蟹岛循环经济示范区水资源化处理模式与应用

本文介绍了蟹岛循环经济示范园区水资源化处理利用方案,生活污水资源化处理工艺--好氧-生物氧化塘-沙滤系统及地热水资源利用,并对其进行综合评估研究,该方案实现了节能环保和废弃物无害化综合处理利用,形成了种植业、养殖业、休闲度假有机结合的水循环模式,为实现社会主义新农村建设提供了新的模式。     

Spatial pattern and influencing factor of county-level industrial development in Liaoning Province of China

County-level industrial development and structure upgrade is one of the most important issues of revitalizing old industrial base of China. After the cluster analysis on GDP per capita and GDP per area of each county in Liaoning Province, this paper finds the similarity of population size, land use intensity, and economic development of each county. Location quotient reflects the specialization intensity of industries in each county, and it also reflects the spatial differences of county-level industrial development. Economic development level is higher in the southeast than in the northwest of Liaoning, and the industry driving effect on county-level economy is apparent. The main influencing factors include location, industrial foundation and economic system reform, capital input level, knowledge and technology dissemination, conditions of domestic and overseas markets, population and labor force transfer. Industrialization is an important approach to urbanization for the counties in Liaoning Province. The proportion of agriculture is much higher in the northwest than in the southeast of Liaoning, so it will be take longer time for counties in the northwest of Liaoning to make industrialization, urbanization and modernization.     

基于贝纳尔对流的区域经济地域结构系统研究——以河南部分市县为例

区域经济系统是一个开放的复杂巨系统,它具有贝纳尔对流的特点.如把剩余劳动力作为因区域经济差异而产生的流体,利用贝纳尔对流理论,可分析其在外界差异下的流动状态,并解释经济活动的地域自组织现象及运行机制.以河南部分市县为例,分析了剩余劳动力流动的不同发展阶段和特点.分析表明,中原地区形成了一个以郑州为吸引中心,新乡、开封等为扩散中心,周口等为辐射地区,安阳等为外围的区域经济地域结构;聚类分析进一步表明,各县域经济在外界差异的基础上分别形成不同的区域经济发展系统.     

海南建省以来区域经济发展的空间分异研究

海南建省以来,海南经济快速发展.在分析海南建省以来区域经济发展变化的基础上,对建省初期和当前县(市)域经济发展水平进行了数量分析和对比研究.结果表明,海南建省以来区域经济发展的不均衡性进一步增强,海口、三亚、琼海、东方、儋州等5市已发展成为海南经济的增长极,县(市)经济的发展水平与优势产业发展密切相关.     

人力资源开发对焦作市经济发展影响的实证研究

可持续发展是人类对自身与环境关系发展的一种新的战略.知识经济时代实现经济可持续发展必须依靠人力资源开发.焦作市作为一个内陆城市,过去依靠开发矿产资源发展经济,近几年由于地下矿产资源几近枯竭,环境污染严重,其可持续发展面临严峻的挑战.通过对焦作市人力资源现状特征分析,及人力资源开发对焦作市经济发展影响的实证研究,得出焦作市人力资源开发中存在的问题并提出相应的政策建议.

运用ArcGIS Desktop 9.0进行栅格数据的加载和地理参考变换

运用ArcGIS Desktop 9.0软件以海丰农场示意图为例,用DGPS进行控制点的测量,从建立坐标文件数据开始,把扫描的农场示意图(栅格图形数据)进行加载到地图中去并对其进行地理参考转换,使海丰农场示意图变成了一份具有地理坐标系统的数字化地图,从而为当前海丰农场精准农业研究提供了数字化的农场布局资料。

From modernization theory towards the ‘clash of civilizations’: directions and paradigm shifts in Samuel Huntington's analysis and prognosis of global development1

This paper critically discusses Samuel Huntington's contribution to development studies. Long before his currently debated work on the clash of civilizations, Huntington wrote on the political order in changing societies. In this highly influential book of the late 1960s he argued on the basis of modernization theory for strong governments to accompany the inevitable and universal process of modernization. His clash of civilizations seems to argue from different assumptions. It insists on the essential differences between cultures based on religion. These cultural differences would now give rise to the most important conflict constellations. In his earlier and later work Huntington insists on the primacy of Western values and the need to defend them. The author critiques the assumptions, concepts and some of the empirical evidence of Huntingtons recent study.
