青海地区语言艺术中的气象现象

气象现象和人们的日常生活、生产活动密切相关，影响着人们的生存环境、生活活动、生产实践、科学研究等各个方面，由此而产生的气象词汇便自然而然地融汇在人类的情感及语言艺术的产生和发展之中，而作为语言艺术的特定形式，以语言为手段来塑造形象、反映生活、表现作思想感情的诗词歌赋，在长达三千多年的中国社会中，不仅起着安慰、医疗人们心灵创伤，唤回精神失落、滋润心灵沙漠、填补人格空缺的作用，而且还有着陶冶、净化灵     

省人大对“一法两条例”进行执法检查保驾护航全省气象事业健康发展

6月25日至30日，由省人大农牧环保委员会组织的执法检查组继续对我省部分地区实施“一法两条例“情况进行检查。工作组由省人大农牧环保委员副主任严正德带队，来自省人大、海东工委、省局以及省局法规处、业务处和新闻媒体共9人组成的工作组，先后在海南州、共和县、兴海县、玉树州、称多县、囊谦县进行检查并指导工     

The Present Space-Time Motion and Deformation Features of the Northeastern Margin of the Qinghai-Xizang（Tibet） Block and Its Adjacent Area

On the basis of Discontinuous Deformation Analysis (DDA), and considering the moderate intrusion of specific block boundaries to different extents, the first-order block motion model is established for the northeastern margin of Qinghai-Xizang(Tibet) block and the kinematical model for depicting deformation of small regions as well by using GPS observations of three periods (1991, 1999 and 2001). By simulating, we obtained the motion features of the firstorder blocks between the large WWN faults on the sides of the studied region, the distribution features of the principal strain rate field and the inhomogeneous motion features with spacetime of the faults in the northern boundary of the Qinghai-Xizang (Tibet) block.     

The Rotational Structure along the Eastern Segment of the Altyn Tagh Fault and Its Implications in Dynamics

As a result of the left-lateral strike-slipping of the Altyn Tagh fault in Neotectonic period, a contra-rotational structure, namely the Zhaobishan vortex structure, has developed at the juncture of the main Altyn Tagh fault and the northern fringe fault of the Qilian Mountains.Preliminary analysis on the deformation and evolution of the Zhaobishan vortex structure. In combination with the previous data, suggests that the tectonic transform between the Altyn Tagh fault and the northern fringe fault of the Qilian Mountains attributes to the deformation of the rotational structure. The existence of a series of rotational structures along the Altyn Tagh fault and on the northeastern edge of the Qinghai-Xizang(Tibet) plateau indicate that as the substance in the northern Qinghal-Xizang (Tibet) plateau moves clockwise around the eastern tectonic knot of the Himalayas, rotational structures become the principal mode on the northern marginal zone of the Plateau of transforming and absorbing tectonic deformation.     

地气测量方法研究及应用

通过对不同介质地气的空白、样品的各种对比分析,基本上可以肯定:含有一定浓度的高纯的液体捕集介质在一定程度上对地气样品的捕集是有效的,并具有元素含量本底低、易操作、分析过程简单等优点;不同介质对地气中不同元素的捕获能力有差异,王水对Au、Ag、Cu、Zn等元素的捕获能力要强于硝酸,泡塑对金元素的吸附也有一定的优势。因此,在今后的实际工作中,可根据具体矿床类型,选择合适的介质或2种介质配合使用。     

青海-西藏-新疆三省区藏羚羊联合保护协调会议在乌鲁木齐召开

2005年8月20—21日，“青海-西藏-新疆三省区藏羚羊联合保护协调会议”（Coordination Confrence on Integrated Protection of the Tibetan Antelope in Qinghai Province，Tibet and Xinjiang Autonomous Regions，China）在新疆维吾尔自治区首府乌鲁木齐召开。来自国家林业局野生动植物保护司、国家濒危物种保护管理办公室、中国野生动物保护协会、国家爱护动物基金会（IFAW）、国际野生生物学会（WCS）、海关、边防部队，青海、西藏和新疆林业局及可可西历里自然保护区、三江源自然保护区、羌塘高原自然保护区、中昆仑自然保护区、西昆仑中——美野生动物调查项目组等部门和单位的代表和专家学者出席了本次会议。     

1∶25万色达县幅、阿坝县幅地质调查成果与进展

着重调查了以阿坝盆地为代表的青藏高原东缘新生代盆地的形成演化及其环境变化,新建立了若干生物组合;对第四纪冰川堆积物进行了比较细致的研究,初步建立了气候地层单位;首次于壤塘县曼迪乡上三叠统侏倭组的滑塌堆积层中,采获异地埋葬珊瑚群化石,建立三叠纪双壳类两个生物带;调查了侏倭组、新都桥组、如年各组3个岩石地层单元基本层序、剖面韵律结构及沉积构造;获得若末柯火山岩和小石头山花岗岩Rb Sr等时线年龄。     

浅谈青海水文计划管理工作信息系统建设

本文简要回顾了青海水文工作的发展历程,着重针对水文计划管理工作的现状,提出了工作思 路和发展方向,并就如何建立水文计划管理信息系统,从而为水文现代化建设奠定坚实的基础提出了 个人的一些看法。

伴随着我国盐湖资源开发前进的脚步，中国科学院青海盐湖研究所走过了40年的历程。今天，我们迎来了盐湖所建所40周年这个喜庆的日子。在此，我谨代表盐湖所党政领导班子和全所职工，向40年来关注、关心、关怀我所建设与发展、给予我所信任、支持、厚爰的领导、专家和各界朋友们；     

青海省祁连县大拉洞柏杨沟矿区煤岩层对比研究

通过研究太原组的沉积特征及聚煤变化规律,采用了标志层、煤岩层组合特征、层间距、测井曲线形态等方法,对矿区内煤层、岩层进行了综合对比。确定了该区主要煤层的赋存层位、形态、分布及变化特征,对周边地区找煤工作具有一定的指导作用。
