浙江省的地质灾害现状及防治对策

浙江省发育有崩塌、滑坡、泥石流、地面塌陷、水土流失、地面沉降等10余种地质灾害,人类工程经济活动是地质灾害发生的主要因素,减轻地质灾害危害的对策应以防为主。

Neritic and pelagic carbonate sedimentation in the marine environment: ignorance is not bliss

Synthesis of available data allows us to define general patterns of late Quaternary carbonate production and sedimentation in the global ocean. During high stands of sea level, the neritic and pelagic environments appear to sequester approximately similar amounts of carbonate, whereas during low stands of sea level the decreased neritic zone produces and accumulates approximately an order of magnitude less carbonate. Assuming that global accumulation of deep-sea carbonates remains more or less constant during glacially induced changes in sea level, the ocean becomes depleted with respect to calcium carbonate during high stands and recharges during low stands. Before we can achieve a better understanding of the global carbonate system, however, we need a better understanding of key environments and processes: (a) production and accumulation on continental shelves both as potential sinks (accumulation) and as sources (export to the deep sea); (b) a better measure of pelagic carbonate production; and (c) late Quaternary (late Pleistocene and Holocene) mass accumulation rates in the deep sea.

Climate negotiations beyond Kyoto: developing countries concerns and interests

Five years down the road from Kyoto, the Protocol that bears that city’s name still awaits enough qualifying ratifications to come into force. While attention has been understandably focussed on the ratification process, it is time to begin thinking about the next steps for the global climate regime, particularly in terms of a deeper inclusion of developing countries’ concerns and interests. This paper begins doing so from the perspective of the developing countries. The principal argument is that we need to return to the basic principles outlined in the Framework Convention on Climate Change in searching for a north-south bargain on climate change. Such a bargain may be achievable if we can realign the policy architecture of the climate regime to its original stated goals of sustainable development.     

新疆库尔勒经济技术开发区油库-造纸厂断层的勘察及活动性评价

位于库尔勒市东部和东北部的油库-造纸厂活动断裂至少长18km，断裂的垂直错距达300-500m，断裂的性质为右旋逆走滑运动。该断裂斜切库尔勒经济技术开发区，在开发区内断裂带的影响宽度达100一200m，北部宽，南部稍窄。断裂在晚更新世中晚期曾发生过强烈的钻滑错动。全新世期间断裂处在相对平静的状态，但断裂的局部地段存在着旷动或蠕动现象，其蠕动速率在1mm／a以内。开发区内活动断裂带的分布地段为建筑抗震不利地段。     

青海盐湖资源综合利用

着重介绍了青海盐湖水氯镁石 (MgCl2 ·6H2 O)的综合利用。从水氯镁石中可开发的产品有金属镁、镁合金、多品种氧化镁、镁砂、高纯镁砂、轻质碳酸镁、多品种轻质氧化镁及镁水泥。根据青海盐湖的特点 ,探讨了生产上述产品 ,青海盐湖的水氯镁石 (MgCl2 ·6H2 O)按什么方法来生产是最佳方法的问题。     

盐湖水氯镁石制取金属镁及高纯镁砂的生产技术

介绍了盐湖水氯镁石用溶剂络合 ,NH3 螯合结晶脱水 ,制取无水氯化镁 ,电解制镁技术。用螯合物(MgCl2 ·6NH3 )脱氨后的NH3 与MgCl2 溶液作用生产高纯镁砂 ;直接用NH3 与MgCl2 溶液作用生产高纯镁砂 ,副产的NH4Cl再与水氯镁石作用后制取铵光卤石 ,熔融脱氨后 ,无水氯化镁熔体电解制镁。这两种生产方法 ,对开发青海盐湖水氯镁石的综合利用是最佳工艺。     

西藏阿里地区旅游资源评价与开发

从旅游资源的形成条件、类型结构和空间结构三个方面对旅游资源进行了描述，并通过定量评价、功能结构评价和综合评价等方法对旅游资源进行了全面的分析，以此为基础提出了阿里旅游资源开发的模式。
