CSAO和VSNIIFTRI1993年秋正式签订了将陕台PHAI搬去伊尔库次克进行国际合作观测、研究的协议.为了执行此项合作协议,首先对仪器进行了改造,使其能工作在Z=45°的等高圈上;同时编制了适合于伊尔库次克纬度和新天顶距的观测纲要,全纲要共包括12个星组,含668星次。其中FKS基本星为324星次;FKS扩展星和补编星为344星次;两次过等高圈的有203颗星,一次过等高圈的有262颗星,极限星等为9.5m.恒星的赤纬分布在+8.9°~+74.4°之间,赤纬跨度达65.5°,在此赤纬带内可以消除赤其测定中的盲区.  相似文献

A new way of probing the harge-scale structure of the universe is proposed.Space is partitioned into cells the shape of rhombic dodecahedron.The cells are labelled “filled“ or “empty“ according as they contain galaxies or not ,the cell size is so chosen as to have narly equal numbers of filled and empty cells for the given galaxy sample.Two observables on each cell are definable:the number of ist like neighbors,n1,and a two-suffixed topological type τ,the suffixes being the numbers of its like and unlike neighbor-groups.The frequency distributions of n1 and τ in the observed set of filled(empty)cells are then considered as indicators of the morphology of the set,The method is applied to the CfA catalogue of galaxies as an illustration.Despite its limited size,the data offers evidence 1) that the empty cells are more stongly clustered than the filled cells,and 2) theat the filled cells,but not the empty cells,have a tendency to occur in sheets,Further directions of development both in theory and application are indicated.  相似文献

Geographic information has a great potential to be re-used when supported by mechanisms for its discovery. Above all, the quality of a catalogue service is the key feature supporting users in the discovery process. So far, there have been in existence various methodologies dealing with the normalized evaluation of quality with respect to catalogue services. Their biggest weakness seems to be in the depth of quality testing, i.e. some influences are beyond the scope of evaluation of these methodologies with respect to quality in catalogue services. In this study, the quality of 45 catalogue services across Europe was verified with the proposed normalized evaluation methodology originating from documents within the INfrastruture for SPatial InfoRmation in Europe (INSPIRE) framework. This paper discusses the (statistical) influence of factors that may significantly change the results of catalogue service testing. The proposals for improving the existing INSPIRE normalized evaluation procedure are applicable for any spatial data infrastructure and/or Digital Earth component using the Open Geospatial Consortium Catalogue Service for the Web as a basis.  相似文献

We propose a cooperative observational project of using the photo-electric astrolabe Mark I of Shaanxi Observatory in Irkutsk. As the instrument will be equipped with a Z = 45° angle prism, it will have no blind zone when used at latitude (φ = 52°. The General Catalogue of Photoelectric Astrolabe Stars (GCPA) based on the Chinese photoelectric astrolabe system is described. It is a combined system of right ascension and declination synthesized from four primitive star catalogues' obtained with the photoelectric astrolabe. Four other primitive catalogues obtained with the Danjon astrolabe are reduced to the combined system and added to it. GCPA contains 1579 stars, 1541 Δα values and 1131 Δδ values. The overall average accuracy is ±3.3 ms in Δα, and ±0″.058 in Δδ; for the FK4 stars, the corresponding values are ±2.3 ms and ±0″.042. FK4 stars observed by two or more instruments gave 485 Δα values and 349 Δδ values, with external accuracies ±3.8 ms and ±0″.041. Corrections to the FK4 system as determined by GCPA are given and a comparison with the relevant catalogues is presented.  相似文献

Proper motions of the stars of the Astrographic Catalogue are being derived, using the Hubble Space Telecope Guide Star Catalogue as second epoch. Results on the San Fernando and Cordoba AC zones are presented. Identification with GSC stars (i.e. determination of proper motion) was successful for 97 percent of all AC stars. Comparison of the proper motions thus derived with those of Preliminary PPM South shows that the accuracy is about 0.8 to 0.9 arcsec per century. Thus we can derive proper motions for about 4 million stars, with an accuracy higher than that of the SAO Catalogue.  相似文献
