安徽风景区花岗岩断裂构造及景观资源

以安徽黄山、九华山风景区为例，对花岗岩形成的地形陡峭，沟谷纵横，植被茂密的山区，采用水系形态分析，探讨岩石的断裂构造发育规律．指出自然景观与断裂构造的关系，并运用自然界边际效应规律，对景观资源分析作了预测．     

Control of active faults and sea level changes on the distribution of shallow gas accumulations and gas-related seismic structures along the central branch of the North Anatolian Fault,southern Marmara shelf,Turkey

Detailed reviews of multichannel seismic reflection, sparker, chirp and multibeam data that were collected on the southern Marmara Sea shelf revealed various shallow gas indicators and related sedimentary structures, including enhanced reflections, seismic chimneys, acoustic blanking, bright spots, pockmarks, mound-like features and seeps. Seismic attribute analyses were applied to characterise the existence of gas-bearing sediments. The distribution of shallow gas indicators provides important insights into their origin and the geological factors that control them. Prominent gas accumulations and seeps are observed along the profiles that cross the branches of the central segment of the North Anatolian Fault Zone, which indicates that the gas seeps are controlled by active faulting. This indicates that the faults act as conduits through the sedimentary column. The dense occurrences of gas directly off the river mouths along the shallow bays provide clues about the organic-rich carbon content of the sediments and biogenic methane generation. In some areas, the gas-related acoustic anomalies are mostly located in the upper sediments below the marine unit, which indicates that the gas emissions in these areas were terminated as a result of the increased overburden pressure after the Holocene sea level rise and the deposition of the marine unit.

针对高铁桥梁距离地面较高,CPIII高程网的起闭水准基点需要联测上桥的实际问题,首先介绍《高速铁路工程测量规范》中传统的中间设站光电测距三角高程测量方法,并指出该方法在工程实践中存在不足之处,然后提出一种改进的端头设站光电测距三角高程上桥测量方法,最后通过理论与试验验证,证明该方法是可行的,并且能够显著提高外业作业效率,可以为改进中间设站光电测距三角高程测量方法以及完善《高速铁路工程测量规范》提供参考。     

对虾白斑综合症病毒核衣壳蛋白VP664的鉴定研究

对虾白斑综合症病毒核衣壳蛋白VP664是至今知道的分子量最大的结构蛋白，全长18234bp，预计编码6077个氨基酸．从编码vp664基因的两端各选600bp，分别命名为vp664n、vp664c进行原核表达，成功表达纯化了目的蛋白并制备抗体．蛋白印记杂交（Western blot）实验中蛋白特异抗体只与完整的病毒和核衣壳裂解蛋白中的VP664蛋白反应，而不和膜蛋白反应，证明VP664基因所编码的蛋白在完整病毒颗粒上定位于核衣壳．     

对虾白斑综合症病毒病围栏封闭预防技术研究简报

中国对虾血淋巴蛋白质、葡萄糖含量的研究

于１９９２－１９９３年５月和１０月，在胶州湾捕捞中国对虾亲虾，９月在莱州和胶南采集的人工养殖中国对虾，采用双缩脲法测定其血淋巴中的血清总蛋白含量，用０－ＴＢ法测定血清葡萄糖含量，并研究注射灭菌海水、海洋弧菌后，对中国对虾血清总蛋白含量和血清葡萄糖含量的影响规律。     

Gravity anomalies and deep structure of the Ninetyeast Ridge north of the equator,eastern Indian Ocean — a hot spot trace model

The Ninetyeast Ridge north of the equator in the eastern Indian Ocean is actively deforming as evidenced by seismicity and its eastward subduction below the Andaman Trench. Basement of the ridge is elevated nearly 2 km with respect to the Bengal Fan; seismic surveys demonstrate continuity of the ridge beneath sediment for 700 km north of 10° N where the ridge plunges below the Fan sediment. The ridge is characterised by a free-air gravity high of 50 mgal amplitude and 350 km wavelength, and along-strike continuity of 1500 km in a north-south direction, closely fringing (locally, even abutting) the Andaman arc-trench bipolar gravity field. Regression analysis between gravity and bathymetry indicates that the ridge gravity field cannot be explained solely by its elevation. The ridge gravity field becomes gradually subdued northwards where overlying Bengal Fan sediments have a smaller density contrast with the ridge material. Our gravity interpretation, partly constrained by seismic data, infers that the ridge overlies significant crustal mass anomalies consistent with the hot spot model for the ridge. The anomalous mass is less dense by about 0.27 g cm^–3 than the surrounding oceanic upper mantle, and acts as a cushion for isostatic compensation of the ridge at the base of the crust. This cushion is up to 8 km thick and 400–600 km wide. Additional complexities are created by partial subduction of the ridge below the Andaman Trench that locally modifies the arc-trench gravity field.     

赤潮异弯藻对中国对虾感染白斑综合症病毒的影响

白斑综合症病毒(white spot syndrome virus,WSSV)是近年来危害我国乃至世界对虾养殖业的主要流行病原[1-4].WSSV病毒暴发流行范围广、致病性强,自出现以来给对虾养殖业造成了巨大的损失.对虾病毒病的发生是对虾自身的健康状况、病原生物,以及环境条件等各种因素综合作用的结果,外界环境因子或者内环境的变化会引起对虾机体抵抗力下降,从而易受病原生物的感染而发病;同时病原生物的侵入又使机体免疫能力下降而更易受环境因子的胁迫导致疾病突发,因此研究环境因子对病原生物以及对虾抗病力的影响是确保养殖业健康发展的重要环节.     

人居环境治理视域下地质文化村建设路径研究

地质文化村是脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴背景下衍生出的乡村地质遗迹保护和开发利用相结合的新概念,目前正在全国多地推广设立,现有研究主要集中在内涵分析和规划设计方面,其具体建设过程中缺乏科学的路径参考。本研究从乡村人居环境治理的视角出发,首先,在讨论的基础上将地质文化村归类于人居环境“景区化治理”的一种形式;其次,基于扎根理论的研究方法将筛选的39篇“人居环境治理”主题文献作为研究资料,利用NVivo11对文献内容进行编码,构建了“人居环境治理”主题分析框架;最后,在归纳和借鉴人居环境领域研究成果的基础上,从“响应国家战略”、“建设思路”、“保障措施”“建设手段”四个方面提出了地质文化村的建设路径。
