf decomposition. Avicennia marina leaves had high N levels, and both N and P concentrations decreased significantly during senescence. During decomposition, N concentration of the leaf litter increased gradually but the phosphorus concentration showed a decrease in the first week, and both N and P remained the same towards the end of the experiment. The gross caloric value (GCV) of mature leaves was significantly higher than those of young and senescent leaves, while ash-free caloric value (AFCV) did not change significantly during leaf development and senescence. During leaf decomposition, both GCV and AFCV increased gradually and remained the same at late stages. In subtropical Zhangjiang River Estuary, high N levels and lack of condensed tannins in A. marina leaves were responsible for the fast rate of decay. Non-tannin phenolics and tannin phenolics had no great effect on rate of decay. Nitrogen resorption during leaf senescence, and high litter decomposition followed by nitrogen immobilization are the important nutrient conservation strategy for A. marina.  相似文献

溶解有机物(DOM)在控制水生生态系统的化学、生物和物理特性中起着重要的作用.DOM不仅能够结合黏土颗粒,而且也能结合对环境和生物有重要影响的Hg,Cu,Pb,Cd,Ni等重金属和有机污染物,从而改变这些物质的迁移、生物可利用性和毒性.本文综述了天然水环境中DOM与重金属的相互作用和对其生物可利用性的影响,并对影响DOM光化学降解的因素及其对重金属生物可利用性的影响做了总结.已有的研究表明:DOM的结构、分子量、浓度、重金属种类、水环境条件等均会影响到DOM与重金属污染物的相互作用;光化学降解会显著改变DOM与重金属的相互作用,从而使其生物可利用性发生变化.  相似文献

Stiffness degradation will occur due to the generation of accumulated pore pressure in saturated soft clays under cyclic loading. The soil static-dynamic multi-purpose triaxial and torsional shear apparatus in Dalian University of Technology was employed to perform different types of test on saturated soft marine clay in the Yangtze estuary. Undisturbed samples of the clay were subjected to undrained cyclic vertical and torsional coupling shear and cyclic torsional shear after three-directional anisotorpic consolidation with different initial consolidation parameters. Investigated were the effects of the initial orientation angle of the major principal stress, initial ratio of deviatoric stress, initial coefficient of intermediate principal stress and continuous rotation of principal stress axes on the stiffness degradation. It is found that the degradation index decreases (or degradation degree increases) significantly with increasing initial orientation angle of the major principal stress and initial ratio of deviatoric stress. Compared to the effects of the initial orientation angle of the major principal stress and initial ratio of deviatoric stress, the effect of initial coefficient of intermediate principal stress is less evident and this trend is more clearly reflected by the results of the cyclic torsional shear tests than those of the cyclic coupling shear tests. At the same cycle number, the degradation index obtained from the cyclic torsional shear test is higher than that from the cyclic coupling shear test. The main reason is that the continuous rotation in principal stress directions during cyclic coupling shear damages the original structure of the soil more than the cyclic torsional shear does. Based on a series of experiments, a mathematical model for stiffness degradation is proposed and the relevant parameters are determined.  相似文献

Environmental degeneration in the Tibetan Plateau attracts worldwide attention, whereas case studies on how the residents understand and respond to environmental degeneration are scarce. Using a Participatory Rural Appraisal method, this paper investigates how the people in different regions in the upper Dadu River understand and respond to environmental degeneration, based on comparative field surveys in three villages, in which Danzamu village is chosen from villages in the valley region, Kerma village from mountainside region, Rico village from the mountain and plateau region. The results show that: (1) although awakened to environmental degeneration, the residents in different regions have different responses. As agricultural labors have been transferred to the secondary and tertiary industries, population pressure in Danzamu and Kerma villages is mitigated. Residents in Danzamu village actively respond to natural disasters and forest degradation, as their livelihoods never rely on forests and rangelands again. Whereas the residents in Kema village negatively respond to natural disasters, forest and meadow degradation and the ruin of wildlife resources, as their livelihoods still rely on stockbreeding. Labors in Rico village are hard to transfer to the secondary and tertiary industries, so they have to raise more livestock to make a living. Active measures are just taken to avoid livestock loss, not to avoid forest and meadow degradation and the ruin of wildlife resources. So the most fragile region is the mountain and plateau region and mountainside region, not the valley region. (2) Livelihood strategy is the key factor affecting the residents to respond to population pressure and environmental degeneration. So the framework of sustainable livelihood strategy should be used to explain and intervene in issues of population pressure and environmental degradation in ecotones. (3) Transferring agricultural labors to the secondary and tertiary industries were favorable to improving people’s livelihood. It is necessary to reduce the education fees to speed up the pace of labors transferring in the mountainside region. In the mountain and plateau region, preferable ways also include the development of towns, highways, education equipment and other establishments.
