通过两种还原型微生物铁还原菌JF-5和硫酸盐还原菌SRB对模拟酸矿废水中Fe~(3+)和SO~(2-)_4的还原作用合成纳米FeS,并将该生物纳米FeS包覆在灰岩表面,以提高灰岩可渗透反应墙(PRBs)对酸矿废水中砷的去除能力。通过批吸附实验研究As(Ⅴ)的静态吸附机理,柱实验研究As(Ⅴ)在包覆灰岩柱中的动态吸附和迁移,结果表明,包覆层生物FeS粒径为纳米级,并呈现一定晶形,能有效提高灰岩表面的比表面积和对As(Ⅴ)的吸附能力,红外光谱分析表明化学吸附为主要吸附机制;生物纳米FeS包覆灰岩静态吸附实验最大吸附量为187.46μg/g,达到纯灰岩吸附量(6.64μg/g)的30倍;JF-5和SRB形成的生物包覆吸附性质优于SRB和Fe(Ⅱ),二者对As(Ⅴ)的吸附能力都远大于纯灰岩对As(Ⅴ)的滞留能力。 相似文献

Experiments on surface aquaponics were carried out in simulatedly-eutrophicated cement ponds with the concentrations ofkjeldahl nitrogen (KN) 2.084 mg·l-1 and TP 0.248 mg·l-1 and without any interference from natural environment factors. On the surface of ponds rice was planted on floating-beds without soil for the purpose of collecting nutrients (N & P) from water by absorption and adsorption of rice roots. The results show that the design is not only feasible but also very effective. When the coverage of rice on floating-beds were 20%, 40% and 60%, respectively with the water depth of about 1.4 m, the removal rates of KN in water reached 29.0%, 49.8% and 58.7%, respectively and those of TP 32.1%, 42.0% and 49.1%, respectively during the test period of 84 days from tillering to maturing of rice. Other main parameters of water quality were greatly improved. The results provided a scientific basis for surface aquaponics engineering to purify eutrophicated water bodies by planting terrestrial higher plants on floating-beds. 相似文献

The application of magnetic particle technology to environmental remediation has tended to focus, up to now, upon the removal of oil contamination from plumage and fur. The present research demonstrates the potential of this technology to remove oil contamination from the surface of rock. Specifically, a single treatment has been demonstrated to remove more than 80% by weight of heavy bunker oil from the surface of a common foreshore rock type. A further three treatments have been shown to result in an optimum removal of up to 94% by weight. The results are highly reproducible and offer the possibility of achieving up to 100% removal with the appropriate use of pre-conditioners. 相似文献

The removal of Alphazurine FG (AF) dye from water by an electrocoagulation process has been studied. The effect of some operational parameters, such as anode material, current density, initial dye concentration, pH of solution, conductivity, and inter‐electrode distance, on the removal efficiency was investigated. Iron and aluminum were used as anodes in the electrocoagulation cell. It was found that the efficiency of the iron anode was better than that of the aluminum anode for AF removal. The factors that affected the removal efficiency were the current density and the initial dye concentration. The removal efficiency increased from about 35% at 25 A m–2 to about 97% at 100 A m–2, during 4 min of electrocoagulation. The results exhibited pseudo‐first‐order kinetics for AF removal by electrocoagulation. In addition, a mathematical model was successfully established for predicting the removal efficiency. A comparison between the model results and experimental data gave a high correlation coefficient (R2 = 0.9925), which indicates that the model is able to predict the removal efficiency of AF. 相似文献

A comparison between HBr-HCl and HBr-HNO3 based anion chemistry is presented to test the efficiency of Pb purification in the preparation of samples for isotope ratio measurement by ICP-MS. It was found that the small advantages in yield and blank offered by the HNO3 -based method were more than compensated by the more effective matrix removal of the HCl-based method. Apart from very zinc rich matrices (e.g., sphalerite), a careful single pass purification using HBr and HCl removed more than 99.9% of the matrix. In preparation for the isotope ratio analysis, a small (2–5% m/v) liquid sample aliquot was analysed to determine U, Th and Pb concentrations by solution quadrupole ICP-MS. This allowed accurate prediction of the expected ion signal and permitted optimal spiking with Tl, if desired, for mass bias correction. Long-term results for international rock reference materials showed reproducibilities of better than 1% (Th/U) and 1.5% (U/Pb). For most geological applications, such analyses obviate the need for isotope dilution concentration measurements. 相似文献

以湖北省鄂州市庙岭镇的红黏土为研究对象,以化学选择溶解法结合淋溶作用为处理手段,将原状土样中的游离氧化铁按梯度去除,获得连二亚硫酸钠-柠檬酸钠-碳酸氢钠(DCB)溶液淋溶时间与除铁率的关系,并分析了不同淋溶时间对红黏土物理力学特性及微观孔隙结构的影响。试验结果表明,DCB溶液淋溶时间与除铁率相关性较强,除铁率与时间呈先快速增长后逐渐稳定的关系。由于游离氧化铁在土颗粒间主要起胶结作用,故淋溶时间对红黏土的物理力学特性有较大影响。随着淋溶时间的增长,黏粒与胶粒含量逐渐增大,耐热性小幅提升,无侧限抗压强度显著减小,且无侧限抗压强度变化整体趋势为前期急剧降低至后期趋于平稳。核磁共振、差热分析和电镜扫描的结果表明,随着淋溶时间的增大,庙岭红黏土内部孔隙增大,自由水减少,结合水增多,微观形态上团粒结构遭到破坏,胶结物质明显减少,结构形式从紧凑的粒团堆叠结构逐渐转化为聚集体-松散颗粒状结构。 相似文献
