Carotenoids are valuable pigments that have been widely used in food,pharmaceutical,animal breeding and cosmetics industries.Due to the increasing demand for carotenoids of natural origin,the trend for production of carotenoids by red yeast has become popular.Strain Rhodotorula mucilaginosa CYJ03 was isolated from northern Yellow Sea of China for its carotenoid producing potential.It was found that the whole genome of CYJ03 was 19.03 Mb in size and contained 6301 protein-coding genes including a gene cluster for the carotenoids biosynthesis.The genome sequence would be valuable for exploring the potential biological properties of CYJ03,as well as for facilitating the molecular genetic analysis and the manipulation of carotenoids accumulation in this strain,and for the development of it as an engineered host for carotenoid production.  相似文献

Traditionally, academic evaluation of the world urban system has been based on economic approaches and focused on primary cities. However, the recent convergence between economic and cultural spheres, known in specialist literature as the ‘new economy’ or ‘cognitive–cultural capitalism’, requires the inclusion of secondary cities and cultural parameters, such as creative and cultural services, to obtain knowledge of the world urban system with greater accuracy. Accordingly, the authors have developed the Synthetic Index of Cultural Components (objective 1). Subsequent statistical treatment through a principal component analysis and a cluster analysis not only shows a representation of the multifunctional character of the world urban system (objective 2) but also identifies the cultural specializations that urban planners use to position cities worldwide (objective 3). The results demonstrate that the reputation of a city derives not only from its productive economic character but also from other cultural creative services that give meaning to its multidimensional perspective. The authors conclude that these services are empirically valid when the cultural dimension is measured, as they are illustrative of the cultural mechanisms that help cities to supply symbolic, experiential, and cultural capital, all of which are vital in the competitive context of globalization.  相似文献

This paper presents a top–down approach for soil moisture and sap flux sampling design with the goal of understanding ecohydrologic response to interannual climate variation in the rain–snow transition watersheds. The design is based on a priori estimates of soil moisture and transpiration patterns using a physical distributed model, Regional Hydro‐Ecologic Simulation System (RHESSys). RHESSys was initially calibrated with existing snow depth and streamflow data. Calibrated model estimates of seasonal trajectories of snowmelt, root‐zone soil moisture storage, and transpiration were used to develop five hydrologic similarity indicators and map these at (30 m) patch scale across the study watershed. The partitioning around medoids‐clustering algorithm was then used to define six distinctive spatially explicit clusters based on the five hydrologic similarity indictors. A representative site within each cluster was identified for sampling. For each site, soil moisture sensors were installed at the 30‐ and 90‐cm depths and at the five soil pits and a sap flux sensor at the averaged‐size white fir tree for each site. The model‐based cluster analysis suggests that the elevation gradient and topographically driven flow drainage patterns are the dominant drivers of spatial patterns of soil moisture and transpiration. The comparison of model‐based calculated hydrological similarity indicators with measured‐data‐based values shows that spatial patterns of field‐sampled soil moisture data typically fell within uncertainty bounds of model‐based estimates for each cluster. There were however several notable exceptions. The model failed to capture the soil moisture and sap flux dynamics in a riparian zone site and in a site where lateral subsurface flow may not follow surface topography. Results highlight the utility of using a hypothesis driven sampling strategy, based on a physically based model, for efficiently providing new information that can drive both future measurements and strategic refinements to model inputs, parameters, or structure that might reduce these errors. Future research will focus on strategies for using of finer scale representations of microclimate, topography, vegetation, and soil properties to improve models.  相似文献

采用重庆市34个地面观测站1981—2017年的降水观测资料,以及2005—2017年逐时雨量资料,分析了重庆地区暴雨的空间分布及日变化特征。结果表明:开州、酉阳、北碚为重庆的暴雨中心,开州年均暴雨日数最多达6.2d。荣昌、渝北、梁平、开州、彭水、酉阳等地大暴雨出现频率较高,南川、万盛大暴雨相对较少。暴雨平均雨量大值区分布在主城区、西部、东北部,西南部暴雨平均雨量较低。重庆地区的暴雨在不同时段主要影响区域不同。铜梁、合川、北碚等站点的暴雨夜间降雨量占比75%以上。代表站夜间平均降雨强度大于白天,大足、沙坪坝、涪陵降雨主要集中在22:00至次日04:00,酉阳03:00—06:00降雨强度较大。小时降雨量≥20mm暴雨日出现频率较高的时段在00:00—06:00和13:00—18:00。  相似文献

采用波形分类重构算法处理EnviSat卫星从2002年10月至2010年5月在长江口近岸海域28°N~32°N、121°E~125°E范围内的波形数据。该区域内海洋波形、波形后缘前端出现峰值的波形、波形后缘后端出现峰值的波形、似镜面波形和复杂波形分别占89.03%、2.95%、0.45%、3.31%和4.26%。根据不同的波形类别采用不同波形算法进行波形重构。同时,分析了不同重构算法之间的系统偏差,并据此确定OCOG算法、Threshold算法和子波形算法的最优阈值水平分别为65%、45%和50%。重构结果表明,波形分类重构算法优于其他波形重构算法,能有效改善原始海面高的精度,改善程度在16.62%~53.86%之间。此外,重构后交叉点差值小于重构前的交叉点差值,与轨迹P089、P411形成的交叉点的海面高差值由1m降低到25cm左右,其余交叉点的差值均在2~6cm。  相似文献

Grouping of buildings based on proximity is a pre-processing step of urban pattern (structure) recognition for contextual cartographic generalization. This paper presents a comparison of grouping algorithms for polygonal buildings in urban blocks. Four clustering algorithms, Minimum Spanning Tree (MST), Density-Based Spatial Clustering Application with Noise (DBSCAN), CHAMELEON and Adaptive Spatial Clustering based on Delaunay Triangulation (ASCDT) are reviewed and analysed to detect building groups. The success of the algorithms is evaluated based on group distribution characteristics (i.e. distribution of the buildings in groups) with two methods: S_Dbw and newly proposed Cluster Assessment Circles. A proximity matrix of the nearest distances between the building polygons, and Delaunay triangulation of building vertices are created as an input for the algorithms. A topographic data-set at 1:25,000 scale is used for the experiments. Urban block polygons are created to constrain the clustering processes from topological aspect. Findings of the experiment demonstrate that DBSCAN and ASCDT are superior to CHAMELEON and MST. Among them, MST has exhibited the worst performance for finding meaningful building groups in urban blocks.  相似文献

分析沪宁城铁南京站乘客的出行距离特性,初步确定高铁站区圈层范围为3 000 m。以南京站周边3 000m范围内6 145个企业的地址、行业隶属、成立时间等为研究数据,运用空间分析方法,探讨高铁站区产业的分布与空间集聚特征。①从总体看,高铁站区产业的空间分布具有明显的圈层结构,以车站为中心,以500 m为缓冲半径,在1 500~2 000 m范围企业密度最大,2 000 m以外企业密度陡然降低。②各行业空间集聚趋势类似,随着距离增大集聚程度降低。但空间尺度上存在差异,交通运输业和房地产业集聚现象更为明显,交通指向性显著;批发和零售业集聚峰值相对最大,在大范围上有分散分布的趋势。③各行业空间分异特征显著,整体呈现"东低西高",空间分异特征大致存在以下三种模式,即"小分散、大集聚"、"大分散、大集聚"、"大分散、小集聚"。  相似文献

创意产业发展既重构了大都市产业空间与文化社会空间,又促成大都市功能提升与结构优化。内城新经济研究认为大都市创意产业发展,既孕育了创意空间,又对其有高度依赖,但是对于创意空间的内涵与认知却众说纷纭。梳理国内外研究发现:(1)创意空间形成的基本路径是创意企业集聚;(2)创意空间在本质上是创意阶层与创意经济活动的空间集聚形成的具有地方性和创新性文化特质的场所;(3)创意空间在现实社会中常见典型代表是创意产业园、创意产业集聚区、高新技术开发区、大学城。  相似文献

临空经济区的发展受到内部和外部动力因素的影响,前者包括机场流量、运营效率和产业集群,后者包括区域开放度、经济总量和产业结构等。利用理论模型分析了内部因素的作用,但对国内24个临空经济区进行实证后发现,我国仍停留在以外部动力为主、内部动力为辅的阶段。其中,航空客运量和机场效率的正向促进作用非常明显,货运量的影响则不显著。临空产业仍处于集群的初始阶段,因而对临空经济区的推动力较小。  相似文献
