通过识别地震剖面构造样式、恢复骨干剖面构造演化历史,研究了苏丹-南苏丹穆格莱德盆地苏夫焉凹陷构造特征及其构造演化。结果表明:苏夫焉凹陷整体为南陡北缓的地堑结构,构造格局呈现东西分区、南北分带,正断层相关构造样式可识别出“两类五种”,其中以基底卷入型铲式正断层、沉积盖层旋转型平面正断层为主。伴随中非剪切带以及周缘板块的构造演化,凹陷经历了早白垩世巴雷姆期-晚白垩世土伦期、晚白垩世末期-古近纪古新世、新近纪至今3期强-弱-弱断坳演化阶段,其中在第一演化阶段的早期-Abu Gabra组第四段、第五段沉积时期,沉积中心位于凹陷中南部,而之后的演化阶段,沉积中心位于紧邻南部边界断层的洼陷带,并由此推测凹陷中部将是深层系(Abu Gabra 4段)油气勘探的有利区。  相似文献

喀依孜钼矿床是近年来西昆仑地区新发现的具规模的斑岩型矿床。钼矿化赋存在花岗闪长岩体边部,由南、北两个矿化带组成,矿石呈浸染状,矿石矿物由辉钼矿及少量黄铁矿和黄铜矿组成。矿石Mo品位0.04%~1.53%,局部达10%~15%。围岩蚀变有钾化、黄铁绢英岩化和青磐岩化等斑岩型矿床蚀变组合。含矿岩体为花岗闪长岩,岩石地球化学具高SiO2、Al2O3,富K2O、Na2O,低CaO、TiO2等特点,属于高钾钙碱性系列,微量元素富集大离子亲石元素(LILE),亏损高场强元素(HFSE)和重稀土元素,显示Nb和Ta的负异常,与俯冲带岩浆地球化学特征类似,岩石成因可能与俯冲作用有关。含矿岩体锆石LA-ICPMS定年获得250.7±4.7Ma(MSWD=1.6),3件辉钼矿Re-Os模式年龄分别为254.4±1.9Ma、257.0±3.4Ma、258.5±2.0Ma,成岩成矿发生在晚二叠世末-早三叠世初。综合区域演化特征,本文认为喀依孜斑岩型钼矿床成因与古特斯洋向塔里木板块俯冲有关,形成于塔里木大陆边缘弧环境。  相似文献

This paper examines how people explain reasons and impacts of environmental change in the low-rain savanna of the central Sudan and mountainous forest lands of northern Thailand. The explanations are analyzed by using the concept of environmental literacy, which refers to the people’s ability to grasp the environment and its interactions. The paper aims to study people’s conceptions of the environment, which compose one factor in directing their behavior. For the study, rural inhabitants in the State of North Kordofan, the Sudan, and the Chiang Mai Province in Thailand were interviewed.It was noted that an individual’s capability to understand the environment is alone insufficient to address environmental problems because the efficient alleviation of the problems requires collective actions at all levels, and because of factors beyond an individual’s control. However, the results supported the assumption that the local people have knowledge of their environment that may help in developing sustainable environmental management practices. The main advantages of using the environmental literacy concept are argued to be its dynamic and synthetic essence, its link to sustainable behavior, and wide applicability in various contexts within heterogeneous communities.  相似文献

The Central European Basin is a classic area of salt tectonics, characterized by heterogeneous structural evolution and complex salt movement history. We studied an area on its SW margin, based on prestack depth-migrated 2D and 3D seismic data. We use seismic interpretation and retro-deformation to obtain a better understanding of salt tectonics, structural control, and sedimentary response in this region. The first phase of salt tectonic evolution started with two main events of NW–SE extension and rafting in the Triassic before the Upper Bunter and before the Upper Muschelkalk. Rafting was accompanied by first salt diapirism and an increased sedimentary thickness adjacent to the salt structure. After salt supply ceased updip to the salt structure, a mini-basin grew in the intra-raft area. This sedimentary differential loading caused salt movement and growth of a pillow structure basinward. The second phase of salt movement was initiated by the formation of a NNW–SSE striking basement graben in the Middle Keuper that triggered reactive diapirism, the breakthrough of the pillow’s roof and salt extrusion. The following downbuilding process was characterized by sedimentary wedges with basal unconformities, onlap structures and salt extrusions that ceased in the Jurassic. The third and latest phase of salt tectonic evolution was activated in the Late Cretaceous to Lower Tertiary by compressional tectonics indicated by salt rise and a small horizontal shortening of the diapir. The interpreted salt tectonic processes and the resulting geometries can now be better tied in with the regional heterogeneous framework of the basin. The pre-Early Cambrian Sandikli Basement Complex in western Central Anatolia comprises a low-grade meta-sedimentary succession (Güvercinoluk Formation) and meta-rhyolites intruded by meta-quartz porphyry rocks (Kestel Cayi Porphyroid Suite). The Güvercinoluk Formation consists of alternation of meta-siltstones and meta-sandstones with olistostromal conglomerates, rare black chert and cherty meta-dolomite lenses. The Kestel Cayi Porphyroid Suite is a deformed, highly sheared dome-shaped rhyolitic body with quartz porphyry rocks. Quartz porphyry dykes intrude both the volcanic carapace and the meta-sedimentary rocks of the Güvercinoluk Formation. Both the meta-quartz porphyry rocks and meta-rhyolites are typically mylonitic with relict igneous textures. Geochemical data indicate that the felsic rocks of the Kestel Cayi Porphyroid Suite are subalkaline and display characteristic features of post-collisional, I-type granitoids. The basement complex is unconformably overlain by variegated conglomerates, mudstones and arkosic sandstones with andesitic lavas, followed by siliciclastic rocks and carbonates that yielded Early Middle Cambrian fossils.

Based on the geochemical characteristics of the felsic rocks of Kestel Cayi Porphyroid Suite and the depositional features of the associated sediments it is suggested that the Sandikli Basement Complex is related to a post-collisional extension event in NW Gondwanaland. Similar occurrences elsewhere have been related to a transition from continental plate convergence to continental plate divergence along the Pan-African Belt.  相似文献

The Tertiary collision-related thermal history of the NW Himalaya   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
Garnet‐whole rock Sm‐Nd data are presented for several samples from the Indian plate in the NW Himalaya. These dates, when combined with the P‐T evolution of the Indian plate rocks, allow a thorough reconstruction of the prograde thermal evolution of this region (including the Nanga Parbat Haramosh Massif) during the early Cenozoic. Combining these data with Rb‐Sr mineral separate ages, enables us to constrain the post‐peak cooling history of this region of the Himalaya. The data presented here indicate that the upper structural levels of the cover rocks of the Nanga Parbat Haramosh Massif, and similar rocks in the Kaghan Valley to the south‐west, were buried to pressures of c. 10 kbar and heated to temperatures of c. 650 °C at 46–41 Ma. The burial of the lower structural levels of the cover rocks of the Nanga Parbat Haramosh Massif, to similar depths but at higher temperatures of c. 700 °C, occurred slightly later at 40–36 Ma, synchronous with the imbrication and exhumation of the amphibolite‐ and eclogite‐grade rocks of the Kaghan Valley. In contrast, the cover rocks of the Nanga Parbat Haramosh Massif were not imbricated or exhumed at this time, remaining buried beneath the Kohistan‐Ladakh Island Arc until the syntaxis‐forming event that occurred in the last 10 Myr. The timing of tectonic events in the north‐western Himalaya differs from that experienced by the rocks of the Central Himalaya in that the earliest stage of burial in the NW Himalaya predates that of the Central Himalaya by c. 6 Myr. This difference may result from the diachronous nature of the Indo‐Asian collision or may simply be a reflection of differing timing at different structural levels.  相似文献

Audiomagnetotelluric (AMT) investigations were carried out to study shallow sedimentary basins in northern Sudan and southern Egypt. Unlike recordings in settled areas, the natural variations (atmospherics) in the eastern Sahara were completely unperturbed by cultural noise, usually yielding very high data quality. Typical recordings and spectra are presented. The atmospherics show distinct daily variations, with maximum amplitudes in the local afternoon/night hours. As a sort of calibration, AMT measurements together with DC-resistivity and electromagnetic soundings were conducted at several groundwater boreholes. Under favourable conditions, a vertical anisotropy may be resolved by joint inversion of DCR and AMT data. The results of a case study in the Es Safya basin (NW Sudan) are presented. The investigations were aimed at determining basement depths and groundwater levels, as well as the direction and dip of major bounding faults. 2-D modelling and inversion revealed the overall conductivity structure of this shallow graben. The AMT method proved to be a valuable tool for a comparatively swift reconnaissance study of shallow structures.  相似文献

本文利用一个全球大气环流说模式,对七月份赤道太平洋海温异常,北极海冰异常及高原积雪对西北太平洋副高和我国降水的影响进行数值试验,得出一些有铁结果。例如,当赤道东或西太平洋海表温度出现负距平时,副高较趋近负SSTA区,当出现正距平时,副高则远离正SSTA区;北区海冰覆盖面积较大时副高位置偏南,覆盖面积较小时副高位置偏北等等。  相似文献
