A two-and-a-half-dimensional (2.5-D) coupled finite element–boundary element (FE–BE) model is presented to simulate the three-dimensional dynamic interaction between saturated soils and structures with longitudinally invariant geometries. A regularized 2.5-D boundary integral equation for saturated porous media is derived that avoids the evaluation of singular traction integrals. The 2.5-D coupled FE–BE model is established by using the continuity conditions on the soil–structure interface. The developed model is verified through comparison with an existing semi-analytical method. Two case studies of a tunnel embedded in a poroelastic half-space and the efficiency of a vibration isolating screen are presented. 相似文献

A state-of-the-art review is conducted to highlight the fracture mechanism in rock blast and advantages and limitations of various methods in modelling it. A hybrid finite-discrete element method (FEM-DEM) is implemented to simulate rock fracture and resultant fragment muck-piling in various blasting scenarios. The modelled crushed, cracked and long radial crack zones are compared with those in literatures to calibrate the hybrid FEM-DEM. Moreover, the hybrid modelling reproduces the rock fragmentation process during blasting. It is concluded that the hybrid FEM-DEM is superior to continuous and discontinuous methods in terms of modelling dynamic fracture of rock under blast-induced impact load. 相似文献

采用美国南加州地震委员会(SCEC)Steven Day博士提供的三维有限差分断层瞬态破裂动力学模型(3D-FDM),以1976年唐山MS7.8地震为例,从简化的断层双侧破裂模式出发,对该地震发震断层的动态破裂过程及近断层地表运动特征进行了仿真模拟和计算.研究区域为围绕发震断层200 km×140 km×40 km(深度)的长方形块体组成,模拟计算的空间分辨率和时间分辨率分别为200 m和0.012 s,形成的空间网格节点数为1051×701×201.在DELL小型工作站上,我们实现了对源程序的移植和并行计算.同时,通过引进计算机可视化技术,对模拟数据进行了3D/4D解释分析.另外,在对源程序修改过程中,实现了对京津唐地区三维地壳速度结构的嵌入,在一定程度上增强了对地震波传播以及地面运动模拟的真实性,并讨论了地震破裂的方向性对近断层地表运动的影响.最后根据初步研究结果结合京津唐地区活动断层构造特征,对唐山MS7.8级主震后随之而来的1976滦县MS7.1级余震及宁河MS6.9级余震的动态触发机制提出了新的解释.由于受主震破裂方向性作用的影响,使得主震对后续两个较大余震产生的动态应力变化的峰值在断层的走滑方向上较大,为2~3 MPa,在逆冲方向上较小,为0.1~0.2 MPa.即唐山主震的发生使得其周边的应力场有一个瞬态的应力调整,唐山主震对后续余震的发生有促发作用. 相似文献

This paper presents an investigation of the nonlinear behaviour of single piles subjected to varying levels of vertical dynamic load. A good number of tests are performed for the understanding of the dynamic behaviour of single hollow steel piles embedded in layered soil. Experimental results are validated with results obtained from a nonlinear numerical analysis using commercially available Finite Element Method (FEM) based software. The results of numerical analysis and experimental investigations showed that the length of pile has significant influence on resonant frequency and amplitude of the pile foundation. It has also been found that the slippage of pile from the surrounding soil considerably affects the resonance frequency and amplitude of the soil–pile foundation system. 相似文献

Although batter pile foundations are widely used in civil engineering structures, their behavior under seismic loadings is not yet thoroughly understood. This paper provides insights about the differences in the behavior of batter and vertical piles under seismic soil-pile-superstructure interaction. An experimental dynamic centrifuge program is presented, where the influences of the base shaking signal and the height of the gravity center of the superstructure are investigated. Various seismic responses are analyzed (displacement and rotation of the pile cap, total shear force at the pile cap level, overturning moment, residual bending moment, total bending moment and axial forces in piles). It is found that in certain cases batter piles play a beneficial role on the seismic behavior of the pile foundation system. The performance of batter piles depends not only on the characteristics of the earthquakes (frequency content and amplitude) but also on the type of superstructures they support. This novel experimental work provides a new experimental database to better understand the behavior of batter pile foundations in seismic regions. 相似文献

The single tie (sleeper) push test (STPT) is a common method to evaluate the lateral resistance of a railway track sleeper. This methodology evaluates the lateral resistance phenomenon in a static manner despite the fact that the majority of the exerted loads on a railway track have a dynamic nature. For this reason, a mass–spring–damper numerical model was created to investigate the dynamic lateral interaction between an isolated sleeper and ballast layer in the presence of various lateral impact loads. On the basis of the model outputs, a pendulum loading test device (PLTD) was designed and developed in the laboratory. In this regard, a cylindrical hammer with modifiable mass and triggering angle was installed on a steel frame for imposing lateral impact load on an instrumented concrete sleeper. The graphs of the sleeper–ballast interaction force versus the sleeper lateral displacement were extracted for different masses and triggering angles of the hammer. Considering a same condition for sleeper, the maximum value of this interaction force was called the dynamic lateral resistance (DLR) and static lateral resistance (SLR) respect to the dynamic and static states of lateral loading. Comparing the values of the sleeper DLRs and SLR indicated that unlike the constant SLR of 6.5 kN, the DLR was in the range 2–10.2 kN in the impact load domain of 3–40 kN. However, as a key finding, the average slopes of the DLR and SLR graphs were equivalent in the dynamic and static tests. 相似文献

在宽频带数字地震观测技术领域,提出一种基于数字音频接口(S/PDIF接口)的数据采集电路板快速评估方法。该方法在数据采集电路设计过程中,在模拟/数字转换电路的输出端增加了一组S/PDIF数字音频接口,将模/数转换结果转换为符合音频传输标准的编码数据,并将此数据利用外置声卡同步传输到计算机,在计算机上进行数字抽取滤波、频谱分析等数据处理与解析,从而实现对地震数据采集电路板的快速评估。实验结果表明,该方法思路清晰,实现简便,结果有效可靠,能够解决常规测试评估方法中存在的问题,在高精度、高采样率数据采集技术研发和测试评估方面,具有比较强的实用性和应用前景。 相似文献

基于WRF/Chem(Weather Research Forecasting/Chemistry)模式对2015年11月25日至12月2日我国北方一次大范围PM2.5(空气动力学当量直径小于等于2.5 μm的颗粒物,即细颗粒物)重污染过程进行了模拟。与观测资料对比表明,模式能够较好地模拟出PM2.5浓度及气象因素的变化趋势,结果适用于此次污染事件的机理分析。动力、热力条件及化学转化等因素对此次强污染事件形成的机理分析表明,动力因子主要通过表面风和垂直风切变的减弱对此次污染事件造成影响,边界层逆温等热力因子促进了大气稳定性的增强,不利于污染物扩散。依据PM2.5组成成分变化分析可知,硝酸盐、硫酸盐和有机碳在此次事件中含量增加,说明机动车汽车尾气和燃煤排放所致的二次气溶胶生成对PM2.5污染加剧起重要贡献。多元线性回归分析和多因子相对贡献率量化解析结果表明,热力因子在此次污染过程中起主要作用,方差贡献率为52%,动力因子次之,方差贡献率为34%,而化学转化方差贡献率约为14%,说明气象条件,尤其是热力条件是引起此次污染事件的主要原因。 相似文献
