The study of the structural behaviour of damaged RC buildings during ground motion is a fundamental topic in the modern earthquake engineering. Many studies have been carried out in order to better understand the real evolution of the damage in RC buildings during a seismic event. In this work, a damaged RC building has been intensively investigated in terms of materials property and stiffness evolution in order to interpreting the structural and nonstructural surveyed damage. The peculiarity of this building is its damage sequence during the 2002 Molise earthquake. In fact, the town of Bonefro suffered moderate damage (MCS intensity VII), with the exception of the investigated reinforced concrete building. The October 31, 2002 event (M=5.4) caused some structural damage to this building. The second event (M=5.3), on November 1, 2002, increased substantially the damage level (grade 4 according to the 1998 European Macroseismic Scale). It occurred just while, due to fortuitous circumstances, a 5 min. seismic velocimetric recording was being taken. The working group has performed some frequency analyses based on the recording. Several non linear models have been defined to understand the damage evolution of the building and the local and global damage patterns through for static analyses. Finally, linear and non linear models have been developed with the main goal of identifying the characteristics of a reliable undamaged structural model.  相似文献

黄山第四纪泥砾沉积物粒度组成的分维值介于2.708 ̄2.753之间,非常接近古泥石流堆积物粒度组成的典型分维值2.75。结合沉积特征,表明该类沉积物属第四纪间冰缘环境下的稀性泥石流沉积,其形成过程与季风型冰缘环境有关,是两种环境综合作用的结果。  相似文献

于1999年10-11月间在荣成市寻山养殖场实验了饲喂含有大麻哈鱼生长激素基因的重组酵母对1龄牙鲆非特异性免疫能力的影响。实验分为对照组和3个实验组,对照组的饵料中不含重酵母菌,实验组我饵料中分别含有重组酵母菌0.25‰、0.50‰、0.75‰(W/W)。实验表明,通过投喂重组酵母菌,可以增加牙鲆血清蛋白的含量,增强牙鲆血清中深菌酶及抗蛋白酶物质的活性,这种影响与重组酵母菌的含量成正相关。  相似文献

In the present paper, a method of analysis for calculating the pressure intensity corresponding to a given settlement for eccentrically and obliquely loaded square and rectangular footings resting on reinforced soil foundation has been presented. The process has been simplified by presenting non-dimensional charts for the various terms used in the analysis, which can be directly used by practicing engineers. An approximate method has been suggested to find out the ultimate bearing capacity of such footings on reinforced soil. The results have been validated with the model test results. The procedure has been made clear by giving an illustrative example.  相似文献

This study was carried out in two populations of Otariaflavescens, living in a polluted and in a reference site, in order to validate the use of porphyrins as a non-destructive biomarker of exposure to environmental contaminants. Analysis of porphyrins was carried out in the feces, blood and fur of free ranging sea lions and in the liver and kidney of stranded specimens. The results show that: (a) all biological materials used were useful for porphyrin determinations; (b) no clear seasonal variations in porphyrin accumulation and excretion were found; (c) differences in fecal porphyrin levels existed between the two colonies.  相似文献

南秦岭勉略地区“三河口群”的解体及地质意义   总被引:6,自引:3,他引:6  
“三河口群”分布于南秦岭西段、陕甘川交界的勉县—略阳—康县—文县临江—南坪塔藏一带,其南北均为断裂带限制。过去,“三河口群”的研究在史密斯地层学的理论指导下,整体时代认为是下、中泥盆统。在非史密斯地层学理论的指导下,对勉略带“三河口群”进行了解体,建立了该带的原地和异地地层系统。新的地层系统包括了从太古界到石炭系不同时代的地层,该地层系统揭示了南秦岭古海洋和大地构造演化过程:南秦岭晚震旦世—早寒武世为扬子板块的一部分,奥陶纪—志留纪时期沿南秦岭勉县—略阳—安康—随县(南)形成裂陷槽盆地,该盆地于中晚志留世有所萎缩但尚未完全关闭。泥盆纪时期该裂陷槽进一步开裂并形成有限洋盆,石炭纪洋盆出现向南的俯冲。该洋盆可能在二叠纪仍然存在,于印支期最终闭合。  相似文献

Different combinations of stratal controls could produce identical sequence architectures. Consequently, interpretations of the stratigraphic record, for example to infer palaeo‐climate and eustatic sea‐level history, suffer from non‐uniqueness. However, variations in the multiple controls can be encapsulated through discovery of all possible solutions to an interpretation. As this paper demonstrates, a single solution can be directly transformed into an alternative solution that leaves the expected geological outcomes unaltered, which can be regarded as the existence of symmetry in the interpretation. Repetitive application of the symmetry method can therefore allow additional solutions to be rapidly derived given an existing solution. The proposed method has been adapted to a stratigraphic forward model for interpreting the Baltimore Canyon (USA) stratigraphy. Modelling results have indicated the ranges of changes in relative sea‐level, sediment supply and subaerial erosion from Oligocene to Mid‐Miocene. Using these limits, it is possible to determine what appears to be true in the palaeo‐history, even when a solution is not unique.  相似文献
