大珠母贝术后处理研究

用蚌复康（A组）、鱼蚌康复剂（B组）和盐酸普鲁卡因（C组）对人工插核后的大珠母贝进行术后处理，并经室内人工管养度过休养期。结果显示：术后成活率C组为70．0％，A组为60．0％，对照组为364％；留核率A组为66.7％，C组为57.1％，对照组为50.0％。表明蚌复康与盐酸普鲁卡因可以明显提高植核母贝的术后成活率和留核率；另外，休养期在室内度过也有助于提高留核率。     

Monitoring spatial maxima

When assessing maps consisting of comparable regional values, it is of interest to know whether the peak, or maximum value, is higher than it would likely be by chance alone. Peaks on maps of crime or disease might be attributable to random fluctuation, or they might be due to an important deviation from the baseline process that produces the regional values. This paper addresses the situation where a series of such maps are observed over time, and it is of interest to detect statistically significant deviations between the observed and expected peaks as quickly as possible. The Gumbel distribution is used as a model for the statistical distribution of extreme values; this distribution does not require the underlying distributions of regional values to be either normal, known, or identical. Cumulative sum surveillance methods are used to monitor these Gumbel variates, and these methods are also extended for use when monitoring smoothed regional values (where the quantity monitored is a weighted sum of values in the immediate geographical neighborhood). The new methods are illustrated by using data on breast cancer mortality for the 217 counties of the northeastern United States, and prostate cancer mortality for the entire United States, during the period 1968-1998.The research assistance of Ikuho Yamada is gratefully acknowledged. 岩石模量与应变振幅关系的实验研究及理论解释

地球介质的非线性弹性造成了岩石动态和静态弹性模量在数值上的差异。本文用超声波速度测量得到岩石的动模量，用含有小循环的加卸载实验得到小循环模量，用大循环的应力、应变曲线斜率得到静模量，用测点的应力、应变之比得到杨氏模量。通过改变小循环的应变振幅来研究模量与应变振幅的关系，进而比较用不同测量方法得到的模量值的差异。结果表明，动模量值最大，小循环模量值次之，大循环静模量值再次之，而杨氏模量最小。岩石非线性模量既是所受应变水平的函数，也是应变振幅的函数，模量随应变振幅的增加以指数形式下降，随应变水平增加以指数形式上升。最后简要介绍了P-M模型的基本概念，用岩石中微裂缝具有不同的分布密度，不同的打开和关闭压力来解释模量与应变振幅的关系。     

Stiffness degradation of natural fine grained soils during cyclic loading

Cyclic behavior of natural fine grained soils under a broad range of strains were investigated considering the effects of plasticity index and changes in confining pressures based on cyclic triaxial tests. A total of 98 stress controlled cyclic triaxial tests were conducted on normally consolidated and slightly overconsolidated samples. The investigation was divided into two parts. The first part consists of stress controlled cyclic triaxial tests under different stress amplitudes that were conducted to estimate the modulus reduction and the thresholds between nonlinear elastic, elasto-plastic and viscoplastic behavior. The second part involves the investigation of the undrained stress–strain behavior of fine grained soils under irregular cyclic loadings. The results showed that the elastic threshold is approximately equal to 90% of G_max. Another transition point was defined as the flow threshold where the value of tangent of shear modulus ratio changes for the second time. Simple empirical relationships to estimate the dynamic shear modulus and damping ratio was formulated and compared with the similar empirical relationships proposed in the literature. The results provide useful guidelines for preliminary estimation of dynamic shear modulus and damping ratio values for fine grained soils based on laboratory tests.     

Late evening ozone maxima

The diurnal cycle of ozone at the surface and within the PBL is examined. It is concluded that the intrusion of air masses from ozone-rich layers in the lower troposphere results in late evening ozone maxima observed at ground stations on mountain slopes as well as within distinct layers of the PBL above the valley bottom. The ozone-rich layers are assumed to exist due to meso- or large-scale horizontal transport of smog air masses and a local cross-valley wind system is shown to be responsible for the occurrence of the intrusion processes.     

极大螺旋藻胞内多糖对体外肿瘤细胞抑制作用的实验研究

研究了极大螺旋藻(Spirulina maxima)胞内多糖对SMMC7721等肿瘤细胞系的生长及凋亡的影响。在体外培养条件下,用半抑制浓度(80,5 mg/L)的极大螺旋藻胞内多糖(IPSⅠ,IPSⅡ)处理肿瘤细胞,并用MTT,SRB,DNA ladder,AnnexinⅤ等方法测定。结果表明,IPSⅠ(80 mg/L)对SMMC7721,A549,HeLa,U251等肿瘤细胞系抑制率分别为64.97%、46.1%、43.3%、27.02%;IPSⅡ(5 mg/L)能诱导SMMC7721细胞凋亡。
