论工业企业防震减灾

本文论述了我国工业企业防震减灾现状，提出工业企业防震减灾的目标和指导原则，以及部分工业企业的防震减灾措施和对策。     

水平倾斜仪综合监控器的研制

针对水平倾斜仪观测过程中存在的问题，研制了综合监控器。本文介绍了综合监控器的功能及工作原理。     

Anthropogenic organic matter in the Great Marsh of the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore and its implications

Cores from the Great Marsh area of the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore were examined in order to document variations in concentration, type and size of anthropogenic organic matter (A_nOM—coal, coke, etc.) and discuss their relationship to the concentration of such trace elements as Pb, Zn, and Mn in the near-surface sediment section. The results indicate that the first appearance of A_nOM corresponds to the onset of industrialization in the area. There is also a general relationship between the occurrence of A_nOM and Zn, Pb, and Mn. Trace metals were likely transported from the industrial sites to the area of their deposition as sulfur-bearing coatings on small anthropogenic particles. After deposition, these sulfur-bearing compounds reacted with organic matter within the marsh. As a result of bacterial reduction, the pyrite was produced, as suggested by a close relationship between the pyrite and A_nOM. Distance from the industrial complex upwind as well as local hydrologic conditions are among the major factors controlling distribution of A_nOM and trace elements. At the same distance from the source, types and sizes of A_nOM are influenced by the duration and frequency of flooding.     

图象恢复在工业CT中的应用

对于以影象增强器为检测系统的目标旋转式工业ＣＴ，分析了其图象退化的因素，采用对一维投影数据进行图象恢复的方法来提高ＣＴ图象质量。文中给出图象恢复公式，从计算机模拟和实验图象恢复的结果可看到所用方法提高了图象清晰度。     

层次分析法（AHP法）在金矿勘查中的应用—新疆金窝子金矿床为例

应用层次分析法（Analystical Hierarchy Process,简称AHP法）确定金窝子金矿床合理的工业品位指标。将影响工业品位的因素及各因素间的隶属关系构成系统的多层次分析结构模型，进行层次排序，制订工业品位指标的总目标，通过分析和计算，确定工业品位指标的最佳方案，取得了较满意的结果。     

工业CT技术在卫星产品检测中的应用

卫星产品许多都采用了焊接结构。为了保证其使用的安全可靠性,必须对焊缝进行l00％的无损检测。然而对于一些形状复杂的精密电子束焊件,由于产品尺寸小,加之焊缝周围结构的遮挡,使常规方法的应用受到了限制。工业CT技术具有不受试件材料种类、形状结构及表面状况限制的特点,能给出与试件材料密度及尺寸特性相对应的断层扫描图象,分辨率高,在检测复杂构件方面显示出了优势。本文介绍了卫星产品精密复杂焊接件对无损检测技术的具体要求,研究了卫星产品电子束焊缝的工业CT检测方法,包括设备、对比试样、检测工艺、评定方法等,并通过电磁阀、喷注器、自锁阀、减压器、加注/排放阀、单向阀、气滤、过滤器等具体产品检测实例,描述了工业CT技术在卫星产品检测中的应用。实际应用表明：工业CT是检测航天卫星产品精密复杂结构件焊缝缺陷的理想手段,其成象直观,缺陷的定位、定性和定量结果可靠,完全能满足产品的质量控制要求。目前,累计用工业CT检测卫星产品数批若干件,检测焊缝上千条。剔出有超标缺陷的产品40件,避免了隐患。经过工业CT检测的产品,己在"返回式卫星"、"风云二号"、"东方红三号"、"资源一号"、"中星-22号"等型号卫星中取得了成功应用。     

The future of industrial cities and regions in central and eastern Europe

Economic transition in central and eastern Europe (CEE) has had a particularly strong impact on industrial cities and regions. Following their economic collapse, most of them are now confronted with serious problems such as high unemployment and vast ecological damage. The paper presents findings from a pan European research project that investigated the problems of these cities and regions as well as the strategies being adopted to cope with structural change. It examines the differences in approaches and addresses the question whether existing EU policy is suitable for supporting the redevelopment of old industrial cities and regions in CEE countries. The paper concludes with recommendations for future directions in policy making.
