自动处理技术在速报信息获取和发布中的应用

依托于中国地震系统“十五”项目建立起来的网络系统和辽宁地区地震观测系统,利用LISS流服务器的数据分发和组建虚拟台网的功能,建立辽宁地震事件快速反应系统,通过自动处理和编程实现短信、电话、网站等多种方式获取和发布地震速报信息。

在分析现有反走样算法的基础上,提出了一种适合于地图出版符号的反走样算法———“刷子法”,并通过实验对该方法的反走样效果和效率进行了全面评估。

介绍了信息时代数字地图出版的工艺流程及其支撑技术；通过对现阶段数字地图出版支撑技术应用于数字地图制图系统的比较，分析了数字地图出版技术研究的现状和存在的主要问题，探讨了数字地图出版技术的发展趋势。     

数字出版原图数据库系统的建立

建立出版原罔数据库是科学管理出版原图数据的有效途径，本文从出版原图数据库的设计到实施，阐述了基于对象-关系数据模型建立出版原图数据库的方法，实现了出版原图数据库按数据目录对象分类分级的数据组织与管理。     

集体建设用地流转信息发布与电子交易系统设计及应用

在深入研究重庆地票制度基础上,根据传统地票交易管理模式,设计了基于互联网的B/S构架系统,实现了交易信息推送发布、交易管理、态势分析和收益分配溯源等一系列功能,构建了土地流转网上交易平台,并依托课题项目在重庆城乡统筹示范区开展农村土地流转过程数字化监管技术集成及应用示范,替代纯文本、纯人工的工作管理环境,以一体化的数据管理方式为土地流转的管理和相关决策提供信息化手段与支持。     

基于SVG的校园地图发布系统

SVG是一种新的矢量图形语言,可以作为地图数据的组织形式构建W ebGIS。本文以SVG作为地图数据的组织形式,设计了一个校园地图发布系统,并详细介绍了系统实现的关键技术:SVG解析和连接池。     

基于ArcIMS的矢量地图与专题统计图联合发布技术研究

分析了ArcIMS体系结构及发布空间数据的原理,提出了在定制ArcIMS Java Viewer时,通过JavaServ-let来扩展ArcIMS服务器端的功能,利用隐藏帧技术实现了空间矢量地图与专题统计图联合动态发布。     

盾构施工地表沉降自动化监测及数据移动发布系统

地表沉降监测是盾构信息化施工的重要组成部分,对优化盾构施工参数,保证施工安全具有十分重要的意义。为了及时共享和反馈监测成果,提高监测信息管理与数据分析的效率,采用Microsoft Visual Studio .Net编程技术和MySQL数据库开发了沉降自动化监测及数据移动发布系统,实现了24 h监测数据的自动化采集、分析和移动端推送,并将该系统应用于南宁轨道交通1号线盾构隧道下穿南宁火车站铁路股道及站房工程,获得盾构推进过程中的地表沉降及火车轨道沉降的变化规律。通过监测数据和分析成果的及时反馈,优化了盾构机施工参数,有效保证了盾构掘进和周边环境的安全。
